Este apartamento se encuentra en la calle 7 en la rue de Beaune, muy cerca del río Sena, el Louvre, Saint Germain des Près y muchas otras atracciones turísticas accesibles a poca distancia.
Este establecimiento de 1 dormitorio independiente se encuentra en el centro de París, a solo 3 minutos a pie del Museo de Orsay. El 7 es una gran opción para los viajeros interesados en la historia francesa, las galerías de arte y la auténtica arquitectura parisina.
Este tranquilo apartamento solo puede acomodar a una pareja.
En el segundo piso de un edificio típicamente parisino, tiene una sala de estar con vista a la calle y un dormitorio doble con una cama king size (180 cm) que se abre a un patio tranquilo. Cuenta con baño privado con bañera, lavabo e inodoro.
Una lavadora / secadora combinada también está disponible detrás del armario del baño.

La entrada se abre a un pasillo que conduce a una cocina separada a la derecha, la sala de estar a la izquierda y el dormitorio en suite a la derecha también (frente a la sala de estar).
La sala de estar está totalmente equipada con un gran sofá esquinero, una mesa de centro que se puede elevar y ampliar a una mesa de comedor, un magnífico escritorio de madera antiguo y un televisor de pantalla plana con canales internacionales disponibles.

La cocina es ideal para preparar tus propias comidas en casa. Dispone de estufas, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera y todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios.

Otro baño separado está disponible al final del pasillo de entrada.

Este apartamento gris y blanco está decorado en un estilo muy elegante y moderno, pero aún conserva un toque de encanto parisino del siglo XVIII.

Perfect Location for Museums and Notre Dame

Loved this location! Super close to the Seine, Louve, d'Orsey, etc. Plenty of room and having a 1.5 bath apartment was fantastic. Grocery literally 30 steps from the front door and over a dozen nice restaurants/bistros within 2 blocks. Steps for anyone with disabilities may be an issue. Three flights with 42 steps. Eveerything else was fantastic. Quiet yet close to everything. Would definitely stay there on our next trip.

Charming Apartment

Everything about this property was wonderful. It was clean. The beds were good. It has good water pressure and the hot water is really hot! The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to Central Paris. There is a washer, but no dryer, so be prepared to hang your clothes to dry them. It is an older building, which has its charm, but be prepared to climb stairs, We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice clean apartment, well-appointed in a tremendous central location, with an excellent driver’s service. We had 3 problems. Our Glamparis Booking Confirmation states, “We will visit the apartment, show you all you need and explain the most important to know”. They did not offer to come to our apartment to help with anything. Maybe that contributed to the 3 problems. An extra charge for late check-in is reasonable, but the self-check-in procedure for late arrivals is a bad system. Our flight to Paris was cancelled and re-routed. When we arrived late, @ 11:00, we needed flashlights to walk through a pitch-black courtyard and enter codes for lock-box in the total dark and then go to another building and do it again in the dark. It made us feel unsafe. The apartment instructions and pictures for the television did not match the remotes we had, they were different. We texted and emailed Glamparis back and forth for 3 days. We never got the tv to work, we just gave up. The water went off from 08:00 am to 17:00 pm the last 2 days. Among the fliers in the entryway, there was a note in French but Glamparis never told us the water would be turned off, we found out from the plumber after the water was off.

Super location

Very smartly decorated apartment in a fantastic location. We are frequent visitors to Paris and this was our first time staying in this area. Apartment is located close to the Seine, Orsay, and the Tuileries. Metro stop is less than a 10 minute walk and many restaurants, boulangeries and groceries are within walking distance. Communication with property staff was stellar and check-in/check-out seamless. Enjoyed our time here!!

Great location and quiet sleep

We loved the location of the apartment. The neighborhood is very posh and very safe. The street is nice and quiet at night and the bedroom is on an inner courtyard so we slept very well. The bed is comfy too! The apartment is elegant and very clean with all the necessary equipment . The half bath was very convenient. The manager is very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. We really enjoyed our week in Paris.

