Esta casa es un alquiler mensual. Lujo frente al mar propiedad de unas vacaciones de ensueño. Disfrute de las vistas panorámicas de la bahía de Monterey desde cada habitación de la casa-- y caminar a sólo una manzana y las escaleras del centro y la playa de Capitola. Tiendas, bares de vinos, y el surf le esperan :)

Casa se encuentra en el acantilado, y cada habitación está diseñada para aprovechar las vistas espectaculares. El estilo de vida interior-exterior es fantástico. Patio al aire libre grande y el césped se enfrenta al mar con varias zonas de asientos. Hay dos seccionales para la conversación y cócteles, sillas alrededor de la hoguera, juego de comedor y un salón de bronceado. Todo el primer piso cuenta con una planta libre con vistas al Bay-- verá nada más que agua!

Vivir decoración es elegante. Moderno mezclado con el glam. Una chimenea de gas ardiente le mantendrá acogedor y pantalla plana de 55 'SmartTV es perfecto para las películas finales de la noche. Hermosa cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para el entretenimiento.

Master suite es Zen! Una cama king enfrenta enormes ventanas abiertas al océano en ambos lados de la habitación. Quedarse dormido escuchando la vuelta de las olas. Habitación con una cama nueva es un blanco tranquilo, con magníficas vistas. Habitación de los niños tiene dos camas nido. Así, el descanso de 2 fácilmente se convierte en el descanso de 4. Los niños también tienen su propio 40 'SmartTV de películas en la cama! Incluso los niños tienen una vista!

Cuarto dormitorio, que originalmente era una terraza acristalada. Ventanas alinean la pared con nada más que el océano azul. Ver los surfistas de atardecer hasta el amanecer. Esta sala también cuenta con un 40 'SmartTV y un escritorio para trabajar o escribir.

Esta casa es ideal para un retiro tranquilo, escape de un artista y la inspiración, o un gran lugar para "trabajar desde casa" durante un mes, mientras que usted y su familia disfrutar de todo lo que Capitola y sus alrededores tienen que ofrecer.

perfect house

House was very clean and great location. Owner was very nice and let us use her surfboards and wet suits. Will definitely rent it again.

A rejuvenating escape

We spent a relaxing month in Capitola - it gave us a break from home projects, from the wildfire smoke, and gave my husband a place to work remotely for half of the time. We happen to have a lot of family within an hour of Capitola so this gave us a great place to visit with them. The house is a very short walk to town so we spent the first week just waking up and walking to town, running on the beach (my 3 year old loves to chase seagulls) and then walking back. We then started to explore the area more - restaurants, hiking in Soquel, Roaring Camp, and all of the other beaches. The house is exactly as depicted in the listing. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful views, and all the gear you need - sand toys, beach towels, paddle boards. There is a walking path between the backyard and the cliff, so we got in the habit of chit chatting with some of the passersby. If you have littles, I recommend you put fitted sheets on the white couch cushion and ottoman - they will tuck in and protect it. We truly enjoyed the trip and hope to visit again!

Dream Stay!

This the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in. Every single detail has been well thought out. I honestly didn’t want for anything! The bedding was better than my own, the outdoor furniture was incredible, the fire pit, all of the dishes, every pot and pan, outdoor shower for surfers, I could go on and on! I’ve never been so happy to come home everyday than at this house. I wish I could stay forever. Thank you for giving me the dream stay. Thank you Bethany!!

LOVED IT!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The kitchen and living area were well thought out and easy to keep up. The outside area was ideal! We were able to host our family, who enjoyed the firepit, smores and all of the seating. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor shower every day! We have already booked our visit for next year!

What a great experience

The view overlooking the ocean is stunning. The house is gorgeous with everything you need to comfortably enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach. What a great place to stay for the perfect beach vacation.

Unbelievable Views and Ideal Location!

The views from this house are unbelievable! Every evening we wined and dined on the large patio with our own unobstructed view of the entire Monterey Bay. And, what's not to love about a fire pit, and s'mores under the stars! The house was both beautiful and comfortable, for us and our kids. Everything we needed for entertaining or enjoying the beach we found: toys, chairs, boards, wetsuits, bikes and beach towels! And what a perfect location. The house sits atop a quiet bluff, but is just one block and a set of stairs to downtown Capitola. There we wandered thru many quaint shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed cocktails on the deck at Zelda's, a great meal at Paradise Grill, and of course the historic and romantic Shadowbrook restaurant. This is a place you will not want to leave! Peaceful and beautiful.

We loved 100 Central - great house and location!

We absolutely loved our stay at 100 Central. The house is so well done, accommodates a large family and it's so easy to keep clean. The owners have not missed a thing. You feel right at home as soon as you open the front door. The yard is so much fun with multiple sitting areas and an incredible view of the ocean and the bay – and outdoor shower. We were very active visiting family and doing things in the area – and always so happy to come "home” and relax. You cannot beat the location. Our boys surfed every day and walked down the stairs. It's quiet and out of the fray of all the activity in Capitola but just a short walk to dip in when you want. We hope to rent the home again soon!

Dream Escape!

This home and vacation was the PERFECT combination of peace, relaxation and entertainment. The views of the Monterey Bay from the patio, and every room in the house are breathtaking. Just lounging oceanfront on the patio, under a white umbrella, felt like a spa vacation! Yes, it was February, but we had several days over 75 degrees!! At night, we sat around the fire pit with wine and friends and talked for hours. With downtown Capitola, just a block away we had so much fun visiting the boutiques, winebars, and many restaurants. Of course, the beach was spectacular and it was easy to rent boards and wetsuits downtown. Every room in the house was beautifully decorated, which really made me feel like we had "gotten away". And, everything we could possibly need for relaxing or entertaining was there. We hope to come back to this house again and again!

Fantastic Ocean Front home!

We spent Thanksgiving here this year and what a wonderful time we had! This house is AMAZING!!! It is exactly like the pictures. Every detail has been thought out and it is a great home away from home. The house is well stocked with everything that you need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. It is all top notch! The views are incredible both inside and out. We spent many hours by the fire pit in the backyard and often had passerby's offer to join us it is so inviting! It was so much fun watching the sea otters and surfers from just outside the backyard. The walk down to Capitola was a fun adventure and strolling around the restaurants and shops was enjoyable for the whole family. The owner Michelle is so helpful and very easy to work with. We would definitley love to rent again!

Relax and Enjoy!

Beautiful and relaxing place to recharge, refresh and renew. The house is beautifully furnished and practical. We had everything we needed to stay in and entertain, indoors or outside. The view of the ocean and sky was just as stated; wide-open, breathtakingly beautiful and dynamic. So nice to sit and and just stare... We also got in some great workouts and had fun walking down the stairs to Capitola and all the restaurants, cafes, shopping and beach it offers. Its the kind of place you wish you could live all the time. Convenient yet feels special and serene like vacation. I can't wait to visit again! As a many time visitor to Capitola, this is the best spot I have stayed or can imagine staying for a family, or a romance or a group of friends!

We fell in love with Capitola the first time we visited.
It is such a wonderful beach town, the perfect mix of breathtaking views, outdoor sport, shopping and dining. Everything you need or want is steps away. Sometimes we visit, and never get in our car. Other times, we take the kids to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, to famous surf spots...or visit antique shops in Soquel! We think it's the perfect spot to get away for a romantic weekend, or to enjoy with family and friends!
