BEAUTIFUL HOME!!

We loved this home - spacious with all the amenities. Great setting on a fresh water canal. Close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful landscaping. Awesome pool and hot tub. This place has it all!

What a great home

Owners were wonderful to work with!! Made dates flexible and welcomed our small dog. Beautiful outdoor space and open floor plan that extended indoors onto lanai/pool area. Every amenity we could think of was on site and we will return if given the chance!!

Best ever

We were so amazingly impressed with ‘Royal T’. From the moment we arrived we knew this would be a wonderful vacation. The home and furnishings were superb. Everything is top notch, immaculate and in perfect order.The large lanai and pool with hot spa were definitely a favorite. Peace and quiet abounded. We had the opportunity to meet the owners and they were very nice, helpful and friendly. An absolute revisit!

Excellent Place

We really enjoyed staying at this home. The pictures don't do it justice. It was very nice and cozy. The property owners were very nice and flexible. They responded within 24 hours of every message usually within 12 hours or less. It was absolutely perfect for everyone who was with us. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great location to the whole gulf coast and everglades. Thank you so much to the Helys for making our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

An absolute gem! Beautifully decorated and spacious home on the canal .

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and the owners! Hely was so kind and sweet. She is easy to get in touch with for any questions you may have regarding the property. The house was spacious and cozy . Beautifully decorated. The pool is perfect size with a hot tub. Amenities were fantastic! They have beach chairs, umbrellas, Amongst other items needed for the beach. This was very helpful so that we did not have to drag along extra items to pack, including beach towels. I cannot say enough good things about this property. We will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you so much for sharing your home. Sincerely, The Elliott family

We had a wonderful stay at Royal T. Hely was very helpful and communicated quickly in response to our questions. We would highly recommend this home to everyone. It was absolutely beautiful and everything that we hoped for and more!! It was very luxurious and well decorated. A top of the line home. Great Cape Coral Vacation.

We spent a wonderful two weeks in in this house in Cape Coral. Everything you could ask for, no one wanted to leave. The pool and spa were well used. The house itself was all anyone could ask for. We had a chance to meet and talk with the neighbors who were very friendly and helpful. very and accommodating owners. Definitely a place to check out if you want a nice quiet place to spend some time in the sun.

Beautiful and Relaxing - Inside and Out

The Royal T is indeed almost too good to be true. The minute we walked through the front door we knew we were in for a very relaxing vacation. Hely and Rudy have made it a very beautiful home with their furnishings as well as filling it with everything that anyone could possibly need for one’s stay. The pool and the hot tube were very inviting. We were very pleased to say the least. If future plans lead us back to the Cape Coral area, we will most definitely try to stay here again.

Spacious home with beautiful pool and spa

Royal T is beautiful spacious home with an open and inviting floor plan. The pool and outdoor area is beautiful, where we love to spend most of the time. The big glass doors open to the lanai bringing the outdoors in. It has everything you need in your home away from home. We had a wonderful stay.
