The boys and I had a great time staying at Casa Bahia. Quick walk down the hill to the harbor and food. Amazing views from the heated pool. Would recommend to all who want to stay in Cabo.

Absolutely loved it here! Location and the pool were definitely the best. Walking downtown and to any shuttle services was very convenient and hopping in the pool after a night of being out was super relaxing.

Our stay was incredible!

Casa Bahia was amazing! Myself and 6 of my friends stayed here for our college friends reunion and we had the most amazing time. We were greeted with an amazing welcome and our stay at the villa was all around a great experience. It was so nice to have the pool to lounge by during the day and watch the sunset over the amazing view. The villa is just a short 5 minute or less ride to town which made it very convenient. I come to Cabo very often and my friends who have never been were with me so I wanted to show them a great time. Everyone couldn't stop raving about this great place we were staying at. Will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to others.

Stunning views amazing amenities! Just as advertised

Booked this villa for my brothers bachelor party, it was all and more than expected. We were met with complimentary snacks, margaritas, and massages! The view is absolutely gorgeous and the location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown Cabo, cheap Uber rides. They helped with the transportation to and from airport and around town. We took advantage of the chef meals and they came in clutch! They were delicious and it was awesome to just wake up to a home cooked meal. Already had all of our friends asking where we stayed because it looked amazing! Would definitely use the villa when we come back!

Nice house but....

The house had great views and was nice but, there is a tremendous amount of deferred maintenance...many broken tiles, small/uncomfortable master bed, front outside lighting/fountain broken. Seems that the owner/manager is not keeping up the property.

I was very disappointed in this property at many levels, the house is in need of maintenance and care. We arranged transportation through Baja Sur and it was excellent however Baja Sur had them pick us up at 11 am for a 4.30 flight. I understand that is checkout time but they had the housekeeping come at 10 to push us out because they had new guests coming. Also, in the vrbo ad they state housekeeping is included in the rate when I called to inquire when they would come I was told they come twice, once before we arrive and once after we leave. Really!!!! That is of no benefit, their answer was basically you get what you pay for. The walk into town is fine, but hike up the hill is difficult wouldn't want to make the hike twice in one day. We usually stay on the other side of the marina and would not stay here again.

We apologize that you were not completely happy with your stay and we have corrected the problems you noted. Since the reviews, some appliances have been upgraded, new shower heads installed, new roll away beds, Dish TV service, and other improvements have been made. Casa Bahia is a lovely home with amazing views of the marina and Sea of Cortez, situated in the exclusive gated Pedregal community. The walk to downtown is a short distance, but there is a steep hill walking back to the villa. Although the hill is steep, there are not many villas in the secure development of Pedregal that have the option to walk downtown. Again, we appreciate the feedback and your business.

Disappointed

Stayed at this home for a girls birthday weekend. We didn’t mind that in the description of the house it said several maintenance issues were needed and overall updating was needed in the home. All was true, but we didn’t mind. What was absolutely GROSS were the tile floors. Walking on these floors for 5 minutes made your feet black! It’s clear they do not mop these floors. As healthy, fit woman in our 30s I’d disagree that this property is an easy walk to town. Also after checking out we were charged a ridiculous amount for damaged towels. While they reduced the charge by 50% it was still very disappointing to deal with. Also as a group of 6 guest you would think they would provide enough lounge chairs by the pool. They don’t, ladies laid on the ground. :( On a positive note, Andrea, concierge service was stellar!!!! The house is nice, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Normally the maids are excellent, but if you would have reached out during your stay, the maids would have immediately accommodated. We clearly state that it's the responsibility of the guests to be careful about staining linens as there would be an extra charge to replace. We will check with management about adding a couple more chairs. Glad to hear everything else was wonderful!

Fit our needs; exceeded our expectations!

Casa Bahia exceeded our expectations in the aspects that matter most. It provided a serene ambiance, ideal for reconnecting with close friends. The property has separate sleeping quarters ensuring everyone's comfort, while offering communal spaces for shared experiences. The inviting pool was perfect for refreshing dips, complemented by reliable hot water for soothing showers. Convenience was key, as were amenities like a functional washer and dryer, catering to those who prefer traveling light. The efficient A/C ensured comfortable temperatures for the few hours needed during our stay in March, while we also relished in the refreshing ocean breeze throughout the day. Although some areas of upkeep could use attention, they were minor and didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. We provided the property manager with a list. For the value, in this ideal safe neighborhood, you can expect a few missing tiles and visual wear. Opting to stroll into town, we embraced the opportunity to burn off calories along the moderate inclined return route. Just outside one of the gated and guarded exits, we found a delightful dinner discovery, the Pedregal Pour House (PPH). This hidden gem, conveniently the closest eatery to Casa Bahia, offered culinary delights worth savoring. Additionally, the lunch options at the nearby tennis courts provided pleasant surprises, adding to the charm of our stay. In summary, Casa Bahia provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway.

Sisters trip

Perfect location for our annual sisters trip. Walking distance to Cabo. Rather steep but manageable for three 50+ and one 40+ women. The pool was a little cold, but beautiful in the morning sun.

Not impressed

Master only has a full size bed :-( Air conditioner in master was not working We lost electricity and we had no idea it was because the breaker blew and they made us figure it out! Only 1 key to the property, we were not there when they needed to get in to fix so we had to go back to property to open door. When we arrive the door handle fell off the door in bedroom out to patio Had to kill a cockroach on the steps Outdoor furniture is in really bad shape, didn't hardly want to lay on it Facility needs a lot of TLC, can definitely tell it is a rental The vehicle in the driveway with 4 really flat tires, not a good first impression! The only light in the bedroom must have had a burned out light bulb, we could not make it work Will not stay at this property again even though the location and view were fantastic

Views and the pool!

I stayed here with a group of guys and we loved it! The pool with the view really is what the house is all about! We only walked down to the bars at night one time and it wasn’t too bad. We mostly used transportation services. We had trouble with Uber being allowed into the front gate one time, but other than that Pedregal is amazing and the neighborhood is beautiful! The house is pretty basic and the air conditioning didn’t work the greatest. The welcome appetizers were awesome and we ended up using the chef for breakfast the entire stay! Well worth it for the price! Thanks for a great weekend!

Great location, exceptional view

A very enjoyable stay at Casa Bahia. Not too far up the hill for our 30-something group of ladies to walk the 10 mins to the restaurants and shops. 20 min walk to the night life area, 15 min walk to the beach. The area is quiet too which makes for nice outdoor afternoon naps. The view from the pool deck is exactly what we wanted. Sunrise is breathtaking each morning. The house is very nice and a few minor upgrades would make is great (better shower heads, door handles falling off, slow sink drain). Seating (inside and out) could be a bit more comfy but none of these small things took away from our Cabo vacation! Baja Sur was fantastic at helping to plan the trip- in home massages, mani-pedis, and a killer chef made us dinner one night too. Great value and would stay again if we ever venture back to Cabo.

Beautiful home - great location

Really enjoyed our stay. There were a few maintenance issues which were quickly resolved by the management company including one on Christmas Day! Nice furnishings, short walk to the marina. Would definitely rent again!

Great property, location and value!

I have stayed at a lot different properties in Pedregal over the years. As this may have not been the nicest, it was a GREAT deal and everything we expected for this trip. House was clean, nicely furnished. We easily walked into town and taxi backed daily. Happen to have a rental car this trip, which is advisable staying anywhere on the hillside or top of Pedregal to make random trip easier. Property manager was very nice and met us timely, management company was highly communicative. Would rent again!! Thanks!
