Hay una cama doble en cada dormitorio, 2 futones de tamaño completo, y 2 futones individuales en el altillo. La gran envoltura alrededor de balcón último piso tiene unas vistas impresionantes del lago, piscina, dunas y vista parcial del golfo. La playa es un corto 125 yardas a pie y es uno de los mejores lugares de la zona. Situado al lado de un parque estatal, esto le da la oportunidad de caminar 10 minutos por la playa y estar muy aislada.
Idealmente situado entre algunas de las mejores comunidades de playa en la península de la Florida. La facilidad de acceso al comedor, de lo casual a lo elegante; ecléctica de compras, entretenimiento en vivo, y un ambiente agradable.

Love the location. Seagrove beach in March is just what we needed to relax. The condo and area has the perfect combo of beach and surrounding small beach towns to make a great vacation.

This property is convenient for beach access, it's literally 100 yards away and having a clean pool and cabana setup is really nice following a long day at the beach. It's on a quiet street and this particular unit is stocked with more dishes and serving options than most. We had our three children with us and the kids loved sleeping in the loft area.

Great Getaway

This place was great! Location is wonderful. Quick walk to beach and there were restaurants a quick bike or car ride away. My kids enjoyed the loft area and had plenty of space. Has a beautiful porch and the pool and hot tub were great. The listing is like the pictures and has everything you could need.

Perfect for Big Family on a Budget

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our time in this spot! The 4 kids loved the space in the loft! Newly renovated kitchen and plenty of room for us all, close to a great pool and short walk to the beach!

Very disappointed- Look elsewhere

We stayed here over July 4th week. The condo is outdated (decor and appliances). No kidding the range, dishwasher and mattresses were all at least twenty five years old. Here's a list of defects the we noticed: inoperable ceiling fan, broken spiral stair handrailing which was dangerous, damaged cabinets/drawers, missing fridge door shelves, ants crawling all over kitchen counter, very loose electrical outlets, and the list goes on. Oh and the cable tv was out the entire time. This didn't really matter as we were at the beach but still it should work. Also when we arrived there was no hand soap, paper towels or toilet paper. Owner offered discount but not enough to satisfy this horrible experience. The other reviews are from the owner or relatives. Don't stay here.

I tried very hard to be as accommodating as possible to Ryan but right from the get go he was threatening me with a bad review if I did not give him multiple free nights. The range and dish washer are on the older side but they cook food and wash dishes very well. There is always plenty of toilet paper and soap. There is a drawer full of hand towels instead of paper towels (be green Ryan). The condo is sprayed for bugs once a month from the association. When I went out to check on the cable the cable box was not turned on and worked just fine. Ryan ended his review being very mean saying that the other reviews were not real. All of the reviews are genuine and the majority are positive. Ryan must have been super stressed. Hopefully some beach time cured that!

A Great Family Beach Place

Matt is an awesome host. Responded to our questions promptly and the description of his place is spot on. The location of this place is awesome - no steps to the beach from the road (unlike Rosemary Beach and/or Seaside), elevator made it easy to haul beach stuff and kiddos down from unit, and we felt like we were centrally located to other areas of 30A. Ten minutes to Rosemary Beach for lunch or ten minutes the other way to get coffee at Seaside. This location also lets you rent a golf cart which our boys LOVED. This location is also very close to some great restaurants Bruno’s Pizza, Beachy Bean Coffee, Pecan Jacks Ice Cream, and Old Florida Fish House (plus more). This area wasn’t as busy as other areas we visited and the beaches were not as crowded for June. We also didn’t need our beach wagon since the unit had it Inside the condo, it was perfect for 6 people. Our 4 year old loved the loft area which was warmer but he didn’t mind. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee/tea, cooking needs, and plenty of platters, bowls and plates. Plus, the washer and dryer in the unit was so nice to have! The bathrooms are older but the showers have great water pressure unlike some rentals we have stayed in. We didn’t let our 2 year old up the spiral stairs due to the railing and we always monitored our boys on the balcony because there were some rusty nails and loose spindles/corners of railing. The pool is beautiful and it was great overlooking it.

