Este es nuestro lugar para ir de vacaciones! Todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones fabulosas está aquí, incluido; Wi-Fi, HDTV con reproductor de DVD, cocina gourmet completa, patio extragrande elevado con espectaculares vistas al océano y mucho más.

La Villa es perfecta para una familia o dos parejas con 2 habitaciones queen, 2 baños completos más un sofá cama queen en la cómoda sala de estar.

La cocina gourmet está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesitará para crear todas sus creaciones culinarias favoritas.

Hay una conexión Wi-Fi rápida, HDTV en la sala de estar con un reproductor de DVD, TV en el dormitorio principal, una buena selección de DVD para todos los gustos, juegos de mesa e incluso una selección sólida de libros de bolsillo para aquellos de ustedes. a quien le gusta desconectar.

El mejor lugar en la Villa es en realidad afuera en el enorme patio donde hay una gran mesa con una sombrilla para disfrutar de comidas o cócteles por la noche. We had a great time at this villa. The pool was awesome and the access to the beach wonderful. Communications with the host was very fluid. He provided us with all the needed intuyo have a great time during our stay. The only challenge was the parking space as it was too small for our large SUV, but other than that we definitely recommend this place to other families who want to have a safe, clean, and spacious place to stay near Rosarito beach.

Exactly what was expected, great stay.

My wife and I, along with a couple friends and their children, stayed at this condo last weekend. We even had our small dog with us. Everything was just as described and we had a great stay. House stocked with odds and ends, board games and nice patio area. Community has a nice pool, billiards table and a grass dog run. Would stay again.

The property has all the things that you may need as far as towels, blanket, sheets, pots pans, all the comfort of staying at home the one huge downfall was there’s no air conditioning no split air. It was very, very hot, sticky, humid, and very uncomfortable to sleep at night ended up, leaving early because it was so unbearable to sleep without any type of air circulation Even slept with the door open the screen open and there’s no type of air circulating through the house became unbearable.

Sorry, folks, I cannot control the weather. By the way, coastal temperatures during this stay were in the high 70s during the day and mid-60s at night. Pretty optimal by most standards. We take great pride in our vacation home and do everything in our power to make each guest's stay enjoyable. This guest seemed happy with the product, just not with something completely out of our control. It is clear in our description that the unit does not have air conditioning. Very few of the over 200 units at the Calafia complex have air conditioning. That is a key reason to go to the beach in August, to enjoy the cooler coastal temperatures. For the record, each room in our place has a ceiling fan. Additionally, several portable fans can be used anywhere in the unit. Most importantly, you can open up the screened bedroom, living room doors, and front door for cross ventilation (the complex has 24/7 security and is very safe) at night, let in the cooler ocean air, and hear the beauty of the crashing waves. Thanks for taking the time to read this far, and allow me to say that I'm a bit surprised that this platform allows complaints based on the weather. Why should an excellent host have their rating lowered because of Mother Nature? A little personal responsibility by the guest and the ability of the platform to vet reviews would go a long way. Stay cool!

Great views/ secure place to stay

Great experience with guards, always ready to help. We got to experience beautiful sunsets and have beautiful pictures. Great location so your driving north or south can be done tge same day and enjoy time where you go.

Excellent Family trip

The villa was spacious and had all the amenities needed. Owner was easy to keep contact with and was very helpful. The resort is beautiful and provides plenty of activities for the family. Location is convenient, where you are between Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo. Easy 5-10min drive to both areas. Highly recommend staying here for fun and relaxation

Great stay!

Overall- we really enjoyed the few days we were there. PROS: It has gorgeous views and is quiet for the most part. Kitchen includes a big fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and essential utensils. The owner was very communicative; before and during our stay; he was friendly, and helpful. Even gave us suggestions when we drove down to Valle de Guadalupe for wine tasting. The balcony was awesome in the day and evening. CONS: (By the way, just a little constructive criticism....NONE of these were enough to not return back to this villa). Everyone does knows where Calafia Villas @ KM 34.5 is, but no one will deliver a pizza, so if that's what you're craving, pick one up the way in.. A couple of the fixtures (ceiling fan in living room and towel rack in main bathroom) need replacing. But again, would I return and/or recommend this place? ABSOLUTElY! Thanks for a restful stay!!

Lovely Villa!

We would absolutely stay again, it was very clean and had all the comforts of home, we had a wonderful time, the whole property is beautiful, we enjoyed our daily walks with our kids and puppy, no to mention the owner, Michael was very easy to talk to and always helpful, a plus in my book

Relaxing Vaca

We enjoyed our lovely week at Calafia Resort. Super friendly and helpful residents, staff, and guards. Owner responds immediately and has a lot of helpful information. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness because the linens, towels, and shower curtain need updating. I suggested this to the owner and he was responsive. Other than that it’s a wonderful place.

Definitely would not stay here again

No privacy, no ocean view, and lots of unnecessary harassment by the guards. Wish we had stayed somewhere else.

Dear Future Guests. Our property has been a vacation rental for more than 6 years and we have never had a review like this one. Please take a few moments to look through our other reviews to learn the truth about our property. This review was written by a guest that was caught by the Calafia complex security staff participating in an activity that is an illegal Federal offense in Mexico. The guest was warned by security that this was a serious infraction and they could be fined by the HOA and/or get the local police involved. After the incident, this guest was monitored very closely by all the security personnel, which he describes in his review as “harassment” and a “lack of privacy”. In terms of the “ocean view”, I think the images of the view from the patio and the positive comments from previous guests tell that story perfectly. Safe and well stocked villa

Our stay at the villa was great. The complex is well guarded by a friendly security crew and very safe. We found the villa to be well stocked with everything we needed, and more. Response times from the host were almost immediate. It is a comfortable place and had a lot of extra amenities. We were there mid week and the complex was quiet. Having a private beach was a plus. Wifi and the TV worked well. Michael's recommendations and instructions were detailed and helpful. We loved the dog park too. Inside the towers there is a well equipped exercise room. As far as Northern Baja rentals go, this is a good one!

We had a wonderful time time at the Villa. We loved the fact that we were able to bring our dogs. They had a great time exploring on their daily dog runs. The Villa has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Most definitely a return visit in the future.

It’s in a really nice location. The house is really nice and has everything needed for a great stay . We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and safe place to stay while visiting Baja. Great stay

We loved the layout of the unit. It was extremely clean and had all the necessary amenities. The huge deck is lovely for morning coffee and evening wine. The complex has a lot to offer including its own dog park overlooking the ocean. The guards are so accomodating and nice. Love the location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but convenient to many restaurants.

It was a nice place close to everything. It was 6 of us we had plenty of room. The private beach was great. There was nice waves coming in to do boggy bording. The secure Garda where berry help full. If you needed anything they could help you. The room was kept clean with nice beds. An the view from the balcony was great.

The owner Michael was great to work with, great communicator with detailed information about the place, how to get there and how to get in. The house was very nice and clean. Very nice linens and towels. Even little necessities like cooking oil and coffee filters where available at the house. WE really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks again

We are an adventurous San Diego family of four. We like to hike in the local mountains, ski in the winters, and head down to Calafia when the Villa is available.

Michael worked in Tijuana at a large manufacturing plant during the 90's and has been traveling to Baja since he was a teenager. The family loves to come to visit Mexico and we treasure our experiences every time we visit.
