Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Myself and 2 teenagers stayed a full week here - had everything that we needed. The one thing that we didn't realize (until the day that we left) was that the key also opened the garage that had tons of beach toys/chairs and bikes. Would recommend this rental - close to beach and far enough away from boardwalk that made the beach quiet and comfortable!!

First time in Pensacola

We enjoyed our stay. The street noise was a little loud, but not so bad that we couldn’t sleep. The bed in the room closest to the street was so comfortable, we slept late even when we weren’t trying to!

This townhouse needs a serious upgrade!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this townhouse about 5 times since 2020, and we pay a $225 cleaning fee. We have written to you before that. 1)The rugs are dirty and need to be cleaned or they need new rugs. 2) The screen door does not open easily, the lock on sliding door doesn’t work. 3) the sliding door in bathroom doesn’t close or open properly. 4) there is a huge water marking on the ceiling that needs to be painted. With all the money we spend on cleaning, these issues could have been repaired... we are not happy with the lack of aww we are Ed’s to these issues.

Nice property and location!

We loved our stay! The adults had the bedrooms and kids on the pullout couch. Great views from the balconies. Location was perfect- brief walk to the ocean and right next to the pool! Really bummed about not having a blow dryer or a broom and dust pan, and could have used more kitchen towels. You’ll also need to buy trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher pods. Over all a great place to stay, we would stay again!

Our only complaint was with the air conditioner. We had to over ride it a lot because it kept going to 64. It was like an ice box. We figured out all the vents were closed also. The garage was very moldy also. We think there is leak somewhere. The first few nights we all had headaches.

It was overall great

Close to the beach, far enough down from the main pier in Pensacola beach that it felt private, quiet. The toilet in the bedroom with the mural runs constantly and that was distracting while trying to sleep.

Beach home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year in a row that we have stayed in Regency Cabanas and we absolutely love it there! The location is great, a safe gated community, with beach access. Close to all the action, just a couple of miles from the main strip with trolley stops right out front too! The staff are friendly, you get a beach bag full of goodies and information when you check in, and the property was clean and inviting. It truly felt like home away from home. After spending the days on the beach, sight seeing and shopping, it felt comforting coming back to a place that felt like home. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Outstanding Property

We had the best time. This property was absolutely perfect. We stayed in F1. I was worried before we arrived because people mentioned a musty odor. I am a sensitive smell kind of person. Lol. It was a bit musty when we arrived but it went away as we cooked and did laundry, etc. It actually smelled a bit like going to see my grandma in her older house. But...after the first hour, you don’t notice it at all. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. F1 is near a pool. The pictures made it look old and small but the pool was actually fairly large with 2 waterfalls in it and a shower station. It was nice. The condo is in a gated community where it feels a bit Italian in the style of the buildings. We were in the unit closest to the road. There was some road noise but we took fans that drown out noise while we sleep so it didn’t bother me. (I’m a VERY light sleeper). The walk to the beach was about 3 minutes. The beach was gorgeous and shallow for a long way. It wasn’t busy since fewer condos. This was a perfect location. We will be saving this condo info for future trips. Yes, it was fully stocked and super clean. It even had cookie sheets and a pitcher which is often not in condos we’ve rented in the past! We recommend this completely!

Regency Cabana

It was a good location for connecting with another family in a nearby home. It smelled a little musty when we walked in initially and appeared to stay that way. It was difficult to adjust the thermostat & not sure it ever got to temperature we wanted.

Nice place

It was a good place, neat and clean. Could have used more garbage bags and toilet paper supplies, never found beach towels either. No info on how to access the pool. But otherwise we enjoyed our time and this home was close To the beach and shopping/restaurants.

Nice Place Really Close To The Beach

We liked the condo. It is closer to the beach than the listing stated. You do not need to get on the road as the comp!ex backs up to the beach. It is a 5 minute walk. Very nice selection of furniture. All of it easy to clean. There are only 3 things we did not like 1) The rugs smelt musty (we just rolled them out of the way during our stay and the place smelled nice again) 2) One of the bathrooms upstairs did not have an extraction fan 3) The lock on the sliding door to the deck on the main floor was broken so the door was locked with sticks. We were not scared but expected better given how much we paid to rent the unit.

Clean & Cold Getaway That's REALLY Within Walking Distance of Be!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was so pleased with our experience in this condo! It's at the end of the road so it's quiet, and it is right next to the pool. It was an easy walk to the beach each day (5 minutes unless we were trying to drag our nearly-broken beach wagon with us- ha!). The kitchen was well stocked with any equipment I could think of. The living room TV had HDMI ports and we brought our Amazon Firestick for streaming since we were staying in for the evenings. Rooms were clean and had plenty of room. Perhaps most notably, the AC worked VERY well. This is definitely not always the case with the FL heat beating down. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
