Inmaculada y bien decorada 2 BR / 1. Condominio de 5 baños en un complejo de 6 unidades en el corazón del muelle. Es fácil caminar hasta el malecón, la capital para pasear del sur del condado. Dos áreas de estar, cada una con una terraza separada, una fuera de la sala de estar de arriba con vista al agua, una fuera de la sala de estar inferior. Cocina comedor con lavaplatos, pisos de madera noble en todo el hotel, habitaciones grandes cada una con cama queen size. El techo abovedado en el nivel superior permite el dormitorio tipo loft con escalera de caracol. Vistas al mar desde la cubierta superior, unidades de pared con aire acondicionado en las salas de estar, cable / WiFi, lavadora y secadora, calle tranquila y mucho más.

Este condominio está a una corta distancia a pie de la preciada playa de la ciudad de Narragansett y está a un corto paseo de restaurantes y locales nocturnos. Al estar ubicado en el centro, 10 minutos en una dirección lo lleva al Ferry de Block Island, a la observación de ballenas, a la extensa playa estatal, a las langostas frescas de los barcos y más. 20 minutos al norte te lleva a Newport, Jamestown, Wickford, Martha’s Vineyard Ferry. Para aquellos que no estén familiarizados con el área, estarán de vacaciones en una meca del deporte: surfeen en aguas de clase mundial, pesca en alta mar, vela, kayak, windsurf, ciclismo, mini golf, karts, antigüedades, ¡lo que quieran! ¡Sin tráfico! Siempre hay mucho que hacer o tan poco como quieras.

The condo is in a perfect location and very nice. We walked in the morning with a perfect view of the ocean. We were close to many beaches and restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation!

Location is excellent for walking around and to Narrangassett Beach. The spiral staircase is difficult to climb with a suitcase to the lift bed.

Location is great, but the condo was not clean when we arrived…sticky surfaces, old coffee in the pot, and horrible musty moldy stench. Property manager did send over a cleaning crew which helped, but did not rectify the smell

Overall, the stay was good, the location is close to the water and other fun activities. I wish there was a book with instructions for the property and checkout process and labels on different switches upstairs. The upstairs living room was very comfy and the outdoor space gave us a great view of the surprise fireworks Friday night. The text response was fantastic and quick. The not so good: no welcome package (received after asking for dishwashing tablets) No hand soap, little toilet paper, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the counters weren’t tended to. I went through with my own Lysol wipes and it was good.

Great Location

Beautiful scenery. I loved sitting on the top deck reading, eating lunch, and enjoying the view. Walking to the beach and restaurants allowed us to soak in the ocean air and get a closer look at the homes and gardens in the neighborhood. The layout of the property worked well for my family and on hot days the air conditioners were perfect. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower with warm water.

Perfect For the Four of Us!

We stayed in this lovely beach condo last summer and are looking to come back again. It’s located in a great spot – really close to my favorite breakfast spot, Crazy Burger and really close to the sea wall. In the mornings, we’d go for early walks down to the beach and around the point, come back and stop for another fabulous breakfast! The apartment is painted in vibrant beach colors and has comfortable furniture – all clean and in excellent shape. The upper deck has water views; you can see all the way to Newport. There’s a fun loft at the top of the spiral staircase which was a perfect spot for our kids to hangout and giggle all night. Had everything we needed! Can’t wait to be back!

Great stay for family of 3 - served as an awesome "home base" for all the trips to the beach and travels to Martha's Vineyard, Newport, Woods Hole, Providence, Warwick and more. 1 mile from Narragansett beach, can walk/run to beach. Short drive to Scarborough, Matunuck, Salty Brine (depending on traffic of course). Vacuum, Swiffer, cleaning supplies easily accessible in front room closet - nice to clean up all the sand. Hot water outdoor shower was amazing - would be great if simple shower curtain or simple enclosure was there, but still great perk. Upstairs master with large walk-in closet. Very responsive. Kitchen well-stocked with cooking/dining supplies. Had trouble with dishwasher late in stay, repair man was there in 30min, replacement was completed while at beach. Large shower on 1st. 1/2 bath on second floor was great to have. Washer/dryer is on smaller side, but it was wonderful to have! Upstairs loft provided nice private space for teenager but, keep in mind, narrow and transport of luggage challenging; however, it was wonderful. Upstairs patio with water views was great for coffee, lunch. Will need to make beds and distribute towels when you arrive - clean linens in bag in front room when arrived. Couple recommendations: 1) Keyless entry would be more convenient than picking up/returning key2) Hand soaps in bathrooms/kitchen were not refilled - ran very low by time departure.

