La tranquila casa de campo antigua de Florida tiene un aspecto retro con comodidades modernas. Relájese con su bebida de la mañana en la terraza de tamaño súper orientada al sur y disfrute de la brisa que sopla suavemente sobre los pastos y árboles nativos en el gran patio trasero. Si traes a tu amigo canino, apreciará la habitación para recorrer. 904 Largo es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes. Lleve un libro y una sombrilla a la playa, o una de nuestras tablas de surf para disfrutar del surf. Cuando regreses, hay una ducha al aire libre en la terraza y una hamaca para que puedas alejarte lentamente el resto del día. Cene en el comedor, en la espaciosa barra de la cocina o en la terraza. The house had everything we needed and more. Plenty of pots, pans and dishes for meals. I especially appreciated the fenced in back yard for our dog and the screen porch.We had coffee every morning on the porch. All appliances were clean and in good working order. Nice neighborhood, met several of the neighbors during our daily walks with the dog. Close to the beach which is shallow and kid friendly (no dogs). The dog beach is about a 10 min drive and we went there several times. Love Pensacola Beach and loved this house, it was perfect for us. We will be back!

Perfect little cottage!

Great place to stay for our girls blue angel week. Very clean and accomodating. Loved that it was dog friendly and convenient to dog beach East. We also enjoyed the baby beach at the end of the road! It was a great place to watch the Saturday blue angels show without the crowd. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this little retro cottage within short walk to a beach on the bay great for small children. Also within a walkable distance to the Gulf. Drive 5 mins east to a dog beach on the Gulf. There are also local restaurants that allow dogs. The cottage was super clean with everything you could need. The only caveat are the louvered doors to the bedrooms and bathroom lol.

Positive and Negative

I'll start with the negatives which were not too negative - the outdoor shower had only cold water so shouldn't be advertised as a shower but as a place to rinse feet; the backyard needs some landscape work - leveling (was flooded for 2 days) and perhaps a small patch of grass. Positives - loved the screened porch; house was comfortable and well equipped. The location was fun for walking neighborhoods. Overall, enjoyed the stay but next time will rent where I can see water from the house.

House was amazing--loved the fenced back yard for our two dogs. Very clean and nicely maintained--we hope to come back!

Cute older (which I loved) cottage. Reminded me of the house I grew up in so I really enjoyed that!

Very relaxing! Within walking distance to beach like 4 blocks took about 7 min carrying beach chairs and such. Beds are only Full size. But comfortable enough. Porch door will hit your ankles if you let go of door. Only one toilet. Had no extra Toilet paper. Had no extra kitchen trash bags. Screened in porch will pop balloons as the screws from roof are popping out. Back yard is wild but none of those horrible stickers and lots of shade for dog. Barbecue grill was nice and clean and had plenty of propane & worked fine. Door to back deck wonky. Doesn’t shut easy and no dead bolt. Had big trash can and recycle can just outside. Washer and dryer in were located off car port so was very hand and worked well! I loved that area because it was perfect for storing my bike! The utility room also had things you’d use on the beach or otherwise. We simply had a very relaxing stay and will recommend it and may stay next time we go to that area.

Adorable cottage just down from the Baby Beach. Great location!

It was perfect for our little dogs…until we were face to face with a 4 foot snake! The grass could’ve been a bit shorter honestly (then the snakes wouldn’t hide in the tall weeds). Louvered doors made it extra cozy— we could hear every sound each other made. The place is very comfortable and homey overall

Late July Stay

House is in a good location for Pensacola Beach. It is not on the water. However, a calm bay is within close walking distance. It is has a unique charm with decor. Pet friendly with floors but lack of grass for pets is something desired for sure. Positive is screened in porch, big fridge, and washer/dryer setup. Comfortable for family of 4. Single bathroom may be challenge for use and privacy, but hey, it is family! Fun stay and memories made overall!

So Much More Like a Real House than a "Vacation House"

Reviewer Comments: We drove down from Ohio with two kids and two dogs for our annual Pensacola vacation to visit family and after 11 hours in the car, we were pretty frazzled. Checking in took less than five minutes (and they gave us a beach bag full of snacks, bottled water, and ground coffee from the city's coffee house!) and it was so nice to drive just down the road from the boardwalk and pull into our own little house. Nice-sized kitchen, comfy bedrooms, big bathroom with plenty of towels, great big backyard with a hammock and roof-top deck... It was fantastic! It was great to have such a centrally located spot that was a little further away from the college kids. Our kids loved it, the dog loved the fenced in backyard, and we loved how laid back everything was. Everything was in great condition and well taken care of.Definitely our best Florida rental experience!