Lovely place to stay

The flat is nicely decorated in subdued tones. The on line pictures are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked with cookery, dishes, and good appliances. It is very quiet when the windows are closed.. The front room is very comfortable for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Things to be aware of... There is a washing machine but no dryer, so it is really only useful for underwear and light blouses to be dried on the drying rack or towel warmer. The tub/shower combination is aesthetically lovely, but the tub is deep and the floor is very slippery. With no rubber mat or grab bar it is important to be careful. The location is terrific. The Musee d"Orsay is a 7 minute walk, the Louvre 10 minutes across the Seine, three metro stations within 5 to 10 minutes. There are many restaurants close by, a Monoprix market 2 blocks away and a smaller market literally 30 feet down and across the street at the corner where you can buy fresh croissants in the morning. There are two excellent fresh home-made delis round the corner, making it easy to have a delicious, multi course meal in the comfort of the flat without having to cook and clean dishes!

Lovely apartment on quiet street

We loved the apartment. Everything was just as advertised. Was very comfortable and quiet. It was very centrally located to all the sites, we walked to them all. Kitchen was very nice and bathroom was large. Bedroom had a comfy king size bed and lots of storage in closet. The only improvements I would suggest is a shower/bath mat because the tub is very slippery and a larger, floor standing clothes drying rack (the one there is small and hangs on the shower glass). One other mention I should make is there’s 42 steps to the apartment, so if you have lots of luggage, just be aware. We would definitely stay there again

Elegant Paris Apartment

This condo was just as advertised - beautiful, sleek, calming shades of off-white in every room. Wonderful location on the Left Bank a block from the Seine, and very close to lively restaurants and bakeries too, while being quiet at night. Check-in was clear and easy (although cost an extra 50 Euros cash for Sunday check-in, which was the day our rental began). Condo had everything we needed - except a clothes drier, which made washing anything other than quick-dry underwear problematic; also would have liked having more than 2 towels for a week's stay. Appreciated the extra half-bath, always a nice extra for a one-bedroom. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment; well-managed, just as advertised. A beautiful home base for exploring all of Paris.

Elegant Parisian apartment in sensational location

This apartment was very much as advertised and located in a fashionable neighborhood sandwiched just off the Quay Voltaire and Quay D’Orsay, rich with restaurants, antique shops, fromagerie, wine store, bakery, etc., etc. In other words, everything you’ll need for an authentic Parisian experience. Kitchen was very functional and well outfitted for the minimal cooking we did. Bed was extremely comfortable. Linens were good quality. Washer worked well and clothes hung dry overnight. Wi-Fi was fine. Check in was smooth and the agency held our luggage since we arrived early in the morning but were able to get us into the apartment before noon, which was greatly appreciated. All in all a 5-star experience and highly recommended!

Location!

This apartment presents itself as advertised. We noted that the kitchen was particularly well supplied with everything a short or long stay would be required. It is a short walk to the d’Orsay and many other iconic Paris locations. It was ideal for the two of us. We would stay in this apartment again.

Good location with drawbacks

Great location but 3 flights of dark and uneven stairs, bed spread stained, lacked some basic amenities (Kleenex, extra toilet paper, extra towels), & washer/dryer not user friendly. Would not recommend for anybody who does not wish to climb stairs. Also lack of table space-no night stand on one side, very small dining/desk table, & no vanity.

Perfect Location!

We just finished a 4 night stay & everything looks exactly as it is presented in the listing! Glamaparis was extremely responsive & helpful with everything we needed whether via email, in person, or through VRBO app. Overall, I would highly recommend renting this property & would rent here again if we return to Paris! Pros - *The location just can’t be beat - it is close to most of the sights & walking distance to many others. The neighborhood is charming & quiet even though you are only 2 blocks from the city’s hustle & bustle. *The bed was extremely comfortable & since it faces a courtyard, it was very quiet at night = excellent, restful sleep. *The apartment was clean (with only a few deep cleaning things that would need attention at some point). We didn’t find any of it to be bothersome. *The glamaparis team was very responsive to any concerns that did arise. They handled everything quickly & efficiently. Cons- *Biggest con is that there is a washer in the apartment, but it does not function. I did read this on prior listings, but assumed all had been rectified since it is still advertised as having one. We packed accordingly & assumed we would have a space to do laundry. Not a deal breaker for us since our next rental in Nice has one as well, so we will do laundry there. But if you are counting on this as an included essential, you should confirm it has been repaired prior to booking! *One breaker continuously tripped even when we weren’t running any appliances at all. We could be laying in bed & it would switch off. It seems that it was probably the water heater since we did not have hot water our final morning until I turned the breaker back on for an hour or so. I have made them aware & trust that they will handle that issue as quickly as they have any others. The first time it occurred, I contacted them and they sent someone out right away while we were out touring. It was a minor inconvenience, but I wouldn’t let it prevent me from staying again. Do make sure you are not trying to convert electricity & only using an adapter. We didn’t have a need to convert as our appliances are all 240, but I think converting could be a concern. *We did have an issue with the shower not turning on our first evening. It wouldn’t budge despite how hard we tried to turn it. As soon as I made them aware, they sent someone out to fix it. It worked perfectly after that! I wanted to detail the cons for awareness, but def don’t let it deter you!

