Bienvenido a 15 Atlantic Beach! Este 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños casa está listo para la temporada con actualizaciones incluyendo muebles nuevos en todo, nuevos pisos de madera, y una hermosa cocina nueva. Esta casa de playa se encuentra en un lote de esquina con vistas a la laguna excepcionales y un montón de aparcamiento.

El gran porche delantero está amueblada con cómodos asientos de estilo Adirondack. El plan de piso abierto de la planta principal de la casa incluye la sala de estar, cocina moderna con gabinetes y azulejos, y gran comedor con capacidad para ocho personas. La suite principal, también en este nivel, ofrece una nueva cama king size, magnífico baño privado, TV de pantalla plana montada, y el acceso al porche trasero. Fantastic Kiawah House

My family (including 9mo twins) and my parents stayed in this house for a week in late April and it was perfect for a vacation. Short walk to the beach, walking distance to the Sanctuary for drinks, lots of great walking and biking trails nearby. It's a quiet neighborhood which was nice. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, laundry was very convenient, showers were always hot. We really didn't have any complaints except that rocking chairs or a swing would have made the porch so much more comfortable. We actually saw multiple gators in the ponds around the house which was cool but we were careful not to let kids or dogs go close to the end of the backyard. We needed help storing a trailer and locating rental companies for baby and beach equipment and the property management company was incredibly easy to talk to and work with. We would absolutely come back to this house or rent another house through this company again!

Great location

Had a fabulous time at this home. Very close to the beach and playground for the children was terrific We rented bikes, which was a great activity for the adults and children. Would add dish towels to your list of things to bring as there was only one dish towel in the kitchen. We were disappointed that the community pool was not heated. we were at the house the first week of April and the water was much too cool to swim. Screened in porch was delightful.

great house for 6-8 adults. clean and spacious, quick walk to beach, in a cute neighborhood on the beach. interior of house could use a modernization with appliances, furniture, smart tv’S.

Great Vacation Location for a Family

The property is in a great location inside of Kiawah Island. Along with being close to the beach, you have access to the community pool which is nice if you have small children. The inside is nice and well appointed. The dishwasher seemed to have issues when trying to roll the bottom drawer out. The refrigerator did not have an ice maker so that was a slight inconvenience. We did also keep hearing birds in the chimney. Having two master bedrooms with in suite bathrooms is a plus when having a family staying together. Overall a very nice house in a wonderful location on Kiawah Island.

Incredible house with steep stairs for not the faint at heart !

It was lovely. We enjoyed the house and especially the two porches. Incredible location. We did not know the steps were so steep inside the house and we had not considered how steep the outsides stairs were. It was stressful at first since my 84 year old Mom was with us. We ended up letting her sleep in the very nice master suite down stairs and we helped her go up and down the outside ones. She got in pretty good shape in just one week.

Heaven in Kiawah

The house was in perfect condition. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels. The kitchen was even equipped with sharp knives, usually unheard of in a rental! Our favorite room was the huge screened in porch looking out on the lagoon.

Great Kiawah Stay in Turtle Beach

This is a very nice property perfectly situated in Turtle Beach with a beautiful view of the lagoon and a very short walk to the beach. It is well appointed and very comfortable with plenty of space for a family.

Nice location.

Overall a very nice stay. This house is in a great location. Quick walk to the beach. Nice view out the back of the pond. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. There were plenty of pots, pans and silverware. Having two ovens and a large refrigerator was great. We brought our own cookie sheet and crockpot. Just a few things need improvement-Coffee pot was old and there were no coffee filters provided for the first day. Also, there wasn't enough seating in the Living room. There was only enough seats for four people and if you had a party of eight you had to use dining room chairs which weren't suitable for relaxing in.

15 Atlantic Beach Court

Ours was a part vacation & part Covid-19 work from home break. For the latter, the house worked great as the wifi was good enough for 2 to conduct video calls, even from the back porch. As for the vacation part - it's always fun to to be in Kiawah and this house had a very good location for walking to the beach, riding bikes, and going to the Sanctuary. The back porch and the big family room were our favorite spots. We watch the occasional internet TV show (Netflix, etc.) and no network TV and the 5 TVs only offered network. I knew this in advance and so I brought my own HDMI devices. But, the family room TV's HDMI port is in a tight space and Roku didn't fit. An Amazon stock likely wouldn't fit either. I did, though, being an Apple TV device and it did fit. In the upstairs master, the Roku fit. In the downstairs master, the Roku fit but this TV never worked. I did call Sweetgrass about this and they did send someone over 2 hours later. That person reprogrammed the TV so that it worked, but we cut it off when we left and it never cut back on again. So, if watching a show in bed at the end of the day is your thing, this may not work in the downstairs master. This is a high volume rental home and we went at the end of the season, so our assumption is that due to these reasons many kitchen items are broken and even stolen throughout the summer. Nearly all of the plates are chipped - careless renters, for sure. The huge fridge is nice but bring your wine bottle stopper as there is nowhere to stand up a wine bottle. The AC worked well which is always nice at a beach house.

Great house and location. porches were fantastic. Some feedback that I think would be helpful: -needed more silverware - barely enough for 8 people -more cooking ware would be nice - needs muffin tins, better skillet -downstairs bathroom did not work well overall wonderful place. and we love kiawah

Amazing service & beautiful property

Upon booking this property, I was a little surprised at the fees for the management group as they appeared higher than others and certainly more than booking directly with an owner. Having now experienced their level of service, I can say that they are worth every penny! My family was booked to arrive in Kiawah the Saturday that Hurricane Florence was making landfall. The week prior and even through Saturday (when the island and presumably the Sweetgrass Team had been evacuated), I was kept up to date daily on the status of roads, the options of rescheduling if needed and once the storm passed, how quickly we could get onto the island and into the house. The Sweetgrass Team was professional, accommodating and turned what could have been an awful vacation experience into a fantastic one amidst what I'm sure were challenging circumstances on their end. Beyond the management team, I have nothing but good things to say about the property as well. I'm a stickler for a clean house and this one was spotless! It is well outfitted with pots & pans, sheets, towels, etc... The only suggestion for families is that it doesn't come equipped with beach toys as some other houses might, so just be sure to pack your own. Even the outdoor shower/hose situation is more convenient than other houses we've rented on the island. Again, many thanks to the property owners for sharing their beautiful home with us and to the Sweetgrass Team for their help. We look forward to booking with y'all for years to come. Heather Elliott

Summer Vacation

Some people write they'll come back to a vacation home...and we never see a review from them again. We spent a week last summer at this same property...and we actually DID return. And it was better the second time! Clean as a whistle when we arrived. Everything worked. New furniture was added to the family room. Location is great...with a short walk to the beach or to the pool. Atlantic Beach Circle is great for the younger kids...very little traffic and safe. All things being equal...we'll be back next summer for a third straight visit.
