Hermoso, luminoso y soleado de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños condominio en el segundo piso de menos de una milla de Goose Rocks Beach. Cocina con encimeras de granito bien equipadas. Dormitorio principal con cama matrimonial, segundo dormitorio con una cama nido (2 personas), sala de estar sacar sofá. Aire acondicionado, lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas en la unidad. El salón tiene un televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y cable. Las comodidades del resort incluyen casa club con cable, wifi, cocina, piscina exterior y cubierta con jacuzzi y piscina para niños, sala de ping pong, mesa de billar, gimnasio, pista de tenis y campo de balonvolea arena. Great stay in GRB

Property was perfect and the property manager very responsive and helpful. This resort is perfect for family vacations with younger kids as there are lots of activities when not enjoying the beach a short drive away.

Lovely week in Maine

We had a lovely week in our little condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were close to the beach where we met our family members everyday and made lots of memories!

Well appointed condo in a great location! We had 4 adults and although small, plenty of room. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Most importantly was clean and was also updated. Host was super! Even called right back after we emailed we locked ourselves out! 2 minutes to GRB-get there early for parking buy a day pass at the general store kisok-also close by to the town. Would stay again!!

Great access to beach, nice resort

The unit is nicely decorated and has lots of nice touches (beach chairs, charcoal, kids toys etc). And the facilty is nice with two great pools.My only minor complaint would be the washer/dryer--the dryer is missing knob and it can't take towels (tough at the beach!). Don't forget your beach towels!

States a beach resort and its not. The grounds were unsafe for kids to run around, outdoor pool we had to clean debris from, indoor pool paint was chipping everywhere. What was called a resort condo was a small apartment with extremely squeaky bunkbeds and other issues as well.

Nice, clean small condo with many amenities

This condo was nice and clean. Location is great...next to ice cream shop, short drive to beach, across from Sandy Pines Campground with a great general store. The pool at the condo is great with plenty of lounge chairs. Indoor pool w hot tub is nice for inclimate weather. The game room was fun for the kids. The kitchen and linen supplies in the condo were limited (just a few towels, thin blankets, not much for silverware, dishes, etc). The mattresses twin and queen beds were ok, but the trundle and pull-out sofa mattresses were uncomfortable, even for kids. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but few upgrades for this unit would be helpful.

Great location and cozy

This property was cute and comfortable. The location was close to Goose Rocks Beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Kennebunkport. It was great to have laundry in the unit as well. It was tight with my growing children, but we made it work. My main complaint is the mosquitoes and wasps outside. Even during the day, we couldn’t walk to the pool without each of us getting bitten by mosquitoes. There was also a dangerously large hornets nest in the ground by the bottom of the stairs, which could have been terrible if someone stepped on it. None of this is the property owner’s fault, but the complex management should be rectifying these issues. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend the unit for a small family.

Nice little condo!

Overall we had a nice stay. The condo was VERY clean, which was great. It had minimal things yet everything you’d need. We always rent in this community as the location is fantastic if you are looking to be a short drive to Goose Rocks Beach. Nice amenities at the resort. My only complaints: the mosquitoes are awful! We were informed by others staying it’s due to wetlands behind and they are unable to spray which is no fault to the owner but we were covered in mosquitos any time we stepped outside. Lastly, the beds at the condo weren’t great. The bunk beds squeal with just the slightest toss or turn (woke us every night!) and the queen bed slats aren’t screwed in and move with every toss /turn so we had to adjust them nightly. Might not bother some was just annoying for us! Thank you!

Goose Rocks Beach Condo

Very nice, short mile from the beach… we used our bikes and tennis racquets. Short walk to GRB dairy, too! Very relaxing … beach one of the best around. Vanessa was quick to reply - answered all my questions!

Second stay here

Resort and unit are great for families. Love having the outdoor pool. Rode bikes to Goose Rocks everyday-although the ride may be a bit much for really little ones(U-10).

Fantastic Location

The unit is not large but it has everything that you may need. You cannot beat the location! You can easily bike to the beach, which is where we spent most of our time. Because of COVID, only the outdoor pool was open, but we didn’t need the indoor one, because it never rained. We used the tennis courts and walked on the path to the ice cream shop. The only negative for this complex is that they need to spray for mosquitos. It has been a very dry summer but there were so many mosquitos(all day long!)

Great Property/Great Location

It was our second time staying at the resort and our first time in this unit. The home was comfortable, clean and accommodating to our family of four. We enjoyed every moment of our time and will be back without a doubt!

Great place for a family

We really loved our time here. The whole complex was very family oriented. My kids loved the option of having an outdoor pool for the warmer afternoons and an indoor pool for the cooler ones. The clubhouse was great and my husband would take my daughter there in the afternoon while my son napped. The beach isn’t a far walk away if you don’t want to pay for a parking permit. We loaded up our 5 and 2 year old in a stroller and walked them down. The location is ideal (short drive to downtown Kennebunkport, but close to the beach) and the condo was very well kept. Having laundry in the unit made the week a lot easier because we didn’t have to have a pile of dirty clothes to take home. Owner was easy to work with and our stay was great!

Perfectly situated in wooded grounds. Very peaceful and relaxing.A short drive to nearest beach. Condo comfortable clean and well maintained. Excellent facilities with various amenities in the club house as well as out doors. Had a fantastic family holiday beginning of June with 3 adults and 8 month old. We are from Edinbugh, Scotland. Can’t wait to go back soon.

Great place, friendly helpful owners

My family of 4 spent a month in the Condo in June, during the quiet season. What a nice time we all had! The kids loved all the amenities of the resort...it was like we had the place to ourselves most days. We enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor pools, and frequented clubhouse to play pool and games. The tennis courts were just steps away. The condo was cheerfully decorated, and very comfortable. The owners were very helpful, and kind. We are excited to stay again for our next vacation! Thanks for sharing your place.
