Esta es una gran unidad frente a la playa con capacidad para 6 personas, con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal, cama king size en el dormitorio de invitados y sofá cama doble en la sala de estar y nuevos pisos de baldosas en cada habitación.

Esta unidad de dos dormitorios y dos baños ha recibido un REMODELO TOTAL, con muebles de alta gama con gabinetes personalizados, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito en una cocina totalmente equipada, tocadores de granito en los baños y una barra seca junto con nueva iluminación LED en todas partes.
La cómoda sala de estar cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición de 55 '' con reproductor de rayos azules, además en ambas habitaciones también encontrará televisores de pantalla plana de alta definición de 32 '' con DVD y nuevos ventiladores de techo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really relaxed and enjoyed every minute of this vacation . Our room was wonderful and very comfortable ! It had everything we needed and felt like home. The two king beds were soooo comfortable and we slept so well. The kitchen had everything . We cooked in a few meals which is great to enjoy the beach longer some days. We appreciate the two chairs that come with the room I just wish we didn’t have to go down so early and sit a few hours until she came around to reserve them since it states you can’t reserve them with a towel. They took our name down in past years and they put it on our chairs . But it was still wonderful and we will be back next year ! This resort is a well kept secret. We love the family atmosphere !

Check in a disaster!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great, the beach rental service was excellent, and the facilities were clean and well-kept.Unfortunately, check-in was a disaster. We arrived at noon and asked about early check-in—something we understand isn’t always possible. But we weren’t let into our room until after 5 PM, which is well past the standard check-in time. When we called to check on the status, there was no apology or courtesy—just a cold reminder that we had “signed an agreement” acknowledging this could happen. The reason given was a “high turnover day.” If that’s expected, hire extra help. Instead, we watched multiple staff members sitting around or taking smoke breaks while guests waited for hours in the lobby.We don’t expect special treatment, but we do expect basic hospitality and respect for our time—especially when paying a premium price. Sadly, this experience soured the start of our trip. Would not stay here again.

Great location/not-so-great cleanliness

Unit is very nice and well laid out. Location is fantastic. Grounds are nice. Our unit, however was not super clean when we checked in. Carpets had not been vacuumed, every single coffee cup and several dinner plates in the cupboards were dirty. And not just a little dirty, really dirty. Almost like they’d been put in the dishwasher but the washer had been unloaded without running it! The garbage disposal did not work and there was no notice about that. So when we ran the dishwasher it started backing up. The worst thing though was the smell in the refrigerator. We think the prior guests must’ve gone fishing and put their catch in it. The freezer in particular was very fishy, but the refrigerator too smelled like fish. Every time we opened the door we’d get a huge nasty whiff. Very unpleasant. Housekeeping definitely needs to be put on notice!!! It’s a shame too because the condo is lovely.

Everything was clean and so nicely decorated. Everything you needed this rental property had matching dishes, pots, pans, glasses, blender you name it and they had it. The only thing I don’t understand, is why the beach service would not arrange our rooms beach chairs in a circle, or even together in a row. We are a family that rents four units from Saturday to a Saturday. Seems like it’s a small request.

Had a good stay in 304

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room 304 is a nicely equipped and updated unit. The Keurig coffee maker was nice to have, and the appliances were great. The unit is clean, and offers a nice combination of easy access and good view.That said, there are a couple downsides to be aware of... If you are a light sleeper, I would consider a different unit as the A/C is extremely loud. For example, we had to keep shutting it off while we were in the kitchen or dining room so we could actually hear each other talking at a normal volume.For the master bedroom that has a window facing the ocean and a door to the balcony, there are no curtains/blinds that block out the light. Wasn't an issue for us, but if you're not an early morning person, I would suggest bringing along something to block the light.

Exactly as described

We absolutely loved our stay at unit 304. We had no issues what so ever and it was a great stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. We will definitely be back. The only con was that there was some hair still in the bath/shower of the master and the cleaning crew left a dirty dish rag on one of the tables. Otherwise overall very nice and had everything you would need for your stay. Remember to bring your own bath towels and extra toilet paper though.
