Charming apartment in a villa of the early '900 located on the shore of Lake Como in Lezzeno, 7 km from Bellagio.
The apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, consists of a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom, both very bright and with panoramic views, and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a table and 4 chairs, a queen-sized sofa bed, two armchairs and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, crockery and linen. The living room leads to a balcony, on the first floor, overlooking the Lake. The bathroom has a shower, linen and hairdryer. On the back of the villa there is a quiet garden with table and chairs where it is possible to dine. 2 bikes are available for the guests.

Stunning Stay

The Villa was an incredible experience with a balcony with a stunning view over the lake. The home is clean and well equipped with amenities. The check-in and check out was very smooth and the owners were flexible and kind! There was also direct access to go swimming in the lake. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing

My boyfriend and I both thoroughly loved this vrbo and we were very sad to leave it. The views exceeded my expectations, the balcony is a great spot for an aperitivo. The bed was comfy and the kitchen well equipped. We would gladly return!

Wonderful apartment in an amazing location

The apartment was lovely with incredible views of the lake and a great balcony to sit out on and enjoy. Plenty of space for the two of us. Located in a quite and peaceful area of Lake Como. But with easy bus and boat transport close by. Access to the lake for a nice cooling dip was also welcome.

Enchanting & peaceful

Beautiful villa with an amazing view! Very clean, everything you need, access for swimming in lake. Short walk to 2 restaurants, mini mart, bus stop. (To Bellagio & Como). 15 min walk to ferry port. We didnt want to leave.

Charming Villa with STUNNING views!

This property is gorgeous with a beautiful panoramic view of the lake from your balcony and several large gorgeous windows that let in lots of light. At the time I was there the garden was full of sweet smelling jasmine and the water was great for swimming from the small, private access. The area is very quiet and peaceful. There is a little market and a pizzeria up the street and a few other restaurants within a ~15-20 min walk. You are completely reliant on the bus or ferry here unless you bring your own car. Taxis are pretty non-existent and if you manage to find one someone else they will be exorbitantly expensive to get dropped off here (but maybe that is all of Lake Como?). The good news is you are right next to a bus stop and a few minutes walk from the ferry. The hosts were very available and kind. I’m very grateful I found such a lovely place for my visit to this beautiful area!

A Lakeside Charmer With Fabulous Lake Views of Lake Como!

Villa Lina is a bright, airy, cheery space -- the perfect lakeside getaway. The views of Lake Como from the expansive windows and petite balcony were fantastic. The apartment is the second floor of a villa with windows on three sides for those magical views and fresh breezes. The furnishings are comfortable with a modern vibe. The bedroom is small but you will spend most of your time in the living area gazing out at the ever changing views of Lake Como. We couldn't help but think that Villa Lina would also be a perfect getaway for a solo traveler or one seeking a creative retreat. It was romantic and cozy for two travelers and there is a pull-out sofa for an additional traveler if needed. Finding Villa Lena, located in Lezzeno, was easy and parking was plentiful. We were warmly greeted and the hosts left a welcome basket with pasta, sauce, crackers and chocolates and water for our first evening. The pasta dinner was very helpful since there were no markets open in the area for two days. Our advice would be to pick up supplies in Como or Bellagio, before your arrival at Villa Lina, if you plan to arrive on a Sunday or a local holiday. The kitchen is small but well-appointed with all the utensils, appliances and condiments we could use. There are several restaurants within a short drive. Our stay at Villa Lina was more than we could have hoped. We hope to return to Lake Como and Villa Lina in the near future. Best regards, Heather & Scott

Amazing amazing amazing!

Perfect location to see the sights but stay quiet and relaxed while doing it! amazing local grocery store and a few restaurants. easy walk to the bus and to the ferry if you don’t have a car! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future!

Magical Holiday

Our holiday in Villa Linna was wonderful. The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful traditional style house, it has high ceilings and large windows and the balcony looks over beautiful terraces straight onto the lake,. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed and the best thing is that it had its own semi-private access to the lake for swimming and we swam every day. Note: the Lake is very deep here and shelves very suddenly but only a few metres on there is a small beach and children’s play area. Lezzeno was a great location it is on the bus line from Como to Bellagio and the stop is only metres from the door. It also has a ferry stop 1km from the apartment. There are two small, general, grocery shops where we were able to buy everything we needed- the closest (and smaller of the two) is less than 200m away. The Hotel Helvetia (also less than 200m) has a wonderful pizzeria and bar terrace that are open in the evenings both overlooking the lake. The only (very minor) things I would add to the Villa review is the refrigerator icebox is exactly that- you cannot use it for storing anything else- and there were no wine glasses- which is fine if you only want Spritz and beer!

This view is unreal! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay with an amazing view of lake como, we would definitely recommend this place. Still feels like a dream. Also the hosts are so helpful if you have any questions and Lezzeno is the perfect town to stay in!

Schön und ruhig!

Die Wohnung hat einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Comersee und ist ruhig gelegen in der Altstadt von Lezzeno. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine gute Möglichkeit zum Baden im See. Der Balkon ist klein aber ausreichend. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage erlebt.

Everything was fabulous. Just as advertised. Used the ferry to travel the lake. Our only caution is to be aware, if you rent a car in Milan and drive to Bellagio as we did, that parking places are quickly taken and not easy to find.

Typical local apartment overlooking the lake

The apartment was lovely, a bit dated but to be expected given it’s location down a cobbled walkway only reached on foot. It was so quiet! The only sounds we ever heard was the motor launches and odd sea plane.slept like a log and enjoyed the scenery from the small balcony leading off the lounge/dining room/kitchen. Good to know: as you drive from como on the very narrow tortuous road if you pass helvetica hotel on left you have just missed the turning to the public car park!

Experience Lake Como as a local

Lezzeno was a perfect spot to really experience life as a local - regular ferry services , local restaurants and serviceable shops Appartment was perfectly located with balcony opening on to breathtaking views across the lake and a lovely garden at the back Access to private ‘beach’ to swim in lake and community park near by Facilities were good and functional

Perfect lakeside base for exploring Lake Como

The apartment was small but fine for the two of us, with magnificent lakefront views. The bus to Bellagio was at the end of the road and it was only 10 minutes to the ferry. There was a nice restaurant and a mini market within two minutes walk so all we needed was very convenient. Communications before we arrived were clear and everyone was very helpful and friendly. A perfect spot.

Relaxing stay by beautiful Lake Como

We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Lina. Check in was excellent with Elena & family offering their hospitality while the apartment was finished being cleaned, as we arrived early. The easy access to the Lake for swims everyday was so enjoyable and a welcome relief from the heat wave. Lezzeno is a beautiful area, easy to catch a bus to Bellagio also. The local restaurants and small supermarkets were also great. We enjoyed cycling the amazing passes around and beyond the lake. But was so nice coming back to Villa Lina to relax and swim. Thank you so much for our first stay at Lezzeno for a week. It was a dream beginning to our European holiday.
