Great beachside condo!

Great condo ON the beach. Beautiful grounds and pools. Long sandy beach to walk. Gorgeous sunrises. Very nice condo staff and property manager Andres. If you’re not comfortable swimming the surf on this beach there are protected beaches a short drive/Uber away. Love this place!

Beautiful and Relaxing

The place ..the view...the long beach you can walk in both directions for just a walk...food..a little drink or simply to watch to surfers is wondeful. The complex itself is quite and friendly. If you are up to exploring, not being right in the middle of an all night party place this is for you. We all enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful stay

So enjoyed time at this beautiful beach condo with view onto the beach. The property and gardens and pools were lovely too. Quiet location, few people on the beach and the amazing San Jose Estuary close by for wonderful bird life including peregrines, ospreys, American kestrel, white and brown pelicans and many herons. Egrets and coots. Highly recommend this condo. Thank you

Whale experience

Wr had a wonderful stay. The condo was even better than we expected. It was clean, comfortable, luxurious, spacious. We had plenty of linens, cookware, dishes, cutlery and dports equipment. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed both pools- cool, fresh water and warmed salt water. We swam in the beautiful ocean eithin sight of breaching whales and were fortune enough to hear whalesong. Stores and restaurants were within walking distance or a short Uner ride. Enjoyed this stay immensely. We will be back.

Beautiful location

We had a great stay at La Jolla. The view from the balcony of the beach and ocean was magical. Sunrises just amazing. Weather was perfect for swimming and beach walks. Enjoyed time at the pool. People were all very friendly. It’s a great location to explore San Jose del Cabo and all the beauty and culture of the surroundings. We rented a car because we wanted to go out adventuring farther distances, but there’s a bus to town right at the driveway. And it’s not a far walk to groceries and many restaurants. Would stay again.

Fantastic view to wake up to every morning.

The condo was just as we had expected!

The La Jolla property is an amazing place. The courtyard is beautifully planted and maintained with amazing pools and blooming flowers. The condo is great with a view exactly like the listing. It was really all we needed for our 8 day vacation. Andres was very responsive and helpful.

Holidays in Cabo

The place is in a great location. Easy access to San Jose and Cabo San Lucas. The location doesn't get any better. The condo overlooks the beautiful beach. Everything was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The local property manager was available to answer questions and easy to get a hold of if necessary. We recommend this condo and will use it again in our next trip to Baja. We don't have to look any more for a place to stay! Services were accurate to what was offer.

Fantastic Mexico Getaway

This beautiful beach front condo was better than we expected and more than we could have ever asked for. The owner, Brad, was very quick to reply to any questions we had prior to our arrival and his property manager, Andres , was extremely friendly and accommodating. Not only was the inside of the condo clean upon our arrival, the outside/property was well maintained throughout our stay. We had family members staying at a near by resort and when they came to visit us they were all very impressed with this unit. We will recommend to all family members and friends that are staying in San Jose Del Cabo to inquire about this property. We will definitely stay here any time we travel to the area again!

Super Winter Vacation

We had a great week. The condo is perfect for watching the sunrise. Very clean and large enough for the four of us. Once we figured out the taxis and bus schedules, we were able to plan our stay even better. The neighbor, Cathy, was also a great help! We swam with the dolphins at the Discovery Center - well worth it! Also went into Cabot for the day - sunset cruise was lots of fun. Ate locally at The District, Seven Seas, Guacamayos, and Zippers! All good!! Enjoy!

Perfect location!

