A partir de 2015: Esta casa se encuentra a 3 casas en el de la playa, habitaciones 1 y 2 tienen camas matrimoniales y la tercera habitación tiene literas de tamaño doble (todas las camas son nuevas) Nuevos pisos de toda la casa, lavadora y secadora, electrodomésticos y muebles nuevos en toda la casa. Capacidad para 8 personas con 2 en la piel de un sofá cama. Proyectado en el porche delantero, TV por cable para cuando usted sólo necesita un descanso en el interior y WI-FI para actualizar su estatus social media para toda la diversión que está teniendo, pasa 6 playa, Nueva barbacoa, Estacionamiento en el lugar Si te gusta la playa amará nuestra casa y la ubicación. ABSOLUTAMENTE NO PROMS O GRUPOS!

The night before check-in the Host offered us the opportunity to check in early. While we were unable to benefit from this kind offer, the check in process was clearly and accurately described and executed easily. One first notices the cleanliness and the scent of a freshly cleaned property. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. The apartment was fully and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Essentially all rooms had an air conditioner and there was an effective ceiling fan over the dining table. A washer/dryer allowed us to pack less. The outdoor space included a shower for washing up after the beach and a high end gas grill and a a seating area made for a charming outdoor space. The owner lives behind the rental unit and he was always available and responsive, but also extremely respectful of our privacy and he never initiated contact unless we initiated.The unit is a short walk to the Seaside Park beach and they supply 6 beach badges allowing for free entry to the beach. The unit also offers beach chairs and an umbrella if you don't have your own. There is only 1 minor issue and that is that clothes storage is limited in terms of chests. However, bringing hangers should allow you to hang clothes in the bedroom closets. Overall, this is a 10 star place to stay and a host who also deserves 10 stars. I look forward to booking this place for several weeks next summer.

Beautiful house

Nicely renovated 3 bedroom retreat. Can't tell you if the TV works because we spent any non sleeping time at the house in the screened in porch. Great location! Parking was a little tight with my truck, but that is typical for the area. Hosts were very accommodating.

Awesome Cottage Steps From Beach

What a lovely cottage literally right across from Seaside Park boardwalk and beach. We stayed with 5 adults and our dog and our accomodations were perfect. We really enjoyed the best of both worlds with the lively Seaside Heights boardwalk and more quiet Seaside Park beach both within a 2 minute walk. Owner was very friendly and had great communication with us. Overall a wonderful vacation for our week!

“Sea la vie” in Seaside

We had an amazing stay in Seaside Park. The house was spotless and equipped with everything we could ever need to enjoy our vacation: beach badges, chairs, umbrella, pots & pans, a grill, everything! We were steps away from the beach and the boardwalk, which was ideal for the getting around with two littles ones (3 & 5 years old). Best of all, Mike and his wife could not have been nicer or more thoughtful: sidewalk chalk and beach toys delivered to the porch on the first day, recommendations for things to do, and a rapid response to any of our questions. Thank you for a great vacation!!!

Love this house!

Very clean and updated property, steps away from the beach. 8 of us and 2 dogs stayed here comfortably. The owner is great and the house has everything you need. Cant wait to stay here again next year!

Awesome Beach Experience!!!

We had a wonderful time! The house is very clean, love all the ceiling fans, A/C works great! Although we didn’t cook, if you wanted to, they had everything you would need. Enjoyed coffee every morning in screened porch. Location is amazing! Oh, the shower was awesome!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you

Excellent location that was close to everything you would need. The neighbors were so friendly.

Beautiful beach house newly renovated, was immaculate when we checked in and the patio was so nice to relax and listen to the music from the boardwalk. Highly recommend. I will definately book this property for next year.

We had an excellent week , the house is charming , very clean and well stocked. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The house is very close to the beach which is wonderful when you have small children . The only drawback was its location , it’s very close to Seaside Heights which attracts more of a partying crowd and can be somewhat loud at nights .

Perfect family beach house

The beach house was very cute. It was well maintained and clean. Towels and bedding were provided. The washer and dryer were a wonderful plus. There was plenty of room for our family of five plus a baby. The location was very close to the beach and boardwalk. We hardly used our cars. Mike was very attentive to our needs and quickly responded when we had questions. We had a great time.

Making Memories

Such a wonderful experience for my son’s family vacation. The home is very clean, inviting and allows me to travel with my pet. It’s the second time staying here and it’s something my son looks forward to all year. Looking forward to coming back next summer!

Mike was wonderful and very easy going. Family loved the house location and was perfect for a family of 5. Thanks Mike for going above and beyond when we forgot our charger as well.

I chose this neighborhood because I felt it was a great place to host rentals for families that want a safe clean home to spend their vacation.

I pride myself on having an extremely clean updated home close enough to the attractions but allowing your family to have your quiet down time. There are two houses on this lot. The rental is up front with the street access and I live in the house in the back.
