Esta casa de tres dormitorios se encuentra en la comunidad de origen playa de Las Conchas cerrada y está en una de las más hermosas playas del Mar de Cortés, en Puerto Peñasco, el hogar se completa con una cocina completamente equipada y ropa de cama. La casa se encuentra justo enfrente de una de las playas más tranquilas de Puerto Peñasco. También estamos ubicados en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo. Si desea una escapada de fin de semana o alquilar por un mes a la vez, podemos organizar la estadía perfecta para usted. El hogar es una historia. Las únicas escaleras son hacia una terraza de Margarita con hermosas vistas del océano.

Wonderful Stay

The perfect property. Everything was just as stated. Clean, very comfortable beds, kitchen was extremely well equipped and a short walk to the beach. Craig was super responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay

I would definitely recommend staying in this home. You can definitely tell how well kept up and well taken care of the house has been. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the home especially with our 3 yr old on board this trip. The home has beautiful decoration giving it a home vibe. It also comes equipped with almost everything you need (kitchen utensils, toilet paper, coffee maker, trash bags, even batteries for the remotes, etc). Huge perk is you have an actual AC unit that keeps the house really nicely cooled. In all our stays in Las Conchas this is the first home with an actual AC. Not only is the view from the house incredible, but it is also so close to the beach (3 min walk). The location of the house within Las Conchas is so close to town, restaurants, the Malecón, etc. Our family really enjoyed this stay. Btw Craig was awesome. He answered very quickly and was very informative. Definitely staying here again.

Very nice property, very clean and well kept. Short drive to downtown. Everything you need in kitchen to cook with. We will come back on our next trip.

Great House-As always

This is our third time staying at this beautiful house, and we loved it even more. Even though this house is not on the beach, there is no house in front to block your view of the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the living room is a comfy place to hang out when you’re not at the beach. The beds are very comfy and the sheets are especially soft. The house is very close to the entrance of Las Conchas which makes it an easy trip to. The owner is wonderful and made it very easy to check in. I love this house and we’ll be back again. Thanks for a great stay.

June 1st to June 4th Stay

The Owner Craig was in contact for the check in procedure the day we arrived. The house is beautiful as decribed. There were only 4 adults, so plenty of room. Maria the cleaning lady was there to meet us. She gave us the low-down on all the amenties. She was very helpful. The house is great. All cooking amenties etc...beds were comfortable, nice hot water for showers. The walk across the street to the beach is nice. We spent our days there and just relaxed. Craig, thank you letting us enjoy your property, We plan to stay here again and again and again.

We loved the casita. Size and location were perfect for our family. Craig was very responsive. We appreciated the extras like garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels. Also the beach chairs and beach towels were super helpful.

Beautiful place to stay

Great communication with host, very responsive. Check-in was smooth and quick. Lovely place, comfortable furnishings and such a well-equipped kitchen! Note: you need to bring or buy all basic pantry items like salt and pepper, aluminum foil, baggies etc. Super convenient location, easy access to beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

Quick drive to Town and a quick walk to the beach!!!!

We were celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday. Great time. Wen to the beach each day. Water was very warm. The Tide went out plenty far as to cover the rocks on the beach. Plenty of room in the beach villa. Nice patio especially the 2nd private balcony which overlooked the Beach. Easy access to house and in and out to town was a breeze as it is one of the first streets to turn on once you start driving into Los Conchas. Overall good and would stay at property again.

Location, Accommodations, Beach access and Management all 5 stars! Property owner is fantastic and exceptionally professional. Cleaning staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend. The house was perfect for the five of us and had more space and amenities than we could use. The “Margarita Deck” absolutely seals the deal!

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful with easy access to the beach. However we were waiting for almost an hour in order to check in. There were vendors that drove by luckily so that we were able to get a cold drink while we waited on the top deck. The property had all the needed supplies even a grill. (Charcoal) we had a hard time getting the charcoal to light due to the moisture in the air (which i understand is out of the property owners hands but I would not recommend planning to grill unless you want to spend a while trying to get the charcoal to light). The property owner was very easy to get a hold of and was very quick with responding if we had any questions. For the most part we had a great time.

Great location

We stayed here 4th of July weekend and it was pretty amazing. The a/c was already running so it was a nice and cool when we arrived. The walk to the beach is about a 2 min walk. So easy to find the property. The area was nice and quiet and we felt secure. Thank you Craig for your hospitality.

Beautiful place, the ac worked perfectly the beach a short 2 minute walk away. Beautiful layout. I will definitely stay here again. Craig was a great help getting me to the right location. If you are using GPS don't make the first right. It's the second right. Thank you Craig for allowing us to rent your property.

Wonderful trip!

We had a great time at the casita! Craig met us when we arrived and was very communicative. The kitchen had everything you need to make meals and we made good use of the outdoor charcoal grill. We loved sitting and sunning on the top veranda and then cooling off down stairs on the patio. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

The house is clean, well laid out, and well appointed. Furthermore, you can see the ocean from the patio and the rooftop, and walking to the beach takes seconds. Maybe a minute if you're a dawdling. Craig was also a communicative, thoughtful host.

Comfortable house with a great sea view

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape . The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, it has a great yard to hang out in, as well as a margarita deck with a view of the water and a short walk to the beach ( 2 minutes and your toes are in the water). It’s very close to town and restaurants. The owner has another house on the property and was very helpful with suggestions for shopping and dining. We were there for 4 nights .

Beautiful property, very comfortable furniture and amenities. Very few outlets worked, no lights on patio, no reading in bed at night.. there was a pretty significant ant problem in kitchen. Otherwise it was lovely. Location to Beach perfect!

Ocean--so close

We have stayed here before, so we knew it would be clean and well managed. We love being able to see the ocean in an unimpeded view from the deck and patio, and the very short walk to get to the tide pools we love. Our only complaint: the stay was tooo short!
