Hermosa, profesionalmente decorada, luminosa y soleada unidad de segundo piso, condominio de 2 habitaciones. ¡A menos de una milla de Goose Rocks Beach! Dormitorio principal con cama queen size. El segundo dormitorio tiene literas con una litera de doble fondo (para 3). Lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas, cable e internet en la unidad. Las comodidades del complejo incluyen casa club con cable, WIFI, cocina, piscina cubierta con jacuzzi y piscina para niños, sala de ping pong, mesa de billar, gimnasio, piscina al aire libre con piscina para niños, cancha de tenis, baloncesto y cancha de voleibol de arena. Camine por el camino al restaurante de al lado y helado. Ropa de cama, toallas, 4 sillas de playa, juguetes de playa y artículos deportivos. Great property, family friendly and comfortable. VERY convenient to delicious ice cream. Most restaurants are a bit of a drive. The beach parking was challenging but worth it.

Clean, Bright, and Cozy

Our family of four had a fantastic stay! The accommodations are exactly as described and perfect for a family with little ones. We spent quite a bit of time in the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the climbing frame and swings. The location is great. A short walk to ice cream shop, a short drive to the beach, and a about 15 minutes away from downtown Kennebunkport and the town beach. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pool and beach - best of both worlds!

This was the perfect place to enjoy a week of warm summer weather! We were able to spend time at the beach and the pools everyday, plus were minutes away from downtown and great restaurants. The condo was fully stocked from towels to linens and everything we needed to play at the resort and on the beach. Kittery outlets only about 35 minutes away too, what more can you ask for?! Highly recommend this condo and location.

Great beach condo

This is a great beach condo, upper floor, and very close to Goose rocks beach. 10 minutes to dock harbor in Kennebunkport and 35 minutes to South Portland. The condo was well stocked, washer dryer and it was great to have an indoor pool for rainy days. Both pools had kiddie pools which was great for my little ones.

Nicely decorated & furnished small condo near GRB

This is a really nicely decorated second floor small condo about 1 mile from Goose Rocks Beach. Nicely painted and furnished with good towels including beach towels and bed linens. I especially want to call out how caring and thoughtful the owner is. We unfortunately got covid during our stay and she was very diligent about protecting the health of her housekeeper and also her incoming guests, letting them know the situation so they could delay their visit by a day. She had disinfectant/sanitizing spray in the condo so we did some extra cleaning as a safety precaution before we left. Not an ideal vacation for us but no blame to the condo!

This condo was perfect for us. We were anywhere from 15 minutes to a couple hours from anywhere we wanted to travel on our Maine vacation. We had plenty of eat out choices and the kitchen amenities were also perfect for eating in. Meghan has everything there at the ready and it was much appreciated.

Bright, cheerful and clean

A perfect Maine getaway. The property greets you with manicured landscaping and quiet, quaint buildings and bungalows nestled in among the trees. The unit is even better than the pictures portray. The space is organized, neat, decorated adorably for the beachcomber, and stocked with an array of items one would need while on vacation. This place is an absolute MUST RECOMMEND!

Summer Vacation

Excellent place to stay- had everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. The property owners were fantastic and made sure all details were taken care of for us. Excellent location to beach and town center for dinner and other activities. We will definitely stay there again and recommend this condo to everyone!

Nice condo close to Goose Rocks Beach

The four of us stayed here in August 2019 and the condo was immaculate. The place was stocked with all the essentials and was spotless. We enjoyed the short ride to GRB as well as the Goose Rocks Dairy right next door. Best beach I've ever been to in New England. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great place with everything you need

We returned this year and found everything was still perfect. The condo has been thoughtfully laid out and nicely decorated which allows you to easily settle into vacation mode. Everything you need is there- even beach towels and chairs- which is really helpful as we fly up for our vacation. Meghan has been consistently great to work with and super responsive. After 3 years of going to GRB we are pretty sure it is the perfect destination for our family for many years to come!

Well-appointed & Tastefully-decorated Oasis

As soon as we opened its front door, we were immediately impressed by how tastefully decorated the condo is. Each room has a beach- themed warm hue with well-coordinated furnishing. The place isn't big, but the owner has thoughtfully put all the necessities in the right place that our family of five never felt cramped. The bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids while my husband and I enjoyed the convinence of having a seperate bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen which allowed us to prepare several breakfast. The owner has left meticulous instructions on how to maintain the condo which we were more than happy to oblige, such as rinsing sandy feet in the bucket on the porch before entering the house. I actually found them to be helpful and appreciated how detail-oriented the owners were. The owner was also very prompt in her response since my first inquiry until our check-out. The condo is a corner unit and we never found noise from the neighbors to be an issue. It is part of a complex that has indoor and outdoor pools, both with kiddie pools. The pools had proven to be the main attraction with our children, particularly on cloudy days. The gym is rather bare. I ran on the treadmill a few times and was afraid it would stop unexpectedly as it shook quite hard. Fortunately, it did not. The condo is located less than a mile away from the beach, but it is not walkable, which the owner did inform me candidly when I asked. The two roads leading to the beach do not have sidewalks and cars can go fast. That would have made this condo absolutely perfect! But once at the beach, one will be taken back by its soft sand, mild waves and cool breezes. The few times we were there, it was never crowded, making it a relaxing experience. It's ideal for walking or running, and collecting sea shells at low tide. We had a lovely family vacation here and adored the well-appointed condo that we called home for a week!

I grew up near the ocean on the South Shore of Massachusetts. We went to Cape Cod every year but when I met my husband he introduced me to Kennebunkport and I immediately fell in love!!

This property is perfect for our family since we have not only the options of the beach and town but we have resort living! On a rainy day we have the indoor pool and game room. It is safe for the kids to run around outside and basketball, volleyball, tennis or to ride scooters and bikes. For us, this property had more options for fun than just the beautiful beach.
