Great Place

Nice little place in a great neighborhood. I brought an ebike with me which made it very "walkable" (walkable = no care needed). There are stores very close, but if you want to hit up Trader Joes , Fresh Market, Whole Foods, etc like me, then an ebike is perfect to get down the road a few miles...or a car. Either way, it was great. I would definitely stay again.

Little piece of Shangri-La

I loved my vacation at the Villa. Everything worked and was very clean. The view at night of the lit up pool was so peaceful. The walk to Atlantic Ave was a few blocks too far for me but I rectified that by buying (but you could rent) a fabulous beach cruiser bike from the bike shop just a few blocks away. I biked to the beach every morning and evening. There is a wonderful French Bakery right down the street where I bought croissants, French Bread and coffee almost every day. I enjoyed biking around the neighborhood also. Don’t miss out on the fresh produce market and Captain Clays fish market a few blocks away also. They make their smoked fish dip daily from the fresh fish they don’t sell that day. And it is smoker smoked, not just added liquid smoke flavor (I am quite the foodie). So many other wonderful restaurants right there on the Avenue. Bill was a super host and attentive to any questions or concerns I had. I hope to go back and make an annual retreat of the villa 😊. If you are there when it’s a full moon and you are into yoga… don’t miss the Full Moon Yoga on the beach - a real treat for any and all levels of yoga 🧘‍♀️

Wonderful stay. The furniture in the unit was different than pictured, but was nicer. The pool was nice. Wifi was strong. The grill worked well. Comfortable for a month long stay.

Our Stay at Yellow Palms

The property is well maintained and up- to- date. It is 10-15 minute walk to Atlantic Ave and there is a great fish store close by, so you can grill your own fish! The pool area is very nice and each of the 4 units has a private patio space in addition. The pool is clean and well maintained. Anyone with difficulty going down steps without a rail or a ladder may find the pool hard to get in to without a walking stick or cane. The big stone balls at each corner help with the first pool step, however. The owners are friendly and so were the other neighbors.

A total find in Delray Beach!!

I stayed here for 3 months and loved it! The apartment was beautifully furnished and the the bed was so comfy. Housecleaning was supplied since I stayed so long and that was a big help. And laundry was in the complex. The owners were so nice and informative- very helpful. I loved the saltwater pool after a long day. I felt very safe in the apartment at all times. I would highly recommend renting from the owners- they went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect!

A month of great times!

We just spent a month in Delray at the Yellow Palms Villas and it was fantastic. We had a parking space right in front which was great for unloading luggage and bringing in groceries. The villa was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is plenty of closest and storage space. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and great work space. The door off the kitchen leads to a private patio with seating and a BBQ. We make great use of that space. It is surrounded by beautiful palm trees, flowers and greenery. The pool area is a great place to sun on the lounge chairs and have a glass of wine while listing to the waterfall. The yard is peaceful and tranquil. You can walk everywhere as it is a safe and beautiful neighborhood. Down the street is the intracoastal waterway where you can sit and watch the boats go by. The publix, Atlantic Ave. shopping and restaurant and all within walking distance, or you can call the Downtowner golf transport and they will pick you up. The beach is beautiful and clean. There are umbrella and lounge chairs for rent so you don't have to bring all that with you. There is a fun place to go for a drink when you come off the beach, The Sandbar, don't miss it. The Villas owners, Susan and Bill are great hosts and will help you with anything you need. We had the best time here and will rent here again. We highly recommend the Yellow Palm villas to anyone coming to Delray for a great time and a fabulous place to stay. Elaine and Bill May 1, 2018

Lovely Delray respite

The home was lovely and afforded us everything we needed for a Florida break from winter. It was comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a Keurig coffee maker and gas grill. The pool was an outstanding feature, and provided a cool way to escape from the sun and heat. Our hosts provided everything that we required to make our stay wonderful. The location was great, as it was out of the fray of downtown, but close enough to the beach and shopping, making it totally convenient. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a rental in this area.

Perfect getaway

Great property! Had a fabulous week in a clean, spacious, home. Great neighborhood, biked to beach, fireworks, grocery store. Bill & Susan were amazing hosts, helpful but not intrusive. Perfect vacation!

The Best of Delray

I personally love this place! There are many things that make this place so special but most importantly it is Bill and Susan who manage the property so efficiently and who are great hosts! They are always just a text or phone call away for any questions or problems( of which I have never had any!!).The property itself has a lot of charm with lovely landscaping that keep each of the 4 villas lush and private. And as I have stayed in all but one of the villas I can say they are all immaculately clean and very comfortable. Having a pool is also nice if you like to swim or just lounge. And the location is the best as I never rent a car and I walk everywhere, to publix, the beach, and into town for great meals and shopping. I would never dream of staying anywhere else nor will you if you choose to stay here.

Yellow Palms, Delray Beach

We were so excited about going to Delray Beach and in particular we were looking forward to our stay at Yellow Palms. Our villa totally lived up to our expectations and it was a pleasure to enjoy the sights and sounds of Delray Beach and then be able to relax back at the villa. It had everything that we needed in terms of cooking and chilling out and was spotlessly clean. We had a great outside area to relax either by the pool or on our own private patio and this really made us feel at home. Bill and Sue were were very attentive and were able to answer any questions we had. We both absolutely loved Yellow Palms and we'll be back. Thanks for making it a fantastic vacation. Neil & Helen

Just PERFECT!