What a wonderful time we had in San Jose del Cabo at this property. Everything was clean and very comfortable - great place to relax. I tried as hard as I could to sleep in but every morning I had to pop out of bed take my coffee to the balcony or to the beach and watch the sunrise. Such a treat! The grounds at Bel Air are impeccable! Pools are great! The people were all so friendly. I just couldn't believe how quiet the beach was and how pretty - it was wonderful. This was our first trip to the Baja - we will be coming back just loved it! Thank you for allowing us to share your piece of paradise! Linda and Michael - Colorado Springs, CO

Sun Sand and Relaxation

Loved watching the whales and hearing the waves crash 24-7. The patio was a perfect spot for breakfast, watching the sun rise and seeing the full moon. Beds were comfortable kitchen well stocked. Surprised to find snorkeling gear and used it at La Playa Palmilla where there is many awesome sea creatures to observe. The uncrowded pool was a hit with the kids and lounge chairs for the sand were very comfortable. Used Uber to travel everywhere we wanted to go. You can walk to the amazing grocery store down the beach .7 of a mile. Body surfing up the beach at Playa Azul is a 5 minute walk. Beach towels would be a nice addition to the property and a small cooler. Overall our vacation was everything we hoped it would be!

Peacful family freindly taste of Mexico

This condo is a travelers dream! It is always scary to book online, in hopes that it is everything it appears to be. I was pleasantly surprised. Our family of 4 LOVED this place! There is an ocean front bedroom with a HUGE patio off one of the bedrooms and the living room. It is amazing to sit and drink your morning coffee and watch the AMAZING sunrises. It is literally right on the beach. The condo is quiet, and has GREAT AC! Which was also a wonderful surprise....it was close to 100 everyday, coming into the condo to cool off was wonderful. We spent our days on the beach building castles and watching whales and mobila's (sting rays with no stinger), jumping out of the water. There are very few peddlers on this beach, very unlike mexico, but I enjoyed that for my kids sake. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Thank you for renting us your little piece of heaven.

Great time in San Jose del Cabo

Had a great week staying at the unit. It had all the amenities we needed to have a great time. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals when we wanted, breakfast being the most important for us, allowing everyone to eat as they wanted. Unit is close to several restaurants, and we walked to grocery store several times over the week. The absolute best thing is that the unit faces the Sea. We enjoyed the sunrise on the deck every morning, we saw fish jumping several times over the week, and saw several whales during the week. We did take binoculars to see them better, but could easily see most just by looking. We swam in the Sea just south of the unit close to Zippers, had a good time trying to body surf some waves. The beds were comfortable, but I will be taken my own pillow in the future. The only thing that might have worked better for us is a pull out couch, one child slept on the couch. This is minor issue and did not affect overall quality of stay.

LaJolla Beach Front Condo Rental

You get more than you pay for! This condo is beautiful and comfortable. My husband and I stayed here with my parents during Halloween and Dia De Los Muertos (ddlm). This unit is on the 2nd floor with a large balcony looking at the Sea of Cortes. 1 master bedroom is on the beach side, and we could listen to the waves from our room at night. The 2nd Master is quiet and private. Both rooms have their own bathroom/showers. The condo had all the conveniences of home. Brad was so nice to work with. I had a few questions about appliances before arrival, and Andres answered me immediately. From the condo,we enjoyed amazing sunrises, walking on the beach and watching the waves and surfers by Zippers. We can walk to Zippers for meals on the beach, or dancing at night just a couple hotels the other direction, plus fireworks at 10pm on some nights. The pools at La Jolla are immaculately kept and the landscape around the pools and courtyard area is beautiful. We rented a car (the condo has parking for the unit) and drove to Mega foods for groceries (and Starbucks) but it is walking distance if you like to walk, (about 1 hour walking round trip). San Jose del Cabo is quaint. The cemetery in town is old and beautiful, and during ddlm, it is worth checking out the colorful celebration. We also saw beautiful altars in the town centre, and don't miss the Historic Mission of San Jose Del Cabo Church. We drove to Flora Farms and would recommend checking it out. Their celebration of ddlm included a trail around the property with many beautiful altars. The drive into Cabo is about 20 minutes away (Costco is in Cabo). Our favorite beach is Santa Maria for smaller crowds, swimming, snorkeling & picnics. The condo had beach towels and a nice ice chest to borrow, and the beach has palm thatch palapas for shade. For the price and location, you can't beat this deal!!! Thank you Brad, for vacation we will always treasure. We would come back and stay here again.
