We had a good experience. The home is a bit off the beaten path from Disney, which we knew and appreciated. We had a few minor issues while there and the property managers took good care of us.

Disney Vacation

This location was an excellent home to relax and retreat in after long walks at Disney. Ample space for 2 families to share with 5 accomidating bedrooms. The owner was fabulous at communicating to be sure we had everything we needed to get in before arriving

Fantastic place

We have a wonderful time there, there is a walmart(convenient for grocery shopping ) and several places of fast food including a Starbucks 5 minutes away, we used the pool once because we were at the parks the whole time, but the house is soacious, enough rooms and bathrooms. We really like it!!

Wonderful house

The house was amazing!! There were just 2 small cosmetic things to be fixed like a loose door handle on the fridge, but that was the worst part. I judge a house also by the beds... they were great!! I will be staying again. Thank you for your wonderful home.

Quiet neighborhood is nice. Plenty of room in house. Limited house supplies though. Needed to pick up trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent since there were either none or no extras available. Not what I'm accustomed to from other VRBO's.

As expected!

Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. There is no BBQ at the house unless you pay extra. Pool heat is also an additional charge but we didn’t feel like we needed it. We found it a bit odd that there wasn’t extra toilet paper but that’s probably just an us not being used to renting a property vs a hotel. Beds were comfortable, we like it a little cooler but every room has a ceiling fan which is nice! We also brought our own tabletop fan so we slept comfortably. If I had to say something negative, I would say that the patio furniture could use an update. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect stay!

Incredible experience! This was our first Vrbo stay. Start to finish, things could not have been easier. The owner Paul was very attentive during booking. We had no issues during our stay but I’m quite sure they would have been dealt with as soon as possible. Pool and hot tub were the biggest blessing on off days and after long days at the park. Thank you for your hospitality Paul! We will certainly stay here again.

Perfect for our large family trip to Disney

House roomy for our large group. There was room for everyone without feeling on top of each other. We had no contact with the property manager but did receive friendly and timely communication from owners. Do not pay for pool heating if outside temps are going to be under 70 degrees C. The system is just unable to keep up. Otherwise, the property was just right for our needs.

Fantastic 2 week stay!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay with our extended family of 8 people. There was lots of room for us, the house definitely could have handled several more people. Even better than the pictures as some things such as the bedding and televisions have been updated. The house had everything we needed, everything was very comfortable, and the location was very convenient. There is a Walmart just a few minutes away. Disney took us about 25 minutes, and Universal took as little as 35 minutes one day (but other days took up to an hour depending completely on traffic). Communication with the owner, Paul, was great. He responded promptly the few times I asked anything, and the whole process from start to finish was so easy and smooth. I would highly recommend this house!

Great house with heated pool

We loved this house for our trip to Disney. Pros: Heated pool -85ish degrees Quiet neighborhood 5 bedrooms with lots of space Big, comfy couch Comfy beds Washer and dryer Garage had foose ball and pool table Walmart and dunkin 5 min away Cons: House thermostat was locked so you can’t control temperature. Some nights we felt hot but couldn’t do anything The hot tub area is only a few degrees higher than pool. It looks like it’s a hot tub but is not. Slightly dated, needs some updates Overall, a wonderful house that met our needs and was a great home base for our trip! I would recommend!

My wife Elaine and I live in the north west of England in St Helens, probably most famous these days as a rugby league town. We have been married for 30 years and have 2 children, Rachel and Michael. We are both employed in education and have enjoyed many years providing opportunities for young people to succeed.
We bought our villa in 2004 and enjoy very much out time over there. We are always delighted with the positive comments from our guests.

We chose to buy our villa because we had previously stayed in the area and really enjoyed our stay. It is a very peaceful location and the grounds and public areas are well looked after and they are very attractive. When you arrive in Silver Creek you can't help being impressed with the beauty of the place. Even better is the
Ovation. Disney is close by as are many restaurants and supermarkets.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The peace and quiet allows you to relax in a beautiful environment and just a few minutes drive you can play golf at the many courses in the area. There are courses for all types of golfer. The gorgeous Lake Louisa provides an opportunity to see nature up close. The lake itself is enormous and you can canoe on the lake, fish, and see such a variety do wildlife.
We are very proud of our villa and we have worked hard to make it a home from home. The pool area is very relaxing and is not overlooked at the rear. There are nice green bushes providing privacy from the neighbouring villas and behind there are no other villas backing on to ours.
The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. We are certain that anyone who stays there will enjoy the tranquility and comfort of our beautiful villa.
