Holiday Surf 416 es el lugar perfecto para comenzar su propia tradición familiar. Esta unidad recientemente renovada de un dormitorio y un baño tiene capacidad para 4 personas, con una nueva cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal y un cómodo y cómodo sofá cama en la sala de estar.

Hay pisos de baldosas en toda la unidad, con alfombras en el dormitorio. La cocina ha sido remodelada recientemente con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable que también brindan un nuevo plano de planta abierto y una vista sin obstáculos de las aguas cristalinas del golfo esmeralda de Destin. Great place to stay.

We have stayed at Holiday Surf And Raquet Club for 15-16 years. We have always enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in various units, and they have all been well maintained and clean. We have used VRBO, and have rented directly from HS&RC. Always receive very courteous service, and as our age and health permits, we will stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first thing that hit us when we walked into the condo was a very strong musty smell! We called the from desk about this. Someone came by from maintenance and sprayed our vents and room with some kind of spray that slightly decreased the smell a little bit but did not go away. I worry about mold in the bedroom carpet and walls. Also felt very humid in the room compared to other rooms we visited.

Honeymoon in destin

Good trip. Details are not listed on Vrbo about the strict smoking policy at the property. They send you more details AFTER the property has been booked. I understand there are people that love the fact that if you are caught smoking outside of the smoking area you will pay a 500 dollar fee billed to your room. Smoking is a personal preference and if I knew the strict policy before booking we wouldn’t have stayed there. Plus this unit was outdated and need curtains that covered the bed room window. The wooden slats are not sufficient. Unless you like the sun hitting you in the face at 7am

Birthday Destin- ation perfect!

First of all, The Holiday surf is perfectly and conveniently located for a great beach experience! Take a brief walk from any room or floor and all of your amenities are there to enjoy! If you should happen not to choose or engage in any ground activities the units offer great views from your balcony with the sounds of relaxing waves from the ocean.The beds were comfy, comfy pillows, great WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, & fully furnished. The units are set up with everything you need to get started. Did I mention peaceful? My wife and I couldn’t hear any other tenants when inside the rooms. The dining & shopping are conveniently located just a short drive on the strip to everything you need and want! My wife and I look forward to returning again. Oh and the staff was awesome! They explained everything about the rental and made sure we were aware of all the rules and amenities. I would like to add a couple of cons or suggestions. If there was a shower for 2 , ventilation fan in the 1 bathroom, and a Keurig. I know that these are preferences and they would only make a great stay better! Thank you Holiday Surf for a great stay!

Great fall get away

This property is great! It is close to restaurants, shopping, and most importantly—-the beach! Staff is friendly. It is quiet and just a very short walk to the beach. Beach service was great. We cannot think of a thing we would change! Loved it!

Good stay!

Good place! Had to bike a ways to get to restaurants but that was ok. Deck definitely needs new furniture. Uncomfortable and too short to see the ocean. Deck was dirty but bed and linens were comfortable.

Wonderful stay

Place was super clean and perfect for us. Right on the beach. Beautiful views, again really clean and was plenty big. Kitchen had everything plus some. I love to cook and it has everything.

Beachfront condo - great views but condo needs major updates

The location was great, beachfront in Destin. However, the room needs some major updates to get it out of the 80s. The patio furniture was made out of PVC pipe, extremely uncomfortable. And the condo didn’t seem like it had been cleaned well. But overall the experience was nice mainly due to location of condo.
