Greatness on the Gulf!

Perfect House for a family vacation

Broom & dustpan!

We had a beautiful wedding at sunset for my daughter right behind the villa. Plenty of room for my family. Only 2 cons; No broom & dustpan to clean the sand off the floors and the water pressure in the back bathroom on the 2nd floor was terrible. There was a vacuum but sadly it did not work. The location is great with lots of restaurants & shopping within walking distance.

Nice place to stay for large group

Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful visit, the only complaints I would have and they’re being picky is the fact it was right beside a public beach access so there was a decent amount of foot traffic around the house most of the day and evening. To be clear there were no issues with anything that created trouble it was just something we didn’t expect. Overall the house was very nice, the evening views were spectacular and it had a great amount of space for comfort.

Daughters beach wedding

Really perfect house in a great location

Our family of seven 45 year olds and my brother's 2 young adults stayed here for a week over Christmas. This house was perfect for us. It had enough bed and bathrooms for us all to be very comfortable. The kitchen was really well stocked (there were 3 blenders and an electric mixer and crockpot there!), and all of the appliances worked perfectly (though the dishwasher had a 2.5 hour cycle and needs to be replaced!). It is indeed right on the beach, right across the street from some great cafes and a 10 - 15 minute walk from some great local seafood restaurants. There's also a fantastic snack and drink market 3 minutes' walk away and a great liquor store 5 minutes away from that. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor deck thoroughly enjoying the sunrises and sunsets and even seeing dolphins jumping in the gulf multiple times. It's also very close enough to Pensacola and its museums and shops and we crossed the bridges a couple of the days we were there to do tourist things. This house has a great vibe and I highly recommend it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location and setup for our wedding. The house was amazing - great views and having a sliding glass door in almost all bedrooms was a wonderful surprise. The master bedroom is so spacious and a great place for brides to get ready. Kitchen/Front room was spacious and made it easy for all our guests to be inside and not feel crowded. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The decks made for a great place to sit and enjoy the ocean & great pictures of the wedding. Having the hotel next door for guests made their attendance so easy. The only suggestion that I have is two bedrooms with no closets - I would add some kind of clothes hanging rack with some storage.

Wonderful Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time here at Ariola 100 It accommodated our entire family. Right on the beach and close to everything . It was clean upon arrival Just a few suggestions for the owner , there weren’t really any usable rugs to wipe feet on in front of sliding doors from the deck area. There was water available to rinse feet off but still had to use our beach towels as rugs inside and out of door. If not, too much sand drug in from outside. Also some of the Teflon skillets need to be replaced. They are all scratched up and Teflon pieces were in our food .. the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, etc. and was stocked with everything we needed. There are some nice aluminum pots but no skillets ..Not a deal breaker at all. Just a suggestion. We had plenty of room for everyone and wonderful to be right on beach to walk back and forth to water...lots of memories made We would totally rent this home again....

Fairytale Wedding Venue!!

This gorgeous property allowed us to have the fairytale wedding of our dreams! We elected to go the route of the beach house for several reasons, among them is the fact that we could host the ceremony, reception, overnight accommodations for our out-of-town guests, and a pre-honeymoon of our own all in one place! It made for a very intimate setting (and logistically much less chaotic!), which gave us the opportunity to plan most of it ourselves and still enjoy it immensely! We used the spacious carport for our dining room, outdoor grill, and dance area for our reception, which worked out very well. We rented a restroom trailer to park in the spacious driveway for our guests to use. It is a short walk over the dunes to the beach where we had our ceremony, and we were blessed with perfect weather in April! The Paradise Beach Homes property management team was absolutely exceptional with their amazing staff and office being right down the street. They responded to our needs immediately upon arrival, and we strived, in turn, to leave it better than we found it. We would like to also thank the property owner for allowing us to use their beautiful home to make our dreams come true! The Blue Angels even did a flyby during our wedding ceremony right after we said our vows!! It was literally the stuff of fairytales! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to host their wedding/reception or any similar event!
