Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location!Condo spacious and clean. We have rented before.One flaw: Master bedroom mattress is BAD. Left side is a valley. raising to a peak in middle, then sloping down to right. Tough to pick which bad spot to sleep.

Great Place!!

This is a very family friendly place to stay. The beaches are not over crowded so you are able to sit and relax and have a great time. Will definitely be back again next year.

Thank you for having a blender ready!We had 5 total forks - would be nice to have enough silverware, plates for the number guests staying.Plenty of sheets, blankets.Balcony is small, but a beautiful view!

Great Location

We love coming here. We stay at this condominium every year for our vacation. This particular condo fits the bill great. Plenty of room for us all. Fantastic view. We will be back again next year.

Pool was not opened, was bring repaired. Weather wasn't warm.enough to use during our stay thoigh

Nice property. Across of peg leg Pete's and close enough to the main road when wanting to shop, eat or have entertainment.

Wonderful

Location was perfect and private! Just a short bike ride to downtown. Only thing to adjust would be beds, they were sunken in. But the condo was well equipped and clean!

Please know that it can be difficult to please everyone when it comes to mattresses. The only negative was the master bathroom door had a loud squeak when opening and closing, but that can be a quick fix. We loved it!

Sans Souci 703

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year at Sans Souci and our first year in #703. The condo was just as advertised. The gulf views are incredible. The condo was very clean and spacious. We especially love being right across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant. Will definitely be back again. The only negative thing was that the living room furniture was uncomfortable.

Beautiful Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, not overly crowded spot in Pensacola, this area is for you. With Peg Leg Pete's and Tom Thumb across the street, we rarely had to get in the car. We were able to comfortably fit 8 grown women in this condo and not feel too crowded. There was a decent supply of kitchen items and everything appeared updated. The view was fantastic. Highly recommend this unit and Sans Souci in general.

Never disappoints!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this specific condo and it did not disappoint. The dishes, utensils, and kitchen was well stocked. Recommend a strainer to add to the colander already there. The new mattresses were better but we did not care for the 4" foam topper on the king. The new bath towels were great as was the new chairs on the deck. View at this condo is fabulous as pelicans fly at the deck height. The addition of Sans Souci recycle bins were great. The condo and entire property kept clean including pool. Peg Leg Petes across the street still our fav!

Cheer Nationals + Vacation

Overall, we had a wonderful time. The property was fairly clean. Some furniture was a bit dusty and it seemed musty at first but I think the property had just been vacant for a few weeks. Once we turned on the air, it cooled off and aired out. The ocean view was beautiful and the property is close to local restaurants and other activities in PB. Beach service attendant was very friendly. The only complaint I had was there was someone working/repairing the roof. There was A LOT of hammering and what sounded like a drill. It was pretty loud since we were on the top floor. They also started about 7:30am on the weekend. So, if you’re an early riser, that may not bother you. There was plenty of kitchenware for all your cooking/dining needs. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone visiting the Pensacola Beach Area.
