Perfect condo

The condo was clean and well kept. The grounds are beautiful. We didn’t use the pool, but it was clean and well kept as well. The condo is perfectly located close to the beach and plenty of restaurants, so you can really enjoy your stay and make the most of your time in Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

Best Location on Coco Beach

My husband and I spent the month of March at this great condo. We loved the location and the pool was wonderful. Sitting on the balcony and watching all of the beautiful birds along with watching the sun come up was our favorite. We will return next year to enjoy this beautiful slice of Heaven. As thy say in Costa Rica.. Pura Vida!

Condo in Coco

We loved the location, pool, access to the laundry area, beach and downtown. It was well stocked with needed supplies. We felt the owners could have put more of their stuff in storage off site allowing for more place to put our stuff. We stayed a month and there was four of us. The managers Dean and Sandy were responsive to all requests. Loved our stay.

Good property and good people

Overall a good unit the owners have put in a few things that make your stay a little more like home they have good TV and internet included and a nice little BBQ. The unit is nicely located and never had any issues. The property managers are helpful and friendly they arranged pickup at the airport and answered any questions I had and ever helped me locate another property t stay at when I decided to extend my stay. thanks Guys

4 weeks of heaven

Our stay was very comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need. We could have used a sun shade or blind on the patio as the sun was intense in the am. Also some more dressers in the bedroom. A close line or rack on the patio would have been nice. But everything was amazing. No complaints at all, just loved the condo, the pool, the atmosphere the pool guy and lawn guy and the girl whom came to clean the stairs everyday. It was a great walk to everything we needed. The beach was amazing and just a 5 minute walk. Saw monkeys on the way. Dean was great and got back to us quickly when we had any issues. Thanks again for the great vacation. Ruth

Good size unit but quite a few maintenance issues.

The size of the unit was good and it was about three blocks to the beach. We enjoyed the town of Coco as there was lots to do. We wished that we could use the balcony deck in the mornings to enjoy our coffee outside but the direct sun was too intense to use the deck before noon. We talked to the property manager about putting up a tarp for shade and he said it was a great idea and helped us put it up. A couple days later we received an email from him saying it had come to his attention that we had put up a tarp and to remove it immediately. That was rather confusing. We asked if there was another option for shade and we got no response from the manager. There were several maintenance issues while we were there and we had to stay around on four of our days to deal with the issues. Better communication with the manager would have made it easier for us to not have to stay and wait.

Nice Property & Great Property Manager

The property manager (Dean) was very responsive to any questions that we had. We would be happy to stay in one of his units again. Unit was well equipped. On a personal note, most of the people at this property own their unit. They are polite but not overly friendly to outsiders. Had a wonderful stay thank you Dean.

Nice neighborhood

In a quiet, good neighborhood. The condo faced the East so could see sunrise each morning. I liked that it was a short walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants.

Wonderful stay!

We spent a month at this lovely condo! Pictures are accurate and the condo is very well stocked with towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Grounds are also well kept and the common pool was clean! Check in went smoothly. The property managers, Dean and Sandy are great to deal with and are very friendly and down to earth people. They responded promptly to a couple of issues we had with the internet/TV and water . We enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning next year! Thanks again Dean and Sandy for making our stay an enjoyable one! See you next year!

Fabulous time

I would like to thank our property manager hosts Dean and Sandy Bronizewski. Two of the nicest down to earth people you could meet. We could not have been more well cared for from picking us up at the airport to stopping for some staple groceries a quick tour of town and help with our baggage at the condo to always being available and punctual when needed to driving us back to the airport at the end of our stay. We say thank you so much. Your dedication to your craft was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend future travelers consider their services The condo we stayed in was as advertised and a delight. 2 beds 2 baths clean modern with most if not all the assoceries needed. The complex was beautiful and well maintained. We couldn't have been happier all the way around. We hope to get back soon

Great location and comfortable stay

We stayed at this location for 1 week in February. Nice location and comfortable accommodation. Pros: The condo was well equipped and very comfortable with a/c in each bedroom as well as the main area. 2 bathrooms was really nice for 4 people. Loved having a BBQ to use. There was a nice, clean swimming pool and laundry facilities. Everyone in the area was super friendly. The location was perfect - A couple minutes walk to groceries, restaurants (so many great places: Mar Azul, Soporitos, Java Coffee Shop, Toucanoos...and more!!) and the beach. 10 minutes walk to downtown. Cons (not really cons, just suggestions): The deck has only 2 chairs on it - would be nice to have a couple extra since the condo sleeps 4 :). Would be nice to have 'pool' towels as well as 'beach' towels. There is only 1 key for the condo - it would be really nice to have 2 so you have some freedom from each other once in a while :)

Great place to escape the snow!

