The apartment is beautiful and in a great area to get most places by metro or batobus. For those more energetic you can also walk to most tourist attractions, some of them are relatively close. There are bakeries and restaurants a minute or two walking distance. Marc was extremely friendly and quick to reply to messages and the check in and out process was very easy. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This is an extraordinary Parisian apartment, in a sweet neighborhood where we enjoyed the flower shop below, the many cafes and restaurants and an easy walk to the Jardin de Plantes and the river Seine where we enjoyed using the boat taxi to visit the main sites and enjoy Paris from the water. The apartment was a dream to come back to each day, it was an experience itself, beautifully appointed, comfy beds, full kitchen and city views from the 4th floor. Mornings with the sun lighting up the sitting rooms with prisms from the chandeliers and bright golds, and the blooming locust trees outside our window, and amazing croissants with espresso from cafes we became friends with, will be memories for a long while. It was just the two of us, and worth every penny. Grateful.

Wonderful host, great space and layout. Kitchen and bedrooms were spacious and well stocked. Great location and amenities. Marc decorated the apartment for Christmas, which was so thoughtful and fun. Also delivered flowers and champagne for the holiday. There is some expected street noise at night, but a white noise app can easily cover it. Will definitely visit again!

Stunning apartment in a lovely location

The apartment was beautiful, elegant and comfortable. A lovely place to come home to after a day exploring Paris. There is a metro station right outside but far nicer is the riverside walk or a stroll through the jardin des plantes. Highly recommended.

Exquisite apartment in a convenient location!

The photos don't lie - this is an exquisite and fancy apartment, and our whole family really enjoyed staying here. It was comfortable, spacious, and well stocked. A week in Paris

This is a classic Parisian apartment. Lots of light, spacious, beautiful antique furniture. Great location and the Metro is right outside the door. Can’t say enough good things about it. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Marc is a wonderful host.

Wonderful time in Paris

I love the Parisian architecture and being able to stay in one of these buildings was fantastic. The place was very convenient with access to the Metro steps away from the building. There were a number of great food options within easy walking distance.

Beautiful vintage apartment. Great classic decor. Large rooms with a nice kitchen and full bath (the ensuite bath is less serviceable). Excellent transportation access.

Stayed here for a week in August. Apartment was beautiful and we were so comfortable and loved being in the apartment. The only downfall was the street noise. There was construction right below the apartment going on. This did make having the windows open very difficult. Nevertheless, the beauty of the apartment overcame the noise.

Fantastic location

Wow, what a wonderful property! Loved the decor, and it's so, so convenient for the Metro, the Monoprix is right downstairs, there are boulangeries left, right and centre, and some bistros as well. Reslly easy to navigate from! Mind the lift if you're a bit claustrophobic - but its very quick. The whole place was clean as a pin, and our hosts were really easy to contact. Can't recommend this place enough!

Great place stay!

Loved the apartment and the neighborhood. Marc was a great host. Plenty of space for me, my husband and our 18yo daughter. Loved how close the metro was. Monoprix was just two doors over. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Paris!

Lovely stay in spacious, comfortable apartment

Apartment was clean, comfortable, close to transit, grocery store, and pastries! The home is spacious, and warm in the cold weather. The host Marcus, and Yvonne were so helpful getting us settled in and familiarized with the area. We had everything we needed for a New Years week in Paris. Thank you Marcus & Yvonne!

Wonderful apartment

This is the perfect apartment for a family. 3 spacious rooms, comfortable beds, all the amenities you could need. Steps away from the Metro, easy to get anywhere. Our stay in Paris was that much better having stayed here. The hosts are easy to work with, very responsive.

Very spacious apartment. It was everything that it said it was and more: beautifully decorated. The host was wonderful. Steps away from the metro, a grocery, and many restaurants. The apartment was very secure yet easy to enter. We absolutely loved our our stay..

Lovely Flat

Marc and his lovely partner met us at the flat and showed us everything. The place is beautiful and filled with gorgeous antiques. The location was so convenient as you are right above a metro stop and two doors down from the grocery store. There were three of us and we felt like we had plenty of room . The Parisian Apartment of your dreams!

We came to Paris as a family of 5, my husband and I and our 3 children (ages 11, 14 and 16). We chose this apartment because our boys would have their own room (two twins beds) our daughter her own room (king) and my husband and I are own as well (queen) and two full bathrooms too! It was absolutely beautiful and we were all so comfortable and felt like we were in a dream! Marc met us at the door and even helped carried the luggage up! He showed us around the apartment and was so kind and friendly! This truly felt like a Paris dream stay because of the decor, the metro was right outside the apartment and a grocery store and bakery were just steps away which was so convenient!! Highly recommend!!!

Paris Apartment

Overall we were very well pleased with the apartment, it’s location and the value. It is a very nice place and convenient to many of Paris’s major attractions. The subway and grocery store are just about 30 steps away from the front door. The cleanliness of the floors was not quite up to my wife’s standards and she spent the first hour we were there vacuuming. Overall we give the accommodations high marks. It is a very beautiful apartment and we would definitely recommend it and would consider staying there again if we ever returned to Paris.
