Grand Luxxe Nuevo Vallarta Spa Tower 3BR / 3BA

Esta suite spa de tres dormitorios es una lujosa y lujosa unidad de 3 dormitorios en el resort Vidanta Grand Luxxe en Nuevo Vallarta, México. Las 3 habitaciones tienen baño completo y la villa tiene capacidad para 8 adultos y 2 niños cómodamente.

La villa de casi 3,200 pies cuadrados está hermosamente decorada y bien mantenida por el servicio de limpieza dos veces al día. Hay 4 televisores grandes de pantalla plana, uno en cada habitación y uno en la sala de estar.

Los tres baños ofrecen bañeras de hidromasaje, duchas independientes y lavabos dobles. Además, en una habitación contigua al lado de uno de los baños tiene un mini spa privado con mesa de masaje. Se pueden reservar masajistas en el complejo para proporcionar masajes privados en la villa. Para aquellos que deseen un ambiente de spa más tradicional, la Torre del Spa ofrece acceso al galardonado Spatium, innovadores de masajes infundidos y tratamientos para la piel.

Hay una cocina gourmet totalmente equipada con granito y acero inoxidable. Incluye una máquina de café espresso y hay 3 comedores, dos en el interior y uno en la gran terraza envolvente. Si elige no cocinar, puede hacer arreglos para que la cena sea preparada por un chef privado en su villa o atendida. Por supuesto, siempre hay servicio de habitaciones disponible y varios restaurantes en el lugar y cerca que ofrecen de todo, desde restaurantes hasta restaurantes en la playa.

La gran terraza envolvente tiene una piscina privada climatizada, una cama king size para descansar, sillones lujosos y una mesa y sillas.

Anniversary Celebration

My wife and I joined my brother and sister-in-law to celebrate their anniversary. Grand Luxxe Vidanta is an amazing 5 star resort property with world class accommodations and fabulous dining options. David is a responsive host and the 3B/3B condo is absolutely amazing.

Unit was gorgeous and impeccable. Staff was incredibly kind and always trying to be of service. Beach was clean and large for walking. Food was great. Convenient bracelets, never need to carry your wallet or key. The resort is very large so have to get around by golf carts. Be prepared for walking as the carts do not go everywhere. Went at the height of spring break and even though it was full it never felt crowded. Never waited for a table as long as you had a reservation. Usually got decent pool chairs even though we arrive late. DO NOT DO THE TIMESHARE PRESENTATION. Highly recommend.

Lisa, Thanks for taking the time to write a review - I'm really glad that you enjoyed your vacation at the property. Regarding the resort overview presentation, I try to tell my guests that attending is completely voluntary and if they prefer not to sit through a presentation, they just need to politely decline the invitation and that should be the last they hear of it. Many guests who do decide to attend the presentation in return for the restaurant and tour discounts usually find it to be a worthwhile experience given the value of the discounts received during their stay, and some guests actually end up becoming owners themselves. It sounds like you may have decided to attend the presentation and didn't have a good experience - if so, I'm very sorry, but I'm happy to hear you say that you had such a great time otherwise and that you would still highly recommend the property. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you again in the future if you want to return to this resort or visit any of my other vacation rental properties in other parts of Mexico, the US or other international locations. Perfect spot for family vacation

We are familiar with Vidanta and enjoyed the resort immensely. The unit we rented was very nice and allowed for both socialization and privacy. The unit was spacious. Service was excellent. There were a few items which required service requests, such as burned out light bulbs and stained carpets. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time at this resort and in this unit.

Great vacation, great property!

Our family had an incredible week-long vacation at the Grand Luxxe during Christmas week 2017. This was our first visit to Vidanta on a recommendation of a friend and we could not have enjoyed ourselves more. We are a family of four, parents, kids ages 7 and 10, and grandparents. The spa unit itself was immaculate - clean, well kept, spacious. The patios make you never want to leave the room. We were on the 5th floor in Tower 4 facing the new executive golf course. While the grounds are spread out, after a day or two you get the hang of where you need to go and how you need to get there. Golf carts are easily accessible and you rarely wait very long for a ride. All of our meals were spectacular, especially the breakfast buffet. The pools and beach were a lot of fun. Spa and the golf course were also highlights. A few tips. Make sure in the weeks leading up to your trip, you contact the concierge and book dinner reservations in advance. We were warned, but we did not do this, mainly because sometimes it is hard to decide when and where you want to eat before you are actually at the property and get your bearings. As a result, our concierge was not able to book us for dinner most of the nights we were there. (This was the only negative during our entire trip. The concierge was essentially useless. When he tried to book dinner reservations and failed, he had no other options for us. Simply told us to try a few restaurants that were "walk in" but, once we arrived, we were told that there is no such thing. We also asked him for bottled water to be delivered to our room, something he said he could do for us very easily. We ordered it, but it never showed up. We stopped talking to him from that point on. It wasn't a huge problem, you can book your own reservations, golf tee times, spa reservations, schedule bellman for your departure, etc. from your phone.) I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway.

Sorry that you found your on-site concierge to be unhelpful in making restaurant reservations. For most weeks of the year, it is fairly easy to "walk in" without a reservation at several of the on-site restaurants, but during the busy Christmas/New Year's weeks, it's more difficult to do so. From your description of the meals as "spectacular", it sounds like you were able to get into some good on-site restaurants by using the Vidanta phone app, which is great. If you decide to return, I would be happy to provide you with some tips on how to ensure that you get top-notch service from the concierge staff. Best, David
