We were very pleased to find all the essential we needed were there. We received a phone call before we arrived, and were told where to find the keys. The lights were on, so we didn’t have to walk into a dark room. It was very cool inside, which was super nice since it was hot outside. The little goody bag on the counter was a nice surprise. It contained all the necessary essentials in a nice tote bag. Everything was clean.
Unfortunately the air stopped working on the second day and we experienced a hot night. I called the following morning and they had someone come out and fix it that day. The bed was king size ( which was great) but the mattress was extra firm ( bordering hard as a brick). I highly recommend a new mattress, possibly a pillow top, or at least a soft mattress. We did like having a water hose next to the front door.
The Xfinity remote in the living room didn’t work on the tv in the living room. The plugs were older and rather worn out. When we plugged anything in they would almost fall.
