My family and I enjoyed our stay here! Short walk to the beach and also the strip of stores/restaurants wasn’t too far either. This place had everything we needed for our stay, including the laundry room that was free to use— which was really nice! Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella and beach towels were also available to use. We had our two toddlers with us and this place was kid friendly. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!!

We took our boat with us and enjoyed going to the different islands that the locals go, fishing off the dock, and the veiw from our spot was beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bay Club Cottages on the waterfront. The cute cottage is in a great location so we were able to walk to the beach only a couple of blocks away and to all the nice shops and restaurants around Clearwater Beach. The cottage’s interior is white, bright and airy with a nice beachy vibe. We loved hanging out in the sun on the patio and dock. What we didn’t like was not receiving the door code from Ryan, the host, until 2 hours after of our check-in time of 4 pm. I was able to find a phone number for the former owner/host in the VRBO listing and she was kind enough to try to track down the current host Ryan. When the former owner couldn’t reach him, she called the cleaner who provided the code. We got in OK and the rest of our stay was great.

Amazing cottage right on the water

It was very relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel area. Within walking distance to everything, enjoyed the beach and just got to relax, saw some dolphins swim by as well. Property very well maintained and great communication throughout our stay.

Weekend retreat

Walked in to a cool, clean, and bright place. It was just what my friend and i needed as a weekend getaway. We walked everywhere because the loacation was perfect. It was close enough but far enough to be a quiet spot away from the party music. Even the boat traffic going by was quiet. Walked to the beach in 5 minutes, beach chairs were provided. Bring your own sunscreen for sure, its 18 at the local CVS. Also to note, it was very easy to get an Uber to the Tampa airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific Location

Terrific location and Toby is a great host! Toby was very accommodating, checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything and made excellent recommendations for places to eat. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely rent from Toby! Thanks for everything Toby!

Location! Location! Location!

The villa is very nice and the perfect size to relax. Its located within walking distance to the beach and nightlife and quiet enough to have a relaxing night on the back porch. Toby, the Owner/Property Manager is very friendly and accommodating. He gave us tips on where to go and is easily reachable for any questions I had. I am definitely booking this villa again next time I'm in Clearwater Beach

Great stay and big save

So- I accidentally didn’t send the last payment in- somehow I missed this detail- thinking it was automatic! The owner was gracious enough to save the place for me THANKS BE TO GOD- after 8 hours of travel time- that could have been a nightmare. This place was super cool, well stocked and clean. Bring your fishing poles, you’re right on the water. Not super fancy, but I would definitely stay here again, dolphins swam right outside our window! Coffee right of the marina was worth not having a pool-Walk to the beach and downtown was easy, and everything felt very safe even late. This felt like a cool experience, and the kids loved it. My kids were ages 8 and 10- I would be careful to take a toddler here unless your ready to be very watchful-the water is right there and deep- So cool, thanks for watching out and saving our stay! look for you next year-

Because that’s a old place with a very sheap owner who don’t like happiness and joy you better go to pier house 60 a beautiful place full of entertainment and very very close to everything

Week at the Beach

This property was the cutest! Very spacious, and the view off the back patio was beyond compare! Views like I have never seen. A quick walk from the beach, restaurants, a playground, yet feels so private as you watch the water in the evening. Parking spots are a little tight, so beware if you drive a large vehicle. Unit has everything you need for a long stay or a fun weekend. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area.

Excellent Location. Great Experience

Our experience renting was great with no problems. The property manager was very responsive, helpfule, and pleasant. The furniture is dated and there are no tv's in the bedrooms which is not too much of an issue however, I enjoy watching a little tv in bed before I retire for the evenings. Overall it Is a nice unit and we enjoyed our stay.

Incredible stay

My girlfriend and I stayed here and it was amazing. The location was beautiful and the view was amazing. The place was clean and kept in great condition, we will definitely be back to stay here again!

Black mold & broken furniture

Black mold in the bathroom and broken chairs and bed. Too late to find other accommodations after arrival so just had to make the best of it.

Clearwater Beach Get-away

Other than a small glitch on check-in day this was a perfect stay! Kirsten was very responsive, the location is awesome, and the villa was exactly as advertised. We walked everywhere and had great food wherever we went. The beach was beautiful even though Red Tide is in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Dreamed of beach get-away

We stayed at this villa for easy access to Clearwater Marine Aquarium because our 17-year-old daughter was participating in its Marine Biology camps. After dropping off our daughter at camp, my husband and I enjoyed local restaurants for delicious brunches. Early evenings, our family took in the local activities, shopping, and seafood dinners. Most nights, we relaxed on the back porch and enjoyed the waterfront scenery. The Property Manager was pleasant, easy to talk to, and quick to reply. She made the check-in and check-out process easy.

Great place

We had a great stay at this property.It was clean, cozy and being right on the water was so nice. So many things within walking distance, including the beach! The only negative I had was only having one parking space because we did have 2 vehicles so we paid $30 for overnight parking at the Fairfield. Overall a great place though!

We are located on the island of Clearwater Beach and the Mandalay channel is in our backyard. Our units have been here since the 1950’s and have the feel of “old florida”….don’t worry we have done some major upgrades since then, but we like to keep the character and colors of old clearwater beach- we are a family-owned business and can’t wait to host you at Clearwater Bay Club.

This villa has the most amazing view of the Mandalay Channel and you can literally fish from the back porch. We have full kitchens and all the supplies you need to enjoy your vacation without the worry. We are a family and will treat you the same.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have an outdoor shower, all the supplies you need to enjoy a beach vacation. Just ask ahead of time and if we don't have it, we will either get it or show you how to find what you need to have an amazing stay. Our dock is shared among 4 small cottages and our Bay house, so you can feel free to enjoy time relaxing on the water. We have a ladder for those that love to swim in the ocean.
We have 3 kayaks that are free to use, just ask 24/hours in advance so we can set you up to go. We do not have our own pool but we are a short walk or drive to the Clearwater Rec Center that is on the same road as we are and has a lovely pool and kids swim area.
