Amazing vacation

Plenty of room for the family so at the end of the day, everyone could have some down time at the end of the day. The pools were very clean and the restaurants were great, especially for my daughter who has a gluten allergy.

Fantastic stay at Vidanta

The condo was great large enough for the whole family ! One thing about the Residence you get your own golf cart (taxi) service so sometimes you wait a bit for it but worth the wait when you get dropped off at the building no transfers!

Stunning Luxury with Amazing Staff

We rented a 4 bedroom residence in the Grand Luxxe Nuevo Vallarta over the New Year's Holiday. It was amazing! We were 2 families with 4 adult/teen children between our 2 families. We had lots of room to spread out over some very nice digs! The beautiful huge patio was a morning fave for my java, email catch up and listening to the birds while being mesmerized by the view. The owner was very responsive to my questions and great to deal with! Without hesitation, I would most certainly reserve again. Happy and Safe Travels!

Exceeded every expectation

My family of six spent a week at this property. While we travel extensively, I've never booked a property on VRBO. I had doubts that the property would actually be as good as the description and photos. The residence was spectacular. Spacious, well-appointed and spotless. The service from the concierge, maid service and bell desk was was outstanding. The rooftop pool and restaurant was an oasis and we had to force ourselves to venture out and explore the resort. The overall resort was beautiful and we did the myriad pools, beaches and activities. Here too we were amazed by the high-quality restaurants, the landscaping and the amenities. It is a large property and one must rely on the regular electric shuttles to get around. The Residence does offer it's own more 'immediate' pick-up option. We will highly recommend this property to friends and family and look forward to a return visit.

Not enough STARS for the 4 bedroom Residence..not there long enough!

Don't know where to start. Exceptional and decadent, comes to mind. Staying in the residence is the premiums experienced of any suite at The Grand Mayan resorts. Access to every pool , which we took advantage of however this room includes your own on the roof of this gorgeous building. Our elevator opened directly to our suite. And the suite is absolutely without equal. We have been to many hotels, Four Seasons and the like and this is top. There is nothing negative at all that could be said. Pictures do not do this property justice. The attention to detail and the grounds will impress anyone. Vidanta group are superstars. And with a little research you discover one of top 10 places to work in Mexico (you can tell staff enjoy their job), with philanthropy for underprivileged children and environmental awards. Service is amazing. That goes for the entire property and the staff are incredible. The beach was large and boogie boarding and surf instruction for our kids was very well attended. We saw a baby turtle release as again being a beach of origin for the turtles vidanta has kept the environment as part of the experience with biologists and staff educating those interested. Food fabulous. David was in incredible to work with and next year we hope for two weeks! Shows on site were fun and going out to Puerto Vallarta was easy even for 9 of us.

It was awesome

I took my three grown adult children, their spouses, and 5 grand children. Then there was me, Grammie, 12 in all. The unit was awesome, room for all of us and no one was stepping on others toes. The condo was beautiful and immaculately maintained. The sliders opened to a fabulous deck overlooking the resort and ocean. Then there was the roof top pool, bar and restaurant. You really didn't need to go anywhere else, it was very relaxing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Any time you wanted to go anywhere on the resort the shuttle carts were there within minutes. And the same for return trips. It was one of our best vacations, we hope to return at some point soon, and I would highly recommend it.
