Exactly like the listing. Condo was beautiful and had a great view! Love the location and the staff was fantastic. Air conditioning was fantastic and cool! Would love to go back soon and stay here again.

Fantastic place other then the noise from the new construction next door

We were staying at pinnacle 180 on unit 604. The unit and facility was fantastic other then the constant noise from the construction next door. Construction was non stop from 8-5 every day except Sunday. Please note that once this is built you will have no view of the city from this unit which is very unfortunate and be prepared for having other peoples balcony's look into your room.

Beauty condo, beautiful view

Love this property and this lovely condo in particular. Everything is so well-maintained and the furnishings are very comfortable. Gorgeous views and lovely deck. Centrally located. A new tower is going up across the street so the construction noise was pretty relentless, but we adapted and focused on the blue water, blue skies and endless blue horizon.

Amazing stay!

I almost don't want to review this place, as I want it to always be available for me when we come! Lol! In the past, we've typically stayed in the Marina area, and we decided to switch things up this time, and the Pinnacle Resorts did not disappoint! The condo was beautiful, the staff was super friendly, everything worked perfectly, beds were comfortable (rare in Mexico) and the view was amazing! Yes, there was some construction around, the new Pinnacle next door is almost finished, (they were moving in furniture, cleaning windows and tiling the pool while we were there in October) They still have some work to do in the lobby and roof, but I bet it would be finished by the end of 2019 if not sooner. However, even after this is finished, there is construction going on everywhere in the area. A bunch of new hotels/condos are being renovated and popping up all over the area. So you should expect that noise no matter where you stay in the neighborhood. It was super quiet at night. No night clubs or anything like that near-by, which was nice. I'll take construction over a nightclub anytime. The funicular was great (a little 4-person elevator thing that takes you up and down the hill from early until 10pm) and there were so many great restaurants nearby. In this Pinnacle property, note that some of the pictures listed in some of the other listings aren't quite true to the view with the new Pinnacle property being built across the street. The first number represents the floor, so "604" is on the 6th floor, and the 3rd number represents the room number on that floor. 601, 602, 603, and 604 are facing the new property (same with 301, 302, 303, and 304, etc) and 605, 606 and 607 are on the other of the building side facing the bay. This one "604" was on the 6th floor, so it was high enough that the view of the bay was not disturbed by the new building. The 5th floor may be questionable, but for sure if it is the 4th floor or lower, rooms 01-04 will have a limited view of the bay, if any at all. If they listed it as "partial ocean view" or if it is on a lower floor, the view may not be as pictured. However, if the room ends in the numbers 05, 06 or 07 (for example 305, 306 and 307) then even though it is on a lower floor, it is still on a hill and faces the bay without another building blocking it's view. This was information that I had to work to find, as the view was important to us (even if it costed more) so I thought I would share that.

Condo is perfect, but should have been warned about major construction

We have stayed at the Pinnacles several times in the past, and this particular condo is probably the better looking one to date. The view is also the best (for now) as it has the balcony closest to the ocean. That being said, it is also the most expensive and the owner should be disclosing that there is MAJOR construction going on immediately in front of the balcony. There are TWO large towers being built, one being a new Pinnacles metal-beam tower immediately across the small street. All we heard from 8am to 6pm was loud banging, welding and shouting. The large crane almost touched our balcony when it turned around and we had to smell the fumes coming from it. At the end of the day came the icing on the cake: a truck that would come pump sewage out of the porta potty on the street. I won't describe the smell, but basically we were not able to enjoy the balcony or even open the sliding glass doors until evening time. It looks like this construction will be going on for months, so renters be aware.

Absolutely fell in love with 604

We didn’t want to leave, what a wonderful condo in a perfect location. We could walk to the best restaurants, shops and the beach. The view is exceptional and we felt like we were home. The pool and bar are amazing. We own a 2 bedroom 2 bath house in the mountains of North Carolina that we rent on VRBO and we appreciate the great attention and detail the owners of 604 put into this beautiful condo, every detail is impeccable. We will be back.

Beautiful place in a perfect location!

This place was wonderful. Beautifully furnished and the view is spectacular. From here you can easily walk to all of the restaurants in Old Town and just two blocks to the beach. I will definitely stay here again!

Your own little piece of PV paradise!

Although we were only here for a quick visit, I can't say enough about the accommodation! Super clean and well appointed with a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains....what could be better? In terms of the building itself, you'll have excellent concierge service and a beautiful infinity pool with a swim up bar and comfy loungers. You're also a 3 minute walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

Signature by Pinnacle staff was excellent, extremely accommodating and friendly and took care of everything we needed! The Signature bar had a fantastic happy hour by the pool with a great bar staff! The condo was beautiful, with a wonderful view of the bay and the city, centrally located in the Romantic Zone, very easy walking distance to many great restaurants and local bars! The condo was furnished beautifully, with a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony overlooking the bay where we ate several dinners watching the beautiful sunset in the evening! One of the best vacations ever! Puerto Vallarta is a wonderful place and we will definitely come back again! Thanks for a fantastic vacation! Terry

Our Unit #604 at Pinnacle Vallarta was well appointed and the Blalcony view was excellent with use of the balcony all day, in terms of Sunlight. The Staff are very attentive and Professional..the venicular is a bonus up and down to Los Alta's Street and the location is Superb!! The Lobby Lounge for Happy Hour is the place to be and the surroundings and view are incredible. Would definitely return and highly recommend!🇲🇽 Benvenedios Vallarta Pinacle 180 #604..

A piece of PV paradise!

We stayed here for 10 days in March 2016 with another couple. (Yes, my review is late but better than never right?) I love old town PV and the location of this condo was perfect. We either lounged by the fabulous pool or took a 2 minute stroll down to the beach. Fabulous restaurants (The Swedes and Coco's Kitchen in particular) are neighbors to this Pinnacle condo. The condo itself is gorgeous and very comfortable!

Gorgeous, incredible accommodations in the heart of Puerta Vallarta

The Pinnacle 180, this condo, and service at the building was 5 star service all the way. The view was absolutely breathtaking, spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with a functional kitchen and large living room. The amenities were top notch and the ease of booking was outstanding. Great condo in paradise!

We loved this centrally located condo. It is beautifully decorated and has a stunning view of town and the bay. We spent alot of time hanging out on the large balcony, watching sunsets and enjoying the view. This is a new building with modern plumbing, high end finishes, and all the amenities. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The impressive lobby with infinity pool and bar are a great place to hang out. We easily walked to shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach. Had a great time. Can't wait to come back.

Perfection!

I am used to staying at 5 star hotels, so my bar is raised quite high. I had heard from friends I wouldn't be disappointed, & boy were they right. The property has the feel & look of a small boutique hotel, but with a blending of charm, warmth & casual sophistication not found everywhere. The accommodations were wonderful; a combination of modern chic & comfort-- with a terrace that could accommodate a small dinner party with views of the Bay of Banderas to die for! The location was perfect. In the heart of the Romantica Zone- with a great assortment of wonderful restaurants, galleries, shopping and THE BEACH only steps away. The property is perched high on a ridge which makes for stunning views from all vantage points, but it has it's own vehicular (trolley) which makes going up and down a snap. Of course the steps are very doable as well (believe me, I'm not an athlete & it was not a problem for me). We are in the process of booking our return. The staff, guests and overall casual and sophisticated charm of my experience, has made this a yearly scheduled event.
