Roof Terrace Tetti di Piazza Navona se encuentra en el corazón barroco de Roma, a solo 500 metros del Panteón y de Piazza Navona. Ubicado en el cuarto piso sin ascensor de un edificio histórico del siglo XVII, el piso puede hospedar cómodamente hasta 6 personas. Está compuesto por un salón con sofá cama, una pequena cocina equipada, un baño con ducha y un dormitorio matrimonial. Una escalera de caracol en hierro forjado lleva a un segundo nivel donde hay un exclusvo dormitorio matrimonial con chimenea y una ventana panoramica sobre los techos de Roma. De aqui se puede acceder a una bonita terraza para donde disfrutar el espectaculo de la ciudad eterna con sus cupulas, los techos rojos de palacios antiguos, la torre del parlamento y vuelos de gaviotas.

We loved our stay at Tetti di Piazza Navona! The apartment is simple and minimally furnished, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location could not be better—tucked right near Piazza Navona, with the charm of Rome literally at your doorstep.The highlight of the apartment is definitely the rooftop terrace. Morning coffee, evening wine, or just taking in the views—this terrace made our trip unforgettable. The sweeping views of Rome’s rooftops and domes were truly magical.One thing to note for future guests: the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. We didn’t mind the stairs at all, but it’s good for others to be aware, especially if traveling with luggage or mobility issues.Overall, an amazing stay in a perfect location. The terrace alone makes it worth it. We’d absolutely return!

Our hosts were fantastic. Worked with our arrival and departure schedule. Apartment is just right. Nothing fancy but charming and all you need. The neighborhood cannot be beat. A great vantage point to enjoy Rome.

Stairs up 4 flights are an adventure. The one small bathroom was so tiny that the toilet seat wouldn't lift up. The kitchen was also tiny and an old hot plate. Location was good but hard to get to by taxi.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a superb location, close to everything, and the rooftop terrace was absolutely fantastic, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy Rome.

Great location right in the hub of old Rome, quiet safe street, nice rooftop, everything was great, bathrooms a bit small but workable, small shower head was a bit broken but functional (main shower head was fine). Highly recommend.

Great location, clean, easy check-in, small non ventilated bathroom

The property manager was fantastic, location amazing, bedrooms and main space were good. The ac was enough to keep the upstairs bedroom and main room very cold, the bedroom on the main level was good enough with the door left open. Be prepared for a lot of stairs, which was fine for us. The bathroom is super tiny and aligns with the photos. We were in Rome during the "heat dome" and the bathroom is directly in the sun with no ac, no curtain, and no window to open which made it extremely hot. No coffee supplied, but there is a Nespresso machine, so BYO.

Location is great!

This was a nice place. If you have trouble with stairs do not stay here. It is 4 flights up-luggage was a real workout:) but we asked for the terrace and it was really lovely. About a 3 min walk to the Pantheon!

Good time in Great location!

The property is as described, nothing fancy, basic amenities but in a great location. The kitchen is not good at all for cooking, bathroom very small. Downstairs bedroom is also small. The upstairs patio was however awesome. Another downfall is that the front entry of the property was a disaster, trash overflowing and fluids of some sort leaking all over the place. Would recommend but don’t expect much except for location and bonus of upstairs patio.

Great location, but a lot of stairs to get to

1 thing that was terrible was that you need to walk up 67 steps to get to the apartment. No elevator. The apartment was very nice though, the roof top bedroom and outside area was beautiful. Bathroom was very small. Very close to everything which was a plus. Check in process was easy just have cash to pay the 6 tax to stay per each person plus 150 deposit and 130 cash cleaning fee.

Great location, nice local accommodations

The stairs to the apt are a little daunting first time - I could see them being frustrating with rolling luggage- but doable. But it had the exact charm we were looking for. Would have appreciated more than 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for a 6 night stay- but otherwise property was great. Correspondence via WhatsApp prior to arrival was simple and smooth. Great location to piazza Navona, Pantheon and Trevi fountain. A bit of a walk to colosseum and Vatican but very easy. And close to bus transport if preferred would recommend for anyone looking for charming experience close to “touristy” attractions. Great food found nearby with simple Yelp searches and a wonderful trattoria just out front of the place with great food. Accommodations of place were simple but sufficient.

Great rooftop apartment

First of all, the pictures are a little hard to figure out. The patio is on the top outside of the bedroom (it seems obvious but not from the pictures). The property manager was very responsive and I had no issues there. We had six people: my wife and I, and our four children. They already had the beds and couch made up and waiting for us. The location was useful and there are lots of little restaurants nearby. In fact, the one right outside the apartment was one of the best meals we had in Italy. A few things: The kitchen is clean, but not great if you plan to do a lot of cooking. I imagine most visitors wouldn't be interested in that though. If you're done with Pizza and Pasta and want some McDonalds, there's one nearby. You can catch a taxi to anywhere a few blocks away (by the McDonalds). Overall, I would recommend this place as a great place to stay while visiting Rome.

Wonderful location

We loved our stay here. Great, central location. We arrived at 10:30 pm and the Tavernetta Restaurant right at the entrance stayed open to serve us dinner. They were so kind and the food was great! We were able to walk (about 30 minutes) to both the Vatican and the Coliseum for our tours. We loved the rooftop deck. Kitchen and bathroom are small, but functional. And as previously mentioned, the stairs were a lot! We were going to rent a car when we arrived at the airport, but postponed it until the day before we left. We were very glad we did! Driving is crazy!

Perfect location

Great location. Property manager was easy to work with; we got to check in early, location is convenient to everything. you have to take a narrow spiral staircase to get to the top floor bedroom.

Excellent value for an outstanding property

I agree with all the comments about the great location. There 2 authentic restaurants (Il Bacaro and Taverna 48) literally outside the door on a side street that has more of a courtyard vibe. The building is quite historic so you get the feel that this is the real deal. Kitchen and bath are cramped and basic--you will not cook a meal here. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. It would be nice to have some comfortable furniture to enjoy your own aperitivo overlooking the rooftops. Don't bring a car--there is no place to park it. We flew into Rome, took public transportation to the apartment. After 3 days we took a taxi back out to the airport to pick up our rental car for the rest of our Italy trip. We groaned climbing all those steps but feel it got us in shape for the rest of our trip!

Rome Apartment

Great location, safe neighborhood and building. Check in process was easy, and he was very helpful, giving us a map of the city and highlighting areas, attractions and restaurants. About 70 stairs to the room, wasn’t a problem for us, but would be for an older or disabled individual. Had a great stay.