Great Paris Apartment

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a great location, less than 2 blocks from the Seine and less than 5 minutes walk from the musee d'Orsay. It's on a relatively quite street of antique shops and galleries. Good storage, good bathroom. Very clean and fresh. Management was very responsive when we asked for an additional fan for the warm bedroom. We would stay again.

Week in Paris

Excellent location - two blocks from the Seine, 4 blocks from the Musee D'Orsay, across the Seine from the Louvre. Quiet neighborhood. Easy local grocery shopping. Excellent boulangerie two blocks away. Easy walk to St Germain Des Pres and many shops and restaurants. 5 blocks to a Metro. Apartment has a nice shower, a nice bath, comfortable bed, good appliances, etc. Nice living room to relax -- can sleep on couch if you want -- or if you snore! Do need to walk up a couple flights of tight steps, so not great for elderly or disabled.

lovely apartment in great neighborhood.

This is a very nice apartment in an upscale neighborhood. Close to stores, bakeries, museums, metro stops - really a great location. The king bed was a must for us as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. However, there were a few issues that made our stay less than we hoped for. We were counting on a working washing machine and dryer and unfortunately it was broken when we were there. The management company sent someone to fix it and they thought it was, but it still did not work. This was very inconvenient. Also, the apartment next door had a loud party until 2:30 am on a Saturday night. They were out on the balcony, that was 10 feet from our bedroom, smoking and talking loudly all night. Just when we fell asleep they returned at 5:00 am to party some more. We didn't know the etiquette around asking them to stop the party (there were at least 40 people). We got very little sleep that night. I told the management company about this and they said this has never happened before and that they would talk to the tenants. It would have been nice if they had offered to refund a night of our rent. These things did not ruin our trip by any means, but it was less than we hoped for. I would stay here again if these issues were resolved.

We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was fantastic. Just a couple of things to keep in mind. Washer/dryer didn’t work great and not much on the supplies (little market on the corner had what we needed). Overall, we loved it.

.. Newly renovated, new furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, quiet and CLEAN. The location was perfect, near numerous businesses that we enjoyed frequenting, including a superior boulangerie, fromagerie, wine cave, several traiteurs, and a Monoprix supermarket. Moreover, we were only a short walk to numerous restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Atelier de Joel Robuchon and Les Climats. The management representative was very professional and helpful. He was immediately available when we arrived, and even contacted us during our stay to inquire whether we were in need of anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Founded in 2008, our young team works with dozens of individual property owners, who trust us to ensure the quality of their secondary homes. We aim to make the renting process simple and secure, facilitating the reservation process, and providing support throughout your stay. Our services include on-site check-in, maintenance, and professional cleaning services. We also create rental contracts and accept credit card payments.

This property is extremely central for a couple willing to visit Paris. The area includes some of the major touristic attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, the Hôtel des Invalides, and a concentration of such world-famous museums as the Musée d'Orsay, Musée Rodin and the Musée du quai Branly. The Louvre museum is also within walking distance.
The 7th arrondissement is also France's first richest district. It is extremely prestigious and aristocratic considering its history. It is also the location of so many French government bodies such as the French National Assembly.

We suggest a private transportation company with whom we have been working for a couple years now. They will have a driver wait for you at the airport and drive you to the apartment or our office (in case the apartment is not ready). Rates can be provided upon request.

As Paris real estate professionnals since 2008, we offer to all our tenants an insurance policy covering involuntary rental risks (up to 2500€), and civil liability (mandatory in France).

It is a non-smoker apartment and pets are not allowed.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys.
This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins from 7pm, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.

Every booking with GLAMAPARIS includes liability and rental risk insurance.
