Te sentarás en nuestro balcón y escucharás los sonidos del océano y te maravillarás con las magistrales puestas de sol. Disfrute de un largo paseo por la playa virgen justo afuera de su puerta. Nuestro espacioso condominio de 2850 pies cuadrados le ofrece la opción de acceso con todo incluido a los 5 restaurantes en las instalaciones, comprando comidas individuales en uno de los muchos restaurantes en el sitio o usando la hermosa cocina para crear sus propias obras maestras (o tener un chef personal cocinero las comidas para usted): las opciones son ilimitadas para ajustar sus vacaciones ideales. What a great time we had. The condo and the resort was amazing!!

We absolutely loved it. The condo was spacious and beautiful! The grounds of the resort where amazing. We loved the pools, the beach and the restaurants! Cab drives were easy, shopped at Mega grocery store. The staff was helpful and informative! Can’t wait to go back! Thanks Jerry!!

We walked in and said, "WOW!" Awesome layout, location and amenities.

This condo was the perfect place for our family vacation and anniversary celebration. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and the "great room" style living/dining area was spacious and comfortable. Open the giant sliders, and the patio extends the living space even further. The kids and young-at-heart especially appreciated the boogie boards and pool shark provided. The owner was helpful with Q&A and especially saved us what would have been the mistake of renting a car or cars. Taxi service is quick, easy and affordable. The option of all-inclusive on a day-by-day basis was handy, too.

Magnificent views

The views were execpetional. The sound of the crashing waves lulled you to sleep. We were there with our daughter son-in-law and two grandchildren 7&9. The had the best time boogie boarding . I became ill there and had to use the resort doctor. He was fantastic and had me in the hospital within an hour. Incredible care . I would return to Villa Magna again.

Exactly as advertised!

We were an extended family of 9 on holiday for two weeks to celebrate a milestone birthday-mine. The unit is exactly as advertised. It is Villa Magna Residences, which is part of the larger Dreams Villa Magna resort complex (5 star) at Nuevo on the best stretch of the beach and about a 10 minute ($30-$35) taxi or shuttle ride north from the Puerto Vallarta airport. It is directly next door to Marival Resort & Suites. You have access to most of the resort facilities without paying extra for it, pools and beach loungers definitely and a pay snack bar with drinks as well. If you do not want to cook all of the time, you can buy resort day passes from the Dreams side of the complex that includes all meals and alcohol or individual meals; day passes cost approximately $86.00 USD. The kitchen is ample and well equipped and we prepared several family meals. Walmart is only a few minutes away and the Mega food store at Bucerias (10 minutes away) are the best bets for groceries. Our children and their spouses chose the day pass option while my wife and I chose the individual dinner option. The day passes however, do not include access to everything, such as kids club. The unit is gorgeous and is on the 3d floor with a large deck practically hanging right over the beach. The unit has air conditioning but is unnecessary as the ocean wind comes right in the large sliding deck doors and if another window is open it just circulates right through the unit. Our financial dealings with the owner were entirely on the up and up and we would not hesitate to deal again with this owner. We recommend that you deal directly with the actual owner, Jerry, who was great throughout. Bruce & Arlene

Breath taking condo on Bandaris Bay

I have just returned from our 8 day stay. The condo was absolutely beautiful. We had 8 adults and 2 children. Two of the king bedrooms had spectacular ocean views as well as the balcony, kitchen and living room. There was plenty of room to accommodate our crowd. The pools and beaches were pristine. The service was attentive and friendly. We were able to go whale watching, zip lining, scuba diving and get to a water slide park with dolphin interaction. We dined in Puerto Vallarta a couple of nights, Buciares, as well as a getting to a great Sunday market in La Cruz, which are all a short taxi drive away. We couldn't have been happier.

Stunning Condo and Amenities

I just returned from an all women week staying at this condo. There were 7 of us and it was so beyond our expectations. More than enough rooms and bathrooms for us all, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace overlooking the gorgeous beach/pool where we watched the sunset. The resort is meticulously maintained and every indulgence available. Truly a magnificent condo and vacation! Thank you VRBO!!!!

Great Condo!!

My extended family stayed in this condo in March-April 2016. The condo is big, spacious and clean. It is nicely furnished and is exactly like it is shown in the pictures on the website. The condo and the views are gorgeous. The owner Jerry is great to work with and is enthusiastic about his condo and Puerto Vallarta. The Dreams Villa Magna complex is great for families with huge pools, a great beach, and an all inclusive package that you can buy for 24 hours at a time. We have been coming here for several years, and will look to return in the future.

Beautiful Condo with a Breath Taking View

When we booked our 10 night stay through VRBO we were very nervous but the owner was very helpful and answered all of our questions and provided us with an on site contact, Karina, for when we arrived. I was also in contact with Karina before our trip with last minute questions. Thank-you Karina. When we walked in we were blown away with everything, with the view being the first thing we noticed. We dropped our bags and went outside to the spacious deck and just stood there in awe. We were two families of five and this layout was perfect with every bedroom having it's own bathroom. Very convenient. This was the perfect layout for us and very spacious. The kids (and the adults) really enjoyed the warm ocean water and the boogie boarding but we always ended up in the pools. The cooler pools are by the beach but as you head further up the pools get warmer and end at the hot tub. The older boys found the pool basketball hoop and the younger ones just loved playing around in the pool for hours and hours. The snack bar staff were fantastic and we loved the 2 for 1 drink specials from 4-6pm. 65 pesos for the 2 drinks. Yummy. Thank you so much Jerry for the rental of your beautiful place and we would definitely be back and will be referring our friends and family. Kathy W.

Location Location...

There was eight of us who had the pleasure of staying in this condo for 2 weeks. The size and layout was perfect for our large group. The best part was the amazing oceanfront view, we enjoyed the view everyday on the large balcony. Right from the start Al and Jill were great to deal with answering all of our questions and concerns. Once we arrived Claudia took care of us by arranging airport pickup, making dinner reservations and booking a sailboat excursion. Thanks again to everyone who made our stay an enjoyable one.
