Clean and comfortable

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Great location with amazing views. Staff was very friendly and professional. No stoppers for the bath tubs to take a bath so we settled for showers. A few wall sockets were not working but all in all I would highly recommend!

The king bed in 708 is extremely noisy if you roll over the whole unit knows. With a business like this you’d think they’d replace mattresses every 5 years or so the mattresses we had were over 10 years old with broken down foam toppers

Great Facility - Dolphins in the morning!

The only issue we had was at check-in. Our condo was given to another family prior to us arriving, so instead of walking the beach after we arrived, we had to wait in the lobby for them to move the wrong occupants out of our rental. The front desk staff seemed to handle it well, just frustrating after a long day of travel. The rest of the stay was wonderful. Mornings on the balcony watching dolphins while we ate our breakfast. Days on the beach, later afternoons by the pool. Close to a lot of different restaurants and shopping. Will definitely put this on our list of "will stay again" properties.

Overall good stay

Overall, the condo was good. However, the first night we slept in the queen bed and it was so uncomfortable we barely got any sleep. The bed was old and hard. We contacted the condo manager through Vrbo and they were very helpful. They brought a mattress topper and installed it. Unfortunately, the actual owners never responded or tried to solve the problem. My only other complaint would be the water pressure. Aside from that, we had a great stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed to see how much attention this unit needs. The paint is scuffed and chipped from walls and cabinets, the kitchen cabinets were sticky to the touch where you grab them to open them, many of the outlets don’t work and/or have gotten so loose that they don’t hold a plug in, and the lighting is extremely dim everywhere but the kitchen. There is a door from the main bedroom to the balcony that won’t open. We also wish these units had their own washer and dryer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in room 708 for my nieces destination wedding. I had the benefit of seeing several inside cabins and with the exception of 724 (which is REALLY nice) 708 was the best I saw. The carpet, which is in good shape add a definite level of comfort. The other all-tile rooms I saw were all very outdated and sterile. I told my sister her room felt like a room that conjucal visits happen (not that I would know). I read several reviews on the condo and many stated dissatisfaction with the beds. The owner responded acknowledgment for the bed issue so I hoped that issue would have been remedied prior to my state. It was not. The bed is hard (even with the addition of foam toppers) and squeaks very loudly anytime you move in bed. The sun shines in VERY brightly into the master bedroom at sunrise. After that morning I layed the extra blanket over the window to block the morning sun. I noticed from the outside that 90% of the condos have plantation shutters on that window, although there are shutters in the living room, only flimsy curtains in the master bedroom. Each TV had several remotes which were hard to figure out as each TV was different. There are are no restaurants within walking distance. The beach was nice and fun to walk down to in the AM. Beach service includes chairs and umbrellas. Hot tip- check-in desk sells ice bags for $3. I would stay in this or room 724 again but not the others I saw.

Perfect getaway

We stayed for a short while (Tues-Friday). Definitely not a long enough stay. Wasn’t a long walk right to the beach. Kids loved it. We will be back.

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, great view of Water, and right on the BEACH!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect week!! We will definitely be back.

It sits right on the beach and was quiet. The amenities were perfect. Unit 708 is nice but the kitchen is borderline gross. It needs a major upgrade. Cabinete are broke and sticky. The stove is old and chipped with avent hood that needs a serious cleaning. Pans are really old. The bathrooms could use exhaust fans. Bedrooms are really nice. The view from the units is spectacular.

Very noisy and A/C and water disruptions. Hope this time was the exception and all the major upgrades are done. The staff at HSRC is great. Always cheerful and helpful. The 708 unit we had was not nearly as nice as other units. It was clean, but very tired and out of date. The couch is extremely uncomfortable and saggy. Mattress should be replaced. Kitchen cabinets need to be replaced, they are original and feel sticky.
