3 dormitorios, 2 baños en casa en calle sin salida tranquila. 25 'de canal para paseos en bote, pesca, natación, cangrejos, kayak, paddle, etc. Actualizado a lo largo de 2014-15 para incluir 300 pies cuadrados terraza con vistas al canal adjunta a la casa y una cubierta de 200 pies cuadrados + en el canalfront. Nueva granito en cocina y baños con azulejos. Nuevos accesorios, artículos de ferretería, tocadores en todas partes. La comunidad de Colington Harbor ofrece los siguientes servicios a solo 1 milla de la casa:

The teacher’s lounge was the perfect family vacation! The owners were easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was beautiful and the backyard provide complete entertainment for the entire family. We made so many family memories here and will definitely return!

The house exceeded our expectations! The location was great 10 min drive to the beach access with bath house. We loved being on the water. Excellent sunset views from the neighborhood beach on the sound. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and our stay. Can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful Cozy Home

Not only was the house amazing, the owners were too! Loved the layout of the home, very comfy and had everything you would need. The owners were very nice, accommodating and quick to reply. We definitely recommend staying here! We will be back for sure!!

What a treat!

I'm so glad I rented the Teacher's Lounge for my son and his family, and they absolutely loved the home right on the canal. Crabbing, kayaking, shady canal beach, pool time with the girls, dock sitting, porch relaxing watching the sunsets, they couldn't ask for more! I stayed in the master bdrm when I visited and it was lovely. Such a treat, and close to the beach and pier as well. We will definitely stay again!

Very helpful

This home is lovely and we enjoyed riding bikes we rented in the neighborhood. The community park is very nice. The owner was very helpful in providing tips for my planning of a family reunion for the week.

Long weekend on OBX

Had a beautiful long weekend at "Teacher's Lounge". We had Mom, Dad, Son, Daughter in Law and Granddaughter. Many small fish and crabs caught in canal. Community pool was enjoyed and surprisingly not very busy. The home had all the supplies needed and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect OBX Getaway

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful NC Outer Banks. Convenient to restaurants, ocean, and attractions. Lovely harbor view. Clean and well-equipped. Excellent communication with the owners. My family would definitely rent this house again.

A great house!

My family and I loved staying at this spacious property. It has a beautiful view of the canal/lagoon at the back of the house, and is tucked away in a charming neighborhood. We loved looking at the stars on the back deck, too. Communication with the owner was easy and he was quick to respond to all queries.

Father’s Day Weekend by the water

This property was just as pictured. It was clean and welcoming. The host was very good at communicating with me from the time I booked to the time I checked out. They always responded in a timely manner, answering any questions and/or concerns I had. The property sits about a 7 - 10 minute drive from the main highway but it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the outer banks but close enough if you want to go to stores, restaurants, the beach and other activities in the area. My family and I enjoyed our stay here…. especially my husband and dad. It was Fathers Day weekend and they got to spend it fishing and grilling at this beautiful property. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Outer Banks (Kill Devil Hill area)

Lovely home!

My husband , myself and stepson very much enjoyed our stay at The Teachers Lounge. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved being right on the sound so we could throw our crab pots out and fish. We will absolutely rent this house again!

Nice little house it was also nice location not to far from town. The neighborhood was a little ran.

Great visit and a beautiful property! The kids even caught a perch from the dock, in December! Close to all the OBX fun, but secluded and private.

Great location, perfect size home

This home is perfect for one person to 8 and there's plenty of space in all rooms. We only had 2 of us and so we stayed on the main floor bedroom as the bathroom had the laundry in it and the kitchen was right there. Kitchen is stocked pretty well but a new measure cup and spoon set is needed as I believe there are only 2 or 3 sizes. Each bedroom has a TV and mattress was fine. I do recommend some thicker pillow options as all rooms had real thin pillows or bring your own If your driving in. Make sure you have the lock box code before you arrive and when you leave. The home is in a gate and guard community so you feel extremely safe and it's a few miles from where all the kids things to do are so I would think in summer being away from the hustle of town makes this a great spot to be.
