Esta moderna y amigable casa de ciudad de dos habitaciones y 2. 5 baños ofrece camas y espacio de vida para hasta seis personas. San De Luna 13 ofrece un nivel de vida de planta abierta con cómodos asientos que consisten en un sofá y una silla para sentarse, y el comedor tiene capacidad para hasta seis personas, así como una barra de desayuno con capacidad para cuatro. This is an excellent property! The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because of the master bedroom bed. It was terrible. It really needs to be replaced, you sink in a hole :(

Perfect Beach Home

We came down to visit our son & girlfriend, who is in flight school. We wanted a few days to unwind at the beach and this was perfect. Very quiet surroundings and the views were so nice. They were able to bring their dog and the dog beach was just a few steps away. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

The kitchen was stocked with all our needs for food preparation right down to the wine bottle opener and plenty of dishes for everyone. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The bay view from the living area is simply gorgeous! Pool was so nice and relaxing!! Easy in and easy out for commuting to sight seeing adventures. We will definitely be back!

Great location

First time to stay at this end of the beach. Easy to get to our favorite restaurants. Lagoon and pool right outside the back patio and gulf access across the street. Nice that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Since it was hot when we were there, we enjoyed the covered parking.

However, our unit did not supply any kayaks, chairs or paddle boards to enjoy on the bay for guests as some of the other units in the building. Fan in king bedroom could not be adjusted because pull string was broken and if u turned it on at the wall switch it shook loudly and ran only on high setting. Unit was clean and had a good supply of items to use in the kitchen. Owners did not supply a key for the back patio to go in and out towards bay so we always had to go out the front door and around and back up patio stairs to get items we put on the patio for the bay or swimming pool area.

Great location

Overall this is a nice unit. Location is 5* for us. It’s 1 unit away from the west end of the island so there was little traffic. Restaurants are not walkable. If you’re looking for quiet this is a good selection. Cleanliness is 4* we found dirty dishes in the cupboards and mold on the lime squeezer. There was some baked on food on the stove top. It wasn’t bad, but I had to clean it before I could use it. The hot pads were in desperate need of cleaning. With the cleaning fee, I expect the unit and dishes to start clean. It was too cold to sit on the deck, but there was bird poop on the chair cushions. Maybe a cover would make the patio furniture more inviting. The stove is old and most of the markings are gone. I had to guess which knob to turn on and what temperature it was. A spoon rest would be nice to have. The shower in the master is very small. There is a nice big jacuzzi tub. This is the first beach unit I’ve ever rented that had no beach towels. We drove, so throwing in a couple beach towels is not a big deal, but for anyone flying it’s a problem. I listed a lot of problems, but we loved our stay. The property management group was great. They were friendly and responsive. I’m hopeful the owner will correct a few issues to make the unit a little better. We would definitely like to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been vacationing here for 29 years. We have stayed pretty much everywhere on the island, but this was our 1st stay at San De Luna. The location was great. You have gulf views with a very short walk to the beach, and you have bay views, along with pool view. The condo was very clean. I cook a lot, and the kitchen had all the cookware, bakeware, and utensils that you could ever need. The owner stopped by. She is such a kind person, you can tell she wants you to enjoy this place as much as she has. She showed us 3 outdoor closets with all the beach and pool toys she has accumulated over the years, and showed us where the keys were. She even had tennis rackets and tennis balls. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again soon.
