Para sus próximas vacaciones en la playa, no busque más que Blue Tide 1B, un fabuloso refugio de dos pisos con inmejorables vistas al Golfo. Tanto el dormitorio principal y dormitorio de invitados cuentan con baño privado y el condominio tiene capacidad para seis personas por lo que es el lugar perfecto para una escapada en familia o en pareja. Alojamiento Bountiful incluyen vistas del golfo de todo, una planta libre en las zonas comunes, bar, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, una función de enfriador de vino, acceso a la playa privada y una piscina comunitaria. Esta impecablemente cuidada, dos dormitorios, dos condominios de baño se encuentra entre la playa de Romero y Santa Rosa Beach que permite un acceso rápido a una gran variedad de tiendas y restaurantes a lo largo de la costa. Maravilloso tramo de hierba en marcha a lo largo de la parte trasera del edificio ... genial para los niños para jugar. The home was advertised as updated. Not sure what was considered to be updated. Things were dirty and the kitchen was not functional. Every time the oven was on the smoke alarm went off. MBR was infested with lovebugs inside, the sinks clogged, and maintenance was unwilling to assist. They told us to clean it up. Very disgusted. The only thing wonderful was the view. Will not recommend.

Blue Tide was a great experience

The Blue Tide is a beautiful condo with stunning views of the ocean. The condo itself had plenty of space for us and our kids. There is a walk out stairway from the back balcony that leads directly to the beach. We had a great stay.

A good place to stay

We had a g pod experience. It’s a really nice property. Living room furniture is a little tired maybe needs to be refreshed or cleaned.And you’re not allowed to have fires in the fireplace, which was a bummer since it was super cold and was the main reason we wanted to rent here.

Great vacation

Overall a great stay. The condo could use some freshening up (ceiling had pieces missing, drawer handles missing, water damage in ceiling, there was some food still left in the sink/disposal) but for the most part it was very nice. Beach area was great- not crowded at all and the chair/umbrella service was great. Our first time in the area and we enjoyed it. Much less crowded than Destin or PCB has become.

Perfect Spot

What a great place, right on the beach. A quick walk down the stairs and you are there, on a private beach that is far from crowded like the resorts in the area. The perfect spot for a family vacation.

Awesome view. Loved how close this was to the ocean. Comfortable bed, tidy and clean for the most part. Really needs a deep cleaning though (in kitchen cabinets, ceiling fan, and vents for example). Would definitely return.

Your own beach

We enjoyed our stay - first time at Blue Tide, though we usually stay in the same area. The townhouse was nice - largely well-updated. I'm sure that the kitchen is next on the project list. The beds were very comfortable and the place clean. As expected, there are a lot of stairs both in the rental as well as to the beach, so if you are not a stair climber, this is not the place for you. But, if you like your "own" comfortable space and a gorgeous beach at a reasonable price, this is a fantastic option.

Family Vacation

We were thrilled with the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. We also loved the end unit location and property. We wish there had been screens on the back doors and the handle to one door was broken and made it unusable. Also, the kitchen could use some updating at some point. But, overall, we were happy with the unit.

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT. FALSE ADVERTISING. 1). This unit DOES NOT include beach service. (If you’ve been to 30A you understand why this is an issue). It advertises as such then in small print they send you an email saying “not included” When we arrive the beach service said it was not reserved for the WHOLE SEASON so it’s not just a fluke. False advertising! 2). THIS UNIT IS NOT UPDATED. See pics. Couch is old and worn out. Kitchen cupboards are plywood and old and deteriorating at the edges. Glass table top comes up every time you apply pressure. Seat cushions are FLAT. Bed pillows are FLAT. 3) Things don’t work: dishwasher doesn’t get things clean. Dishes in cupboard weren’t clean. Freezer quit working. Lights didn’t work. Power went out with a small thunderstorm. 4) DIRTY: couch, kitchen chair cushions are filthy and old. We requested the rug under the table to be removed. It was AWFUL. Had not been vacuumed. Half the pile was smooshed and brown, the part under the table was cream and raised. 5). I requested a refund on beach service or beach service provided and no accommodation was made. Even with the listing STILL ADVERTISING FREE BEACH SERVICE. This is not about having a seat for your bum. It’s about not sitting behind everyone else bc you don’t have the “included” beach service. I was told “you could have canceled”… yea, after I’d booked it during a promotional period and now other units are more expensive. This is our 14th yr @30A. We won’t stay here again

Wonderful vacation spot!

My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children ages 9&13) and grandparents stayed at blue tide 1b and had a great vacation! The beach view was AMAZING, with clean powder white sand, and location was fairly close to shopping and grocery stores. The condo was very clean, stocked well with linens and plenty of nice white towels (we always bring our own beach towels). We never felt crowded - and the downstairs bathroom was a plus and super convenient. The only complaints we have about this unit was the master bedroom closet handle was missing and therefore making it difficult to open. The king mattress in the 2nd bedroom was extremely uncomfortable- dipping in the middle severely. I felt like I was rolling into the center all night. After a few nights of this we were both waking up sore! Kids didn’t have any complaints about the twin beds. Bathrooms were nicely remodeled and water pressure was good. We cook a lot and noticed there needed to be one additional skillet - we went out and bought one. The unit had one deep skillet and maybe one small skillet. But plenty of pots and pans and utensils. A bigger cutting board would be nice but we managed. The porches were so nice with perfect views but the sliding door downstairs was very hard to open. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return with those recommendations.

