El nivel principal también ofrece un medio baño y lavadora / secadora. Los dos dormitorios se encuentran en el nivel superior. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Going back home to Pcola beach is always a blessing to me. I grew up there. Our stay at SDL was great, clean, way comfortable, great location on the Sound Side, and nothing across the street on the Gulf Side. Amenities were top notch, customer service was excellent, (no gas for the BBQ, delivered in 15 mins) and pet friendly too. Our 7lb Poodle Sofie had a good time too. Stayed a week, it just wasn't long enough, but we will be back.

Very nice place

The condo has everything you need. The location was great for our month long stay with our small dog. Very quiet part of the island and close to the dog beach.

Perfect for our family and what a view!

We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a more perfect location. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the beach, but also my daughter’s favorite part of the day was ending it at the bay behind us. We also brought our golden doodle who loved playing in the bay and fetching her toy in the water. We also enjoyed the pool, even in October and played tennis as well. The owner was very quick to accommodate any request we had. There was one lightbulb out and they came and fixed it in less than an hour. The whole area was super quiet so we slept like babies. I definitely recommend coming to Pensacola Beach in October as there was no traffic, no waits at any restaurant except for Peg Leg (go lunch and it’s a wait of just 10 min), perfect temps with no humidity and we were able to do everything we wanted. Also recommend doing the glow paddle right down the street! It was a great experience.

Excellent location

This unit is located toward the end of Ft. Pickens road, right on the sound. It’s a very quiet and private condo complex with plenty of parking. This unit comes with plenty of cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The grill igniter does not work so feel free to use the long matches that I placed in the cabinet above the stove. Also there are no spices at all so I left salt and pepper in the cabinet above the stove as well. The beds are very comfortable and the ceiling fans are great for sleeping at night. The heat and ac were used on our trip and both work perfectly. Unfortunately it rained 80% of our stay so we were stuck inside way too much. The furniture in the living room is very dated and uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The flat screen tv’s, which they have 3, have plenty of channels so there is always something to watch on a rainy day. The board games are also a nice plus. Oh, I forgot to tell you about the hot water! While the shower in the master is quite small, the water pressure and the hot, hot water make up for that. There was always plenty of hot water for 3 adults to shower and run loads of wash. While the washer and dryer were a little noisy, since there is no carpet in the condo, they did a nice job cleaning and drying our laundry. The back balcony has a nice high top table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the sound. Just wish the front balcony had somewhere to sit, like the other units, as to enjoy the sunrise.

Nice set up

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay in Oct 2023. The unit was well appointed and comfortable. Great view on both sides, covered parking for two. Nice bedrooms, good mattresses/ pillows/linens, good shower pressure, nice TV with cable and quiet- which we loved. The only thing we really would have preferred different was the spiral staircase- my fit father who is in his 70's had a bit of a hard time with this. We also brought our small dog and he was able to sit out on the deck securely plus there was miles of walking for us with him on the road along the beach. It was too cold to use the pool but we did have two days at the beach- which was literally a two min. walk across the street. We left some of our beach equipment by accident and the management was helpful in that they found it, put it aside and we can get it at a later date. It was nice of them to help us with that mistake! I found the management to be very accessible and clear in their communication. Our favorite thing was the location. It was so peaceful and yet not completely secluded. Its literally right by the State park- so the only traffic was the few cars going that way. Awesome. We did have a second story window overlooking the bay that was boarded up. Not crucial but odd. There is still lingering damage from the last storm but the property is in good shape overall. Will stay again.

Great place and location

This place was very clean with great views. Sound was in our backyard and the beach right across the street. Loved the grass area for our Dog and the dog beach was easy walking distance from condo. Definitely staying here again!