If you like outdated, dirty, no cable or internet but something close to the beach, then this is for

The location is very outdated with old mattresses, a broken spiral staircase (be careful so you don't fall to the ground), chipped dishes, sticky floors, pots and pans. Then we came across the issue of paying for cable and internet but they were not working. The owner claimed that he had a technician that just came by and it was working. Then he would have a technician come out during our stay. The technician never came. The owner also said he couldn't come out to look at the house till after our stay was up. After reading other negative reviews, we see that the owner has no intentions of making any modifications or improvements to the location. The owner gave a small refund because the property was in such bad shape. The only positive is that the pool is warm and the beach is wonderful. We purchased extra cleaning supplies to clean the shower, tables, towels and floors. We felt uncomfortable the whole time. It doesn't need to be perfect, but it needs to be clean!

Overall we had a very nice stay. The condo had just about everything you would need for your stay- kitchen was nice, laundry in the unit, plenty of plates/dishes, sand toys and chairs, toys, books... my boys Loved staying in the bunk beds in the loft and I loved drinking coffee on the porch overlooking the lake. Super easy to get to and a very short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were also great. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. Overall a lovely stay.

Convenient location and close to the beach. Quite neighborhood and plenty of parking. Only issue was the back sliding door is very hard to open and close. We would stay again.

Great Location!

This rental was in a great location - a minutes walk from the beach and close to many restaurants. Our kids loved the pool - it was in great condition and a lot of fun. Very nice landscaping around the pool too. This condo was comfortable for 6 of us - the kids loved sleeping in the loft upstairs. Overall, very great experience and would stay here again.

Our blended family of 6 loved the place. Short walk to the beach. The condo balcony was great with chairs. The dinner table sat 6. Plenty of room for a large family! Very affordable. Comfortable beds. The amenities were fantastic. Plenty of toilet paper, towels, and paper towels. The large shampoos and conditioners in both bathrooms was a huge plus! Beach accessories. Thank goodness for the elevator. Close to the Old Florida Fish House. Nice neighborhood. The pool and pool area was beautiful with the changing color lights at night! Hot to was great (hot in summer). We were pleased and happy to find an affordable place for our family. We were especially fond of the extra room for even more guest and we would love to return with our family of 6, plus the grandparents or the kids friendship. Nice and clean ! Thank you! We hope to return!

The location of the stay is good

Perfect for our family gathering!

We spent a few wonderful days at Matthew's condo at Santa Rosa Beach in mid-July 2017. It was perfect for us, our adult kids and our grands. One of the best parts was being able to easily walk to the beach. The swimming pool at the condo was also a hit. We also rented bikes from a nearby store and they delivered to the condo. The deck, rooms, and kitchen gave us plenty of room for our family get-away. The views from the third floor were great. We appreciated the elevator to haul our stuff up and down. Matthew replied quickly when we had a question. We hope to be back, and I definitely recommend this property.

Good location in proximity to ocean and pool

Loved the beach and pool and the sea grove / Santa Rosa beach area and will definitely go back. However our unit needs some cleaning and a little upgrading. Cute and comfy decker but Super old appliances Additionally we had no tv (no cable, no news) the entire stay and the beds were supremely uncomfortable. We also fought something like tiny ants in the kitchen the entire week and as a result stored all our food in the fridge ( which I also had to clean before I put food in it ) to keep the ants out of it. Does have a washer and dryer which was a plus. Overall for the cost I really expected a little more. That being said we really only ate slept and bathed there and the beach and pool / yard were quite lovely. Very quiet area and a short pleasant walk to the beach. Good for young families with kids.

Great location to the beach

We had a great time at the beach! The condo was an easy 1-2 min walk to the beach. It was nice how the balcony overlooked the lake on one side and the pool on the other. Great views! Matt was very helpful and responsive during our stay.
