Condo was beautiful! Nice spot on the beach we seen dolphins jumping while sitting on the balcony! Absolutely loved the wrap around balcony our kids did too! The tvs did work. Only thing was the bottom side of some of the outlets didn’t work. Would definitely come back and will recommend to others.

Nice updated condo! We enjoyed our stay overall. The outdoor pool was too cold for most of us and we didn’t go to the indoor pool because other guest said it was too hot in the room, but that’s ok because We took advantage of the beach most of the time. We had a door handle break while we were there and the owners were quick to respond and get it fixed for us.

Great spot and location. Beach view was perfect with a large wraparound balcony with ample seating. Coastal next door makes it an added bonus.

Had a hiccup with checking in and the door code not working- but was able to call and get assitance pretty quickly. Once we got in the unit was nice and cool, clean, and exactly as the pictures show. I would say the beds were a little firm, but still comfy. The views were perfect and saw dolphins from the balcony most every morning. The wrap around balcony was well used. I had some concerns about being on the 7th floor and dealing with the elevator- but we never had to wait longer than a minute and we had 4 kids coming and going, never any issues. We used the grilling area while staying and that was perfect. A few suggestions that would make this place even better would be to include a few beach chairs/wagon/umbrella. We drove 15 hours and had to bring these items with us. Also would like to suggest they have storage containers for fruits and veggies for the week. These sugguestion are minor though and were not promised, so it was no suprise. 10/10 recommend and we may make our way back sooner than later :)

Great Beach View

The main feature of this unit is the wrap around balcony beach front view. Three bedrooms, nicely appointed. Short drive to many good restaurants. About a mile from a Gulf State Park Trail head. Perfect walking trails.

Happy place with amazing views

We stayed there for two weeks and it was great! We loved it! Easy drive to the property, easy access, a corner unit with big comer balcony and amazing view. Grocery stores were very close too - very convenient.

We have stayed at Summerchase for the past 3 years. Great location. Beaches have chair rentals available. Located very close to CoastAL and the pier. The beach was not crowded as there is a public beach on one side and houses on the other. This unit met our sleeping needs. The place was tidy but there was trash under the beds, the primary shower handle doesn’t work properly, and there is limited dishware/cutlery in the kitchen. The most disappointing thing was they locked us out prior to 9am on checkout day while we were away from the condo - checkout is not until 10am. The cleaning materials were already outside of the door.I had to call to get a code to get back in. She had to give me 3 different codes before we could get back in. While speaking with “liquid life customer service” rep I asked her to please let housekeeping know we would need our extra time to remove all of our things since we had been locked out. The housekeeper then walked in at 10am and was very angry at us for still occupying the condo. She walked out before I could explain to her we were locked out and needed extra time. Overall, Summerchase is a great fit for our vacation. Liquid Life and housekeeping was very disappointing.

Great Gulf Coast Location

Awesome, except this property uses keys rather than a keypad. Keys made check-in and check-out (and keeping track of the on the beach!) messy, but everything else was otherwise perfect!!!

Family time

The property was everything we look for in a family vacation! The location was excellent and beach was never crowded even for mid June. The condo was very well stocked in a every room even for those that prepare a lot of meals themselves. Someone even came by after our arrival to ask if we needed extra towels, linens, etc. I was texted throughout the week to assure we had everything we needed. Not one complaint for the week. We will definitely return again soon.

Great Orange Beach Vacation

We loved the location of the property. It was nice to not have big condo's on either side. It definitely meant less people on the beach near us. The property is so close to Publix and other stores, literally across the street. We loved being on the 7th floor. It was the perfect view. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The carpet was worn but that didn't bother us at all. Everything was very clean. We loved the big balcony but the door was really hard to open, understandable because of the salt water wear and tear. All in all, we would stay here again on our next trip to the beach!

Good location that needs some tlc

We love the location. This unit overall was good, but needs some things fixed. The shower knob in guest bathroom was broken when we arrived. Contacted Liquid Life, but it still had not been assigned to a maintenance technician the next afternoon. My husband bought knob and fixed it himself because shower was unusable. TV's in bedrooms had nothing you could watch unless you had a streaming service and living room only had a few channels that kept cutting off. Unit had plenty of closet space, but could use some storage for clothing in bedrooms. Refrigerator drawer was broken. The balcony was great! Overall condo was good for our family. I just think it could be better with a few things fixed.

Summerchase 701

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Summerchase many times, but this was the first time in 701. We were overall not pleased. The carpet was badly stained in the bedrooms. The wet bar countertop and sink was missing. It was laying in the master closet with random pieces of granite. I called about these issues as soon as we arrived, and were told they were entering a ticket. We never saw nor heard back. I sent many texts and pictures. On the final day I received an email saying we would get our cleaning fee back, which I did appreciate. We will not stay in Summerchase 701 again.

Great location and easy access to the beach. The corner unit is incredible— loved the views.There are NO extras in this condo. Prepare with all your own paper goods, extra linens, beach items, pantry staples, decent kitchen utensils, etc.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice except for the carpet. Carpet was extremely dirty. Only had two washcloths for 6 people. Called for more and was told that due to Covid, that was all that was allowed.

Needs some maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fabulous and since it is located as an end unit, but balcony was nice. Two TVs did not work when we arrived but when we called they arrived quickly. The only problem was the carpet in all 3 bedrooms were filthy. The had stains all over them. The hall bathroom's commode kept getting hung on the chain with the flapper and the master bathroom vent sounded terrible - we were afraid to use. I found the lost TV changer behind the nightstand in the twin bedroom along with a water bottle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th time to rent this unit. Still a very nice unit. freshly painted due to Hurricane Sally. All new TV's but cable systme for building was messed up all week. While satisfactory, some of the furniture is starting to look a little tired. It was a another restful week as we enjoyed our stay