This was a perfect place to stay, the beach is a 5 minute walk and town is 10/15 minutes. Several restaurants 2 blocks away. Nice neighbors in this complex. When we wanted taxis we could find them and they know where we live. Dean was friendly, helpful and transported us to and from the airport. On the way in he stopped at the grocery store to get us started and gave us a little tour to orient us. It was easy to book tours and we highly recommend the tour to Nicaragua. Condo was clean, had everything we needed, there’s a pool and we spent a lot of time on our balcony reading and eating. On Sunday’s there’s a market 2 blocks away with good food and goods. We highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay

Dean & Sandy met us at the condo to greet us and to show us around. The condo was spacious, clean and quiet. The A/C was quiet and worked well. The kitchen was the best stocked of any place we have rented in regard to pots, pans, bowls & cooking utensils. The kitchen equipment was clean and usable - there were even knives that could cut! There was also a supply of essential condiments. There was a good-sized portable propane bbq in good condition. The wifi was fast and there were lots of English channels on cable. The unit is on the second floor which was good for privacy and had a small balcony. The pool was clean and the grounds were well-kept. There was a washer and dryer in the pool palappa which required tokens. The beach was about a 5 min. walk from the condo; it was calm and lovely to walk on. It was about a 20 min. walk to downtown to the Super-Compro and the Auto-mercado was another 5 min. past that. There was also a mini-super in the small "pueblito" at the entrance to the complex (only a few minutes walk) plus several restaurants and a coffee shop.

Perfect place to stay!

We came to Costa Rica for the Ironman 70.3. This property has everything we needed - close to race venue, grocery store and restaurants within walking distance, air conditioning, clean and fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and living room. Dean was extremely helpful with airport transports and general information. He responds to emails immediately and is super friendly. We had an amazing time!

All in all was a great place to stay

We spent 10 days here ,and enjoyed ourselves . The property is well looked after we did have a small problem with the air conditioning not cooling very well towards the end of our stay , but I believe it needed to be recharged with coolant which was going to addressed. Would recommend as a place to stay while in Coco beach!! 👍👍. Pura Vida

Nice property, well kept

Stayed a month, and had a great time. The property is nicely located and well kept. The condo itself is in good shape, well situated in the complex and well decorated. It has most of the things you would expect and need in the kitchen. A nice addition would be a table and some chairs on the balcony so as to allow some meals to be taken outside as most of the neighbours do. But overall I recommended it.

Very enjoyable and laid back month in Coco

I was looking for a place that was close to the beach and town where I would not need a car and this condo checked all the boxes. It took 15 minutes to walk to town from the front door and 5 minutes to walk to beach. Used the pool at Las Palmas every day very convenient. Managers Dean and Sandy kept in touch several times to make sure everything was running smoothly and if we had any questions. Thanks again for a very enjoyable month!

About the Owners,
We are a Calgary, Alberta, Canada family. We have visited Costa Rica 3 times in the past couple of years and felt it was beautiful place to set up a second home. I work for a utility company and my wife is a business entrepreneur with 3 Montessori preschools. We would like to visit Costa Rica a couple of times a year and provide a place for other to see this beautiful country, at least once.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This unit is located in a small condo complex with only 16 units around a beautiful large pool. The other owners are friendly and always willing to help if needed. The grounds are kept in good condition and there is a washer and dryer available for long term renters. The view from our second story unit is in a private area of the complex so you are mainly all to yourself. The units were built in 2009.
Located one block from the beach and only a 2 minute walk to a grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, vet clinic, tours, yoga and a spa. The community of Las Palmas is a quiet area of Playa de Coco off the beaten path but still only a 10 minute walk to the main street where there are many shops, restaurants, bars and people. An ideal location .
