Had a wonderful week in Moab staying in this unit. Perfectly outfitted for family. HUGE super comfy leather sectional sofa seating at least 7 in living area. Best outfitted kitchen I've ever seen in a Vrbo....crockpot, rice cooker, blender, electric griddle, and much more. We (extended family, 3 generations) had everything we needed for a great week of offroading, fishing, and river rafting. Bonus: unit is quite close to the pool! Grandkids appreciated that!! Would definitely rent again.

Such a cute place! Very clean, quiet, close to town. Hot tub and pool were very nice! The unit had everything we needed and the hosts were very easy to get a hold of. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a pleasurable stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the townhome in Moab. The property was well-maintained and had comfortable bedding. We would definitely stay again.

Our son and family joined us for a 3 day stay. Was perfect for our family. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Would stay again

Perfect location

This was a perfect and quite location. Easy drive to the ce ter of town as well as Arches and Canyonlands. Beds were very comfortable and house was big and clean. Great place to stay with good views.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Could be 4+ stars; but a solid 2-star until sliding door is fixed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could be a solid 4 stars out of 5 starts but until the owner fixes the master bedroom sliding glass door it is only a 2-star experience; which is why I rated the property's general condition only 2-stars. Most everything else related to the property condition was 5-star.Stayed two nights. First night there was some foul weather and the master bedroom sliding glass door would periodically make sounds like there was a woodpecker pecking on the door. I took some video where you can see the door seal is compromised and the ridiculous sounds that the door kept making. This pecking sound went on for hours and was driving me a bit crazy but I eventually fell asleep.Apparently I cannot upload the video to the VRBO site. VRBO has become a joke.The next evening there was no storm and I did not hear any sounds from the door.The property is nice and very clean. Much like many locations in Moab, it was overpriced for what you get. I did not find it a value at all having paid $700+ for two nights. I also find these properties to be annoying in that you pay a premium and additional fees, yet you are required to 'help out' the cleaning staff before you leave. Geez. Really?The location is south of Moab, so if you are traveling North of Moab to Arches, Dead Horse Point State Park or Canyonlands (Islands in the Sky) then you need to add 10-15 minutes to get through Moab. Of course, if you are traveling South to Canyonlands (Needles District) then you are starting out on the correct side of Moab. Very quiet. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Washer / Dryer worked great. Sufficient towels and bedding. Comfortable place.

No issues at all. Easy check in, easy check out. Comfortable beds and couches. Great spot to relax after a long day in the outdoors.

Moab Fun

This was our third time staying at this property. Very clean and off the beaten path from Main St Moab and National Park traffic. Quiet location and the scenery outside the front window is outstanding, red rocks to the west and La Sal Mountains to the east.

Nice Moab Condo for family of 5

This was a beautiful place in a very clean and new neighborhood. Ample parking tons of room, just outside of town, so nice and quiet (and dark for the stargazers) at night. Would happily return.