Great location!

Overall adequate. Functionally needs a few things. Not enough functional places to place luggage. The bedsheets for the king bed in the master bedroom did not fit well/too small for size of mattress and kept sliding off the head of bed. We did not use the guest bedroom but if we had done so and there were 2-4 people staying in that room there is no space to open out luggage. Master bedroom bath needs towel hangers/bars for hand towels/washcloths to be hung. Only 2 small towel bars across from sink(s) and large towels take up much of that space. Nowhere to hang washcloths in the mastershower and no grip bar(s) for women trying to shave their legs. Living room area lighting is not adequate for trying to read... especially in the evening. Dark shades on the lamps do not render good lighting. For such a large area seems there could be more lighting/lamps. Have stayed in several places around this area and all seem to do an adequate job of clean bathrooms and linens. However, it seems they do not bother with cleaning floors and dusting furniture in between guest stays. I feel homeowners should be required to do at least a quarterly 'deep clean' so that wall to wall vacuuming and good furniture polishing, kitchen drawers cleaned gets done periodically. Thanks!

PERFECTION

The six of us absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo! The owners are ideal hosts. One can tell they have an attention to detail and thought of the good of guests in all that they offer. This condo is pristine in cleanliness. Being a germaphobe i even brought my own blankets and sheets. Never used mine though as the sheets and quilt were upscale and truly clean. The rooms are all large. The 2nd bedroom is quite large with plenty of room for 4 people to move about, place their luggage and rest separately in the queen bed and two twins. The Master bedroom is a dream with it’s own balcony and spaciousness that even includes a massage chair. The bed is very comfortable. Love that they have the bed in a location so one can see the water when resting. A shout out for the furniture selection of both balconies. A high table and chairs for the first floor balcony is exactly what is needed so that one can see over the railings instead of through them. The master bedroom balcony chairs and cushions were obviously selected for comfort as well as beauty. We definitely used the balconies due to the hosts excellent selections. There are three full bathrooms. Perfect to have a shower in the bathroom on the first floor. The first floor is huge. Love that you can see the water from the kitchen & living room. Laundry room is right next to the kitchen. This kitchen is incredibly well stocked. They had everything we could have needed and more. We were thankful for the sound proof walls between the units, ceilings, and what were obviously hurricane proof sliding floor to ceiling window doors facing the water. The location was perfect. Quiet. Peaceful. We road our bikes to The Hub @ Watersound and to Rosemary for meals. Loved the small cliff the condos were located on and the beautiful natural & flowering greenery on the cliffs. The steps were perfect and seemed to be not quite three floors of steps. The free beach service was such a gift! A needed bonus to such an ideal spot to stay. The height of the condo on the cliffs made the beach useable, enjoyable and ideal to watch the sea life and beauty. Everyday we saw pods of dolphins going back and forth. Anxiously awaiting a return to this ideal condo!

Not a nice condo

We’ve stayed at blue tide 4 times now because of the location and size of the condos. Every time we’ve been extremely happy. Because of the huge increase in price overall we weren’t able to stay in the normal 3 bedroom we liked, but we were fine with a 2 bedroom in the same complex because of the money it saved us (the amount was still hundreds more than we’ve ever paid for blue tide). Short and to the point, the condo was dirty overall, there was a leak above the sliding door that poured water down the wall during the rainstorm, and worst of all, there were roaches. The roaches alone have us looking to stay somewhere else outside of blue tide the next time we stay in Seacrest.

I miss it already!

We loved our time there. It would have been 5 stars but the property manager forgot to send us an entry code so we missed the sunset. She did say she was very sorry. We all make mistakes, but when the sun goes down there is not getting that sunset back. We were going to have to pay extra to check in early (I do understand the need for this policy. And elected not to because of the cost. Our goal was not to have to unload in the dark because it gets dark so early this time of year, and to catch our first sunset from the balcony. If we were allowed just a 1/2 earlier had she not forgot to send the code both would have been possible. But I am over it. The carpet should probably get replaced. Or cleaned. I am sure with families it is hard to keep clean. There was also soda or something that had been sprayed on the wall in a corner by the sofa. These are little things, we had all that we needed except a spatula to use when cooking. I am guessing previous guest melted it since the utensils were plastic . We look forward to coming back. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning on the deck overlooking the ocean, and loved the evening sunset views. Thank You for sharing this beautiful unit!

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great time staying at Blue Tide. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the check in/check out process was simple! The access off the back deck to the beach was absolutely amazing and so easy to navigate with young kids and all of the beach toys. If you are having doubts booking this property, don’t! We will definitely be staying again.
