Surf Side Shores 1604 es una unidad interior 6ª planta que cuenta con suelos de baldosas, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gabinetes y encimeras de granito. Toda la unidad dispone de televisión de pantalla plana. Tanto los maestros y artista invitados dormitorios cuentan con camas King con sofá cama en la sala de estar. Ven a disfrutar de este condominio muy bien decorado!
Surf Side Shores tiene dos piscinas junto a la playa, uno de los cuales es una piscina larga temporada. También hay una zona de la parrilla disponible para los clientes de Surf Side Shores.

* POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: la tarifa de procesamiento de $ 89 nunca es reembolsable. Great location and views

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and location. The ocean was gorgeous! We were a little nervous with our little ones (3 year old and 10 month old) and the spacing between the rails on the outdoor patio but otherwise, the place was perfect for our family!

It was clean, HVAC worked great, and the kitchen was nice and fully stocked with everything we needed. Easy access to a really nice beach! Overall we rate it very good with only deficiencies being out of date bathrooms and skimpy toiletries.

Perfect set up

Our first trip to Gulf Shores and the condo was perfect. The space was very clean and cozy. The view was amazing and the location was close to everything. The check in and out was simple and we even got in before check in time which was super helpful. We would stay here again and would consider other peoperties from the management company.

Everything was as advertised. Great location. We loved it all. Definitely recommend Surfside Shores.

We loved it. We won't hesitate to go back there. I've already recommended it to a coworker. We didn't want to leave. It was the best vacation we've had in a long time and the condo was a big part of it.

Family vacation

Love the condo. Had cable. Unable to use streaming as TV remote missing. Had dish and WiFi but no streaming w/o actual TV remote. Other than that wd rent again. Condo very comfy. Beautiful view.

Good location, ok condo

We loved how close the condo was to the beach. As far as the actual unit, not so much. It had a very musty odor and needed thoroughly cleaned. The rug in one of the bathrooms was disgusting. It was fully stocked, but the pans were cheap. I would enjoy staying in the complex again but would not stay in the same unit.

Enjoyable

The condo was the perfect location to the beach. 6th floor right beside the elevator. The place was clean, but could use some updating. There was a musty smell when we first got there and kinda lingered throughout the stay, but not bad enough to ruin our stay. I would recommend better signage for where to place large trash boxes, etc since you can put them in the chute. We had to ask some staff and about 3 other guests asked us where the garbage bin was located. However like I said above it was enjoyable and had a great view, so we would definitely stay at this condo in the future

Our stay in this unit 2 years ago was immaculate, however, this time there was a lot of peeling paint, leaky faucets, dirty and musty smelling furniture, wet spots on our bed that soaked all the way through to the mattress, and the pool was nasty. We do not plan to stay here again.

I had a couple of issues that kept me from giving 5 stars. First, the sheets may have been the worst I've slept on anywhere. Second, we had a dehumidifier in the unit upon arrival and at some point on our 2nd day while we were out on the beach someone entered the unit and took it without notifying me they would be entering the unit. I assume it was someone from the rental agency but it felt very unprofessional.

Great Vacation in Gulf Shores.

Unit 1604 is a 6th floor oceanfront unit and is directly across from the elevator which is great for handicapped persons such as my wife or families with kids coming from the pool or ocean. The unit itself 2BR, 2BA and each bath has only a single sink. Couples will need to use the same sink since there are no double vanities. I did notice the H/C faucets in the shower and vanity in the interior bathroom had both hot and cold water lines reversed (hot) when it’s levered to cold. Confusing until you figure out it’s backwards. The unit has a huge TV in the living area and very small TV’s in each BR. The WI-FI was locked so we weren’t able to use Wi-Fi from our unit. The unit was clean and had ample patio furniture which we enjoyed and with an excellent view. The access to the beach was fantastic since my wife who has Muscular Dystrophy could actually get to the beach since it’s such a short distance from the walkway. The best beach access we have ever had. My wife and I had a great time at Gulf Shores and would stay in this unit again. I give this unit 5 stars but with a couple of changes like bigger tv’s in the bedrooms and unlocking the Wi-FI it would be much better.

Amazing View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent the week with my two teenage sons and we had a wonderful relaxing time. Being RIGHT ON the beach was a great change for us. We had been to Gulf Shores twice before and stayed across the street on the Lagoon side. Even though it was close, we still didn't go to the beach much then because of having to haul all our stuff across the street. This was so much better. So easy to be right down there. The unit had all the small appliances and utensils we needed including a vacuum which was invaluable because no matter how hard you try, you are always bringing sand in with you. The beds were fairly comfortable, more on the firm, not plush, side. Pillows were a problem. There were not enough pillows in the unit. There were no extra pillows for the pull-out sofa. The bathrooms need updating. Showing wear and rust spots but otherwise ok. Make sure to bring your own beach towels. Even though it isn't mentioned in the listing, they do have a Keurig coffee maker which was nice. I would stay here again.

Less than perfect accommodations

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in same condo 2 years ago and loved it which was why we requested it again this time. What a difference 2 years made! The most concerning issue involved a potential health issue which the rental company would not resolve during our time there. The dampness/moisture in the condo, especially the second bedroom plus the musty/mildew odor was unbearable at times. Our clothes and other objects were constantly damp. We were in contact with Gulf Shores Realty almost day for that and a couple other issues. Great lack of communication when following the steps to report problems. No call backs, we had to keep calling. They left us in a bind over the weekend by not calling back. Supposedly they tried to get ahold of owner without results. We feel someone—either the owner or the rental company to offer some monetary compensation. If no response, we will contact the BBB, the health department, realtors assoc, and/or tourism board so that someone takes responsibility for something. Both of us have respiratory issues (COPD, asthma) and the air quality in this condo is a risk for persons with these health issues.
