Christmas Vacation at the Lake

We had a wonderful Christmas and New Years vacation while visiting family at the lake. The unit had everything we needed and was in a perfect location for all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful views across the lake, especially the sunrise on the balcony with our morning coffee.

Sunrise On The Patio

The view was spectacular of the sunrise in the morning. The cove is perfect for tying up the boat. It was nice to go and have dinner down at the Yacht Club. The place had everything we needed

Perfect for a weekend at the Lake

The condo was nice and spacious and had the perfect view of the marina. The beds were comfy and the space was clean. We used the amenities' pool and was walking distance to a few restaurants on property. The toilet fill valve might need replacing in the master bathroom since we had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop making noises. Also there were a few wasp nests on the patio so we didn't get to enjoy sitting out there as much as we wanted. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

Awesome weekend at the lake

The property is clean and comfortable and perfectly located. We rented a boat from an outfit that was very close by. We walked to dinner one night at the yacht club restaurant (and enjoyed the 15% discount we got!) and also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Everything is very convenient. It could not have been a better experience and we will definitely do it again!

Great Getaway!

This condo itself is in a great area. We have never been to that part of Texas and really enjoyed it. It is close to restaurants and shopping, yet far away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. This was a work trip but felt like a vacation. We really enjoyed having coffee on the balcony, walking out on the jetty, watching the deer on the field behind us, listening the sounds of the marina, and sitting poolside. It is on the third floor which provides great views that the lower floors don't have. The exterior of the property could use a good pressure washing, and the pool was not clean (but it had been raining so we understood). The condo itself was clean, comfortable, the AC works great, and it had everything we needed. The floors were ceramic tile which is great for rentals as they are easy to keep clean. It could use a little TLC (like a fresh coat of paint, cleaning the light fixtures, and minor repairs), however, nothing that would deter me from staying there again. For comparable prices we could have been cooped up in a hotel room, so we thought this was a fabulous option and would stay here again.

Perfect location

Love this property! You get access to Walden yacht club next door which has a great atmosphere and good food for a very reasonable price. There is a boat dock on property as well as the courtesy dock at the yacht club. Condo is in very nice condition. It’s even better in person. The beds are very comfortable and it’s very quiet since you are in top floor and close to end. Sofa can really only sleep 1 but comfortable. We will certainly be back.

Dated Condo

Has a very old musky smell. Condo needs some fresh paint and some maintenance. Master bath rugs were very dirty the sheets on the king bed are old and had some weird oil like stains on them. The paint is peeling off in the master shower the fire sprinkler is hanging down from the sheet rock in the master bath. Overall the property was a great location loved the pool and boat slip. Just recommend some updating and maintenance. Property management were wonderful!

Nice place in convenient location

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was conveniently located right next to the Yacht Club Restaurant, the Breakwater Grill and the Yacht Club Pool. If you prefer a quieter place to swim, the community pool is nice and peaceful. Overall, it was a great trip and we will stay there again.

The Pointe

Nice 2 bdr condo exactly where we were wanting to stay. Access to all venues in Walden on Lake Conroe. Since we arrived after 5 pm on Fri, I had to go back to check in on Sat which had to be put in our morning plans. But getting access to the condo Fri evening, was easy and not problematic. Only thing that was a little bit of an issue was the guest or 2nd shower. It was a little tight for grown ups. Otherwise nice condo well maintained and in a great location in Walden Marina.

Wonderful Weekend Stay

Michael and Danielle were a joy to work with, and they were very accommodating for our last minute reservation. We were in town for a wedding, and my family and I had a great time staying at this condo. It was so nice to wake up each morning to the sunrise over the marina. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great, quiet waterfront location by the marina. Enjoyed meeting and chatting with the friendly people living there. The property was clean and had everything we needed.
