De Luna # 27 es perfecto para familias y navegantes, ya que ofrece las tranquilas aguas de Santa Rosa Sound y la playa privada frente al sonido como telón de fondo. Los dos dormitorios / 2. It was a wonderful stay with a priceless view each night for sunset. I loved the space and the open concept kitchen living room area. If I was cooking in the kitchen I was still able to see the bay which made me feel like I was able to be near the water all week. I loved being able to go to the bay or the beach depending on what I wanted to do. It was perfect!!

Lovely Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to book a last minute Labor Day weekend getaway and this unit did not let us down! The location was amazing! It was quiet and secluded, yet close to all restaurants and activities we wanted to do. The paddle boards were so fun for my husband and kids! The unit is pet friendly and accommodated our little dog nicely, however it did smell a bit off. Almost like there was a cleaner they used to try to clean up/mask an animal smell that was noticeable every time we came in the unit. Otherwise, the bathrooms and all other spaces were clean and felt very homey! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and furniture were very comfortable! We will definitely be back again!

We had an amazing vacation! The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had lots of extras! They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, along with bedding, towels, cooking supplies, and fans! The fact you could walk out to the deck and see the bay just a few yards away was so relaxing and beautiful. It was a short walk across the street if we wanted to go to the gulf side! The pool was clean and the family played pickleball on the court outside our place, and used the paddle boards provided! We also enjoyed going to the Blue Wahoos baseball game! Overall, it was amazing and we would absolutely stay there again! 10/10

The bay is just steps away and the calm water was perfect for my 15yr old dog. The beach is also extremely close, right across the street and we basically had it to ourselves; beautiful and relaxing for my boyfriend and I to spend some time alone. We had planned on going out a couple nights and ended up enjoying ourselves so much where we were we just stayed in, cooked and took in the view of the bay and the sunset from our balcony. Thank you for the perfect vacation! The people at the rental office were also very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back and hopefully in the same unit again.

New Kitchen looks great, which we loved. We had a small glitch when we arrived with the cleaning, some things were overlooked. Staff, afterhours and office, were kind and helpful to get it resolved.

My only complaint was that I had to vacuum when we got there because the living room rug was covered in dog hair and there were fur balls on the floor. Maybe they just forgot to vacuum. Other than that, everything else was very clean.

The staff was always very helpful and nice when I interacted with them from booking to checking out. Property was in a great location and we loved having the bay just steps away from our back door. It was decorated nicely and felt very much like home. We had a toddler with us so the staircase was a little stressful but I knew about it before arriving and we made it work just fine.

This was spring break for us and four graduating teens. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Beautiful home and listening was accurately described. Perfect location for us, just before Ft.Pickens so it was in a quiet area. We were only 5 minutes from Pensacola Beach, boardwalk and fun. Loved that we were on the bay and beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street. Doggie beach is right thwre as well as we did bring out family pet. Communication, check in and out were all easy. Would highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The Bay is just steps away right outside your door. We walked along the water frequently collecting shells and watching the jets. The Gulf is a quick walk right across the street on the other side which was so incredibly convenient. If you have littles, there is a small Pirate themed playground just a few minutes walk up the Bay side. There are amazing restaurants on the boardwalk just a short drive up the road. I liked how far away the property was from most of the “activity,” but it was still incredibly convenient. Definitely will consider staying here again.

The units are facing the sound, which we love having the option to swim in right there or go across the street to the gulf. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check in and out. Pretty location between Gulf and Bay. Rental unit in need of a really good dusting, pictures, light fixtures, etc. The beds in the 2nd room need some attention, The full size headboard is loose and squeeks everytime someone moves. To remedy that we put a blanket behind the headboard otherwise we would have gotten no sleep. The bottom bunkbed mattress is also very squeaky. Stairs a bit in need of a good cleaning too. I probably would not select to stay here again although it was a nice location. Just felt it was a bit dirty not to mention the taped-up widow in master bedroom. Did not realize this unit was under construction at time of booking.

The condo was damaged water on the second floor, no power and our vehicle was damaged. We had our dogs with us so we chose to leave instead of moving to a hotel. We also needed to leave so we could get our vehicle repaired. We will stay here again next year, if all the damage to this building is repaired.

Rain shut us out of the beach most of the week, but the condo was great as usual. Kitchen could use a good organizing and spruce up, but besides that a-ok with us.

Best vacation ever!

This place checked all our boxes! Beautiful, clean, pet friendly and the best location. My favorite day was when my daughter and I rode the bikes to town for shopping and snocones. It was her dogs first time to the beach. The water was so clear. Loved it all.