Great location simple accommodations

The place was neat and simple for our family needs. Kitchen is well equipped. The place lacked some basic items to make it feel a bit more vacation oriented, stuff like table cloth so it is nice to sit and eat outside. We were also quite shocked that there was no toilet paper or paper towels which seems basic for vacation rentals. Not single role! The day before last they notified that the next reservation got cancelled and we asked if we can stay longer but go no reply. Overall it was basic and great location, but lacks attention to details and communication.

Met our needs

The property is ok. I would say there are more steep stairs than anticipated. The second bedroom is in a hot loft and up a narrow spiral staircase Not a lot of air up there. The listing or review mentioned property was immaculate I think that is a stretch. I also believe I read there are A/C units. One unit is in the closet. Property was ok. Great proximity to Beach and the Coast Guard House. Thank you

Location!

Walk to restaurants and ocean, sleep with an ocean breeze, what's not to like? The view of the ocean from the balcony is great. Its clean and easy to live in with the two bathrooms and separate sleeping areas. Hints: bring a dish towel or two and don't plan to have older people sleep in the loft. the stairs are quite steep.

Condo in quiet neighborhood with water view

We enjoyed our stay here. AC was installed in the bedroom since a prior review. The loft bedroom is still hot and on warm days, I recommend running the AC in the upper living room to cool it down. The upper living room and the view from the upper deck are lovely, and there are nice ocean breezes from that side.

Highly Recommend

Had an awesome time staying at the condo this weekend with a group of friends. Conveniently located only a short walk from the Narragansett sea wall, getting to the beach was a breeze. My group loved hanging out on the upper deck and sipping on cocktails at night. If we had stayed longer we would have put the grill to use!

OK but wouldn't stay here again

This condo was OK, pretty much as advertised except for a few items. The second bedroom is a loft bedroom and unfortunately, the electricity was not working in the loft. So no lights, nowhere to plug in my fan or my phone or anything really. Negotiating the spiral staircase in the dark - pretty ridiculous. We tried flipping the breaker and the electricity came on for 2 seconds and turned right off. This was on Friday night so I called the property management people first thing Saturday morning. I heard back from them on Monday afternoon (after we had checked out). Seriously, any property management group that handles summer rentals and doesn't have weekend response is just so very poor. To add to my joy on Saturday morning, I filled the coffee pot with bottled water and grounds, turned on the pot and walked away while it brewed. What I did not notice was that the lid on the pot was missing so I returned to a big mess of coffee and grounds overflowing from the brew basket. After I cleaned that up, I searched everywhere for the lid - not to be found. Having to drive to get my morning coffee was pretty annoying. Here's more you may want to know about this property. Pros: It was pretty clean. There was ample parking. It's a nice quiet neighborhood. The shower was large with plenty of places to put your toiletries and plenty of places to hang towels, etc. in the bathroom. The condo is pretty roomy overall and the second floor living room was very nice for hanging out. Cons: You definitely have to drive to the beach (which I knew beforehand but you may not). There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. There was one window air conditioner in the second floor living room. They did not provide paper towels or trash bags of any kind. We always use Homeaway and VRBO for vacations and this is the first time that things of this type were not provided. Overall, the place was OK but we would not stay here again.

Highly Recommended!!

A group of four of us stayed for 5 nights in this adorable little home and had a wonderful time. Only a quick walk away from the sea wall, it was a perfect location on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. It had everything we needed and more. It was so convienent to have the half bath in addition to the regular bathroom, as well as having a washer/dryer for all our beach items. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was a vacuum/broom available for use if needed. Every night we would sit out on the little patio and enjoy the evening quiet and views of the Newport bridge. Only a 25 minute drive to the Newport shops on rainy days as well! The owners were extremely obliging and helpful when we did have a question on anything, and made sure we were enjoying our stay. We all would definitely start again!
