Nuestro condominio puede acomodar hasta 4.
Totalmente amueblado, cama king en el dormitorio principal, 2 camas individuales en la habitación de invitados. Lavadora / secadora, wifi, cable, sillas de playa siempre. Disfrute de una hermosa vista desde el balcón o la sala de estar a la costa inter. A solo 150 pasos de las playas de arena blanca más increíbles. Este complejo tiene solo 5 unidades muy pintorescas y tranquilas. Coge el carrito gratis si no tienes ganas de conducir.
Muelle de pesca justo en la puerta principal, cerca de alquiler de botes, alquiler de segway y bicicletas, tiendas, excelentes restaurantes, minigolf y mucho más. Excelente ubicación para sus vacaciones.

Close to everything!

We spent a long weekend at this affordable, very clean, modern condo with our three teenagers. Moments away from sandy white beaches, walking to resturants and shops! Lively atmosphere on Historic Bridge Street. Bike, moped and Segway rentals around the corner. Gorgeous sunsets to write home about. Can't wait to visit again!

This place is beautiful! From the close walk to the beach to being able to watch the sunrise from the balcony it was perfect! We were there for my mother’s memorial and to clean out her condo. The day before the memorial, before we went to the condo to work, we looked for the iron and ironing board and could not find them. I sent a message to Kimber and she responded quickly. That evening when we got back to the condo there was a brand new ironing board and iron waiting there for us! We cannot thank you enough Kimber! She is a great host and this place is just perfect. We would come back here again!

Excellent Location But Needs a Cleaning And An Exterminator

Condo is in excellent location with an excellent view. You can easily walk to the restaurants, bars, and shops on Bridge Street in about 5-10 minutes and to the closest beach in 2-3 minutes. The condo is furnished with everything you need. However, I am only giving this 3 stars because the condo, especially the floor, is dirty. The front door and the sliding door to the balcony both lacked a screen which allowed a large amount of mosquitos/gnats to enter and on our last night there we saw a huge live cockroach (call them a palmetto bug if you want but they are still cockroaches). I know bugs are inevitable in Florida but when you are paying $300/night you don’t want to see cockroaches or walk on a floor that turns your feet black. I will return to the area but not to this particular condo.

Don't Miss this Vacation Get Away

I took my teenage daughter and her friend to Florida for spring break, and found this condo at the very last minute - and were not expecting a lot - but what a wonderful surprise! From the pictures, this condo looks much darker than it is. It sits on the bay side with a beautiful patio that overlooks the water and sunset. It also sits one short block walk from the beach - very easy and convenient to get to! The condo is plenty spacious, and fully stocked - with towels, and sheets and a fully stocked kitchen! The two bedrooms were spacious and clean, with 2 full baths - convenient for 3 girls. This condo also is located just south of the main downtown area - it was an easy walk to everything we wanted to do - which is especially convenient when you are on vacation with teenagers who don't have access to a car they can drive. There were beach chairs and also some of the essentials that you need for everyday - like dishwasher tabs, and detergent - and in the many years i have been renting condos, I have not had the luxury to avoid buying those kinds of thing! Don't miss this condo - it's reasonably priced, and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

The property itself is lovely. It was very clean and beautifully presented. The view from the balcony is of the wide stretch of water between the island and the mainland, and it is stunning.

Great location! Super helpful/friendly owners.

What a great stay. We were overally pleased with our stay at this location. The owners stayed in touch with us from day one to make sure everything was perfect. Everything about it was great. I even told Kim that their pictures did not capture how well kept and nice their place is. Even though we were on the bayside, we had an amazing view of the bay each morning. The walk to the beach is extremely easy and just a block away. Wish they would be continuing their rentals for next year as we would definitely be back. I'll definitely reach out first next year to find out if available.

Paradise Perfection

This property had everything especially location. Loved our time on the balcony and dock watching dolphins, manatees and all the beautiful birds. The short walk to the beach was so convenient. Loved the sunsets! The condo had everything one could need for cooking and for the beach. Kimber was lovely and checked in on us a few times.couldn’t ask for a better vacation place.

Perfect!

Beautiful, clean property. Fully stocked. Beautiful, relaxing view of water from balcony, short walk across street to beach. We were there in January and weather was unusually cold. Condo provided very comfortable place to hover awaiting warmer weather. Kimber was very easy to communicate with and checked in on us a few times to make sure all was ok after a power failure. Highly recommend!

Island Time

In real estate, location is everything and this property is in the perfect spot! With the bay (and sunrise) out the front windows/patio and a quick 3 min walk to the beach for spectacular sunsets your days will be filled with sunshine! The condo is neat and well-furnished and the Island offers everything one needs (Grocery, Restaurants, Fabulous Beaches, and many sporting opportunities for fishing, boating etc. We will definitely return to this special place.

First visit to AMI

Totally loved our first trip to Anna Maria, the condo was exactly as seen online (even better) it has been undated compared to the photo, my husband was happy to see a TV in the bedroom!! Very nice that Kimber checks in to see if everything is going well. Great location and the island is easy to get around even when it is crowded, most likely will return!!

We were able to rent online. We knew the area/neighborhood but not the actual location. Condo was great. Very clean and nicely decorated. We absolutely loved the balcony overlooking the bay. We could watch the boats and relax. We a short walking distance from the lovely beach on the Gulf. No problem maintaining social distancing. Parking spot was included. We could walk places or take the trolley. Disappointing that our request to rent next year at this time was met with the news that it’s already rented😢

Island Life Vacation

Great place you couldn't beat the location. Fishing pier right outside the door and a great view from the balcony. Only one block to the gulf and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Very quite and everyone was very friendly. We have stayed on the island for several years and this was definitely the nicest place we have stayed. Very clean and they provide everything you could need. We will be back again.

My family and I are originally from California. We came to Tampa, FL in 2003 and have never looked back. My husband and I have to beautiful daughters and all of us LOVE the Bradenton Beach area. We Love coming to our condo just to recharge our batteries, as we all know, life tends to get a little stressful. We love walking around the village during the day or hanging out at the beach. One of our favorite things to do is to watch the sunset and to be grateful for what we have and are able to share with others.

Our condo is amazing! We are located right off of Gulf Drive N and 10th street south. This is a great location for walking or taking the trolley to where you need to go. Our beach is awesome the inter coastal is always amazing with the sunrise or just watching the boats go by. We are off the busy road so it's very quiet and we are a quick walk to the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love this location because there is so much to do. You are 20mins away from the salty dog featured on Man VS. Food. We are about 30mins for St. Armand Circle and downtown Sarasota. If we chose to go north on the island we are only 10-15mins away from Anne Marie Island. So many choices, we are never bored, and of course if we just want to relax we head out to the beach for the day.