My husband and I stayed at Yellow Palm for almost three weeks. Our one bedroom villa was so clean that you could eat off the floors. We had everything that we needed from kitchen supplies, comfy bed and gas grill on our own private patio. The courtyard is beautiful and the pool with all it's lounge chairs was an added bonus. You can see that Susan and Bill take great pride in their property from the decor in the villa to the beautiful landscaping. Location, Location, Location....We biked to the beach and Pineapple Grove, walked downtown and to the grocery store and had cigars on the inter-coastal, which is right at the end of the street. What more can you ask for. Thanks for sharing your home with us! It truly was one of our favorite vacations and we hope to come back again next year!

Tropical Oasis in Delray

The cottages at Yellow Palm are truly a tropical retreat right in the heart of downtown Delray Beach. The property consists of 4 cottage style houses surrounding a private courtyard with a lovely custom designed pool. The landscaping is very lush and tropical. The grounds and cottages are impeccable and very well maintained. We stayed in 709 and it was beautifully decorated, had a nicely stocked kitchen and was very clean! Susan and Bill have been wonderful to work with. They are true professionals who take great pride in their property and bend over backwards to make sure your vacation experience is five star!

Our home in Florida

This property is a perfect place for a get away to south Florida. We stayed 3 weeks. This was our second year here and we have already booked for next year so that we would not be shut out. Once you arrive you can park your car and walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery and drugs stores. The salt water pool is refreshing after a day at the beach. Susan and Bill should be proud of their property and we look forward to being their guests again next March.

Beautiful Delray Villa, Perfect Location

My husband and I recently stayed at Susan and Bill's Yellow Palm 1 bedroom villa for 2 weeks in February. We couldn't have been more pleased. The villa was tastefully decorated, comfortable, with attention to detail down to the fresh tropical flowers that greeted us upon arrival. Spacious with plenty of storage including a walk-in closet in the bedroom. The whole property is extremely well maintained and is beautifully landscaped with each villa having a private patio, grill, and table/umbrella for outside dining. We were able to enjoy the pool area which was so tranquil , relaxing, and private. The location is perfect - we were able to walk and bike to Atlantic Ave and the beach. We would highly recommend this property. Thank you Susan and Bill for your hospitality!

We stayed a Yellow Palm for three weeks in March ,2016. It is a clean ,spacious villa. Well maintained, modern kitchen and bathroom. The property is also well maintained with comfortable swimming pool area and private patio surrounded by foliage with a modern BBQ grill. A ten minute walk through a pleasant neighborhood takes you to the center of Atlantic Ave with its myriad restaurants and shopping , another ten minutes and you're at the beach. Delray has an extensive, well groomed beach. If walking is not for you, then call one of the several FREE shuttles who will usually be there to pick you up in under five minutes(these drivers are funded by local businesses and work for tips only). Enjoy your stay, I know we did. Thank you Susan and Bill for being such gracious and welcoming hosts. Hope to see you again next year.

Yellow Palm Villas in Delray Beach

My husband and I stayed in a 1 bedroom villa at Yellow Palm Villas in Delray Beach for two weeks. Our villa was beautiful, clean and had everything you could want. The pool area was gorgeous and relaxing. The villas are walking distance to the great downtown area of Delray Beach. Susan and Bill take great pride in their home and villas. My husband loved that he could walk to get a newspaper a short block away. It's quiet, peaceful and exactly what we hoped for. The villa was so nicely decorated--something out of HGTV! We have already booked for next year. I would highly recommend a vacation week or two at the Yellow Palm Villas without hesitation.

Clean, pretty, a great location, and a friendly find!

My husband and I spent a week at the Yellow Palm trail 1 bedroom unit. It is far enough away from the train tracks for the train noise to be no concern. The beautiful fountain and pool area made for a nice community feel and gathering place. Bill and Susan were very attentive to details. We never needed our car to get around Delray. Everything is within walking distance or you can call the Downtowner, if you prefer not to walk. A very relaxing and fun vacation. Bill and Susan feel like friends now.

We stayed this past January and couldn't be happier that we found this property. Our unit was lovely and complete with a full modern kitchen and a almost brand new grill on our private patio. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk just about everywhere from this location. You'll love walking to Atlantic Ave via quite side roads lined with magnificent Intracoastal homes. The pool area was lovely and beautifully landscaped. While we were there, a laundry room addition was underway and we hardly noticed. I think I would have enjoyed the pool a bit more if it were warmer. I'm sure this is just preference, not a complaint. It was a pleasure to meet Bill & Susan. They helped make our winter vacation a "10" for this year.

The Perfect place to stay in Delray Beach!

We stayed in one of the beautiful one bedroom Yellow Palm villas the week after Christmas. It was the perfect place to stay - absolutely lovely, tastefully decorated bedroom and living room, modern kitchen and bathroom, all in all just the right size for our 3 person family. There was a lovely pool and deck just outside our door which my daughter (and I) loved, and the owners were extremely helpful and really nice people. The location is ideal - walking distance to Atlantic avenue and all the attractions of Delray Beach, but still quiet and private, which was great for us. We will definitely book this again when we come back to Delray Beach!
