Sus días perfectos en Nuevo Vallarta comienzan y terminan en el amplio confort, con instalaciones de lujo. Su villa consta de una hermosa sala de estar con dos dormitorios, dos baños y medio, con un dormitorio con una cama king-size y un segundo dormitorio con otra cama king o dos camas queen. Hay dos bañeras de hidromasaje, una amplia zona cubierta de la sala de estar, con una piscina de inmersión y una cocina gourmet. El salón también cuenta con 2 sofás-cama. También hay un hueco detrás del dormitorio principal que contiene un sofá cama, una mini cocina, y su propia televisión de pantalla plana. Con todo, hay cuatro televisores LCD. Su unidad tiene capacidad para 8 adultos y 2 niños.

Great Time

We had a great time at the resort. Prior to the trip I had a lot of questions with the host Joe, and we had calls and emails. Very easy to talk with and great to work with on the process. Great resort, lots of kids activities.

We love The Grand Luxxe!!

Our family just spent a week down in Nuevo Vallarta and absolutely loved Vidanta Grand Luxxe! Joe and Jan were outstanding to work with and made the entire process incredibly easy! They had wonderful communication in the months leading up to our trip, right before and during, and even checked in after! I would highly recommend working with them! The Grand Luxxe is a beautiful resort and we love everything about it from the rooms, to the grounds, to the food and entertainment - it’s all amazing! The 2 bedroom unit is huge and has everything you could possibly need! We have already decided we are making this a yearly trip - it’s paradise!

Great Family Vacation

Trip was great from start to finish. Joe was very responsive throughout and provided all the information we needed prior to arrival. Resort was well maintained as was the unit we stayed in. The check-in process upon arrival at the resort took some time but we knew this was going to be the case ahead of time. Overall, very positive experience and stay at the Grand Luxxe!

We keep going back to Vidanta!

This was our 3rd trip to Vidanta in ~6 years, and the first time we upgraded from the Grand Mayan to the Grand Luxxe. An amazing experience all around. We always tell people that Vidanta in Mexico is a great vacation - a ton of activities, a ton of fun, great food, and one of the more affordable vacations you can do (ie vs a week in Hawaii or Europe!)

Twilight Zone Time Share.

The Property is huge with very nice grounds. But after that said the owners told me of the place and how nice it was and about the Tram that travels around the property and for an owner they were right. First off i was actually interested about going to the time share pitch as i wanted to find out how much it was. So i made an appointment and went to the breakfast with a very nice sales rep, and he told me about the place and after the tour i found out only owners could ride the gondola and renters don't have access to everything. Not was i was told when i rented. I sat down to go over numbers with the rep. and my spouse got up and stood ten feet away as she did not want to be involved with the negotiations and soon after a manager stormed out and said something like there is nothing here she is not involved and popped back in his area and we proceeded to go over figures as i wanted to know how much??? After another minute the manager stormed back out and yelled at the sales rep and glared at me and said these people aren't buyers. I looked at him and my temper went through the roof and i said you made a very big mistake and i told the sales rep to get me out of here. He proceeded to not say much and took me to a back entrance and left us with no ride back to our room and not even knowing where we were. He ruined at least three days of my trip as it took that long to unwind from that experience. So in the end we had a good time for 8-9 days of our 14 day stay. I will never return to this place again and i never did find out how much it was to buy. Renters are treated very differently than owners are because the property is not getting your money and it is very obvious as a renter how the management feels about you when you are there.

Vidanta tiene diferente trato para las personas que rentan que para el propietario

La habitación estaba un poco descuidada en su mantenimiento. El propietario si tiene acceso a las góndolas pero para el arrendatario no tiene el acceso por que le das un trato de invitado. La reservación par el SPA es muy complicado.

Wonderful week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Grand Luxxe in Nuevo Vallarta. The property is amazing and the accomodations perfect. Joe and Jan Given were super easy to work with and responsive - and we had no issues with the booking. We would book again in a heart beat. My family especially enjoyed the rounds of golf!

Jan & Joe were terrific hosts! They were incredibly knowledgeable about the property and resort.

Jan and Joe made it a BREEZE to book our trip and provided helpful tips to ensure our trip outside of the US was easy and delightful. They checked in on us during our stay. We look forward to booking throught them again!

Wonderful Vacation!

Five of us stayed in Tower 1. We had an amazing view! The space was 5 star! The resort is wonderful. We love to travel and usually prefer going to new places over returning somewhere we have been before. However, this is definitely a repeater! The restaurants are fantastic! We felt like the prices were comparable or less than what we would pay for a similar restaurant at home. Having a market on site for odds and ends was so convenient. There is a pool for everyone! We enjoyed some days at the Punta pool, very relaxing, and others at the lazy river and party pools! We were there the first week of March and it was perfect! Not too crowded but enough people to make the games and party pools fun. It was fairly easy to get any reservations we needed once on site. We didn’t take advantage of the spa, maybe next time. The property is beautiful, very well maintained. It is a very large property. They have shuttles to get you place to place, but we took advantage of getting our steps in! Joe and Jan were so easy to correspond with and made the booking very easy. Thank you!

Amazing - a perfect week at Grand Luxxe

Thank you for an amazing time at Vidanta. The pictures are 100% accurate - gorgeous property and units. There are plenty of options for all ages. Beautiful pools, beach, restaurant variety, nightlife, shopping, activities, lush views. The resort is perfectly maintained and staff is absolutely the best. We enjoyed our huge 2-bedroom villa with gorgeous views and more room than we could use. Joseph was very helpful with information for us and we can't thank him enough for the use of his rental. We would love to come back!
