Esta Casa Historica fue construida a principios del siglo XX. Totalmente renovado, con todo el encanto de Nueva Orleans. Nuestra casa de campo criolla de Nueva Orleans es muy amplia, con muebles nuevos y todo lo que hace de una casa confortable.
El histórico barrio de Bywater es una zona artística con fácil acceso al Barrio Francés, a Frenchman St, a Crescent Park, a cafeterías, restaurantes, supermercados, parques y bares, todo a una corta distancia a pie.
Bienvenidos, y disfrutar de nuestro barrio histórico Bywater.
Estamos lo suficientemente cerca del Barrio Francés para caminar
 (15 -20 minutos a pie), pero aún lo suficientemente lejos como para no tener el ruido, el estacionamiento caro y la actividad del Barrio Francés.
La Gabrielle Grace Manor tiene una sala de estar con pisos de madera noble, TV, sofá y 2 sillas, WiFi, TV por cable. La cocina está completamente amueblada (pero quién quiere cocinar cuando estás en Nueva Orleans y tienes toda esta buena comida).
Primero El dormitorio tiene una nueva cama queen y colchones, pisos de madera noble y TV.
2do. El dormitorio tiene una nueva cama queen y colchones y pisos de madera noble.
1 cuarto de baño consta de un inodoro y una combinación de bañera / ducha. Solo remodelado en el último año. 2do baño consta de un aseo y ducha.
Buena ubicación.... Nueva Orleans se clasificó como la segunda mejor ciudad de EE. UU. Según Travel + Leisure en 2015, 2016 y 2017.
Travel + Leisure atribuye el aumento en la clasificación de Nueva Orleans a un número creciente de hoteles, tiendas y restaurantes nuevos en toda la ciudad, así como a los prósperos vecindarios de Faubourg Marigny y Bywater.
Nuestra casa es un alquiler de vacaciones para un lugar agradable donde quedarse mientras está en nuestra casa.

Great place, great location!

This is a wonderful little shotgun house in Bywater, which is a really nice location in an historic neighborhood - close to the French Quarter and Frenchmen street. There is a shared wall with another shotgun house but the neighbors were fine. The courtyard is wonderful, the AC kept the place comfortable. All in all a very charming New Orleans style place. Highly recommended!

Tops on my list

Truly one of the best experiences I've had. The house has been updated without losing the shotgun historical features. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was highly walkable, full of cafes, and very friendly neighbors. We walked Crescent Park and down to French Market and French Quarter. Jumped on the streetcar for further distances. Most of all Cathy and Tony provided the ultimate ease and communication. By far one of my best experiences. Thank you so much for providing this wonderful home in a great neighborhood, your restaurant recommendations, and especially your professional yet personable experience.

Mini-reunion

My family and i had the most wonderful time. The beds were very comfortable. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was so fun! Walkable with coffeshops, bakeries, and perfect New Orleans dive bars (Vaughn's anyone). Cathy was available when we had questions and very accommodating to our needs.

Better than the photos

Great location, super clean, and the decor is refreshingly eclectic. I expected that parking would be an issue but I was able to park right in front every time. Cathy was very easy to work with and flexible when I had a scheduling snafu. We would definitely stay again if available.

Great place to stay

The house was perfect for the 3 of us. We were able to walk into downtown, French quarter, along the river. It was a very nice walk. I wish I would have checked out the neighborhood a little more. They had a few food places and local bars that would have been nice to try. We were more interested in Mardi Gras. We went to Bacchanal Fine Wine, it was a lot of fun. I definitely recommend it. The neighborhood was very friendly.

One word........Amazing!!!!

Take this classic New Orleans house in a great neighborhood, Bywater, and you have the recipe for a great stay!!!! Tony and Cathy could not have been better, with both communication before and during our stay. The house and location gives you a great base for exploring The Quarter, Garden District, etc all of which are close by. After your day out you can return to the peace and quiet of Bywater, and as we did, try out some of the local bars and restaurants. We will definitly stay her on our next visit!!!!

50th Birthday Celebration

We came to New Orleans to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. His youngest brother and his wife came along and we had a Fantastic time celebrating and exploring the city. We had a great time staying at Cathy and Tony's house in New Orleans! The house is located very close to the French Quarter making it easy and fast to get there. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated . We would definitely recommend this house!

Close to River

I was amazed at how close this property is to the Mississippi River, about 1/4 of mile. You can walk along a gorgeous park right by the River, and it leads right to the French Market. Wonderful location!

Wonderful

This little shot gun house was just what we needed. The host were very friendly. It was very cold and rainy and I didn’t have a warm enough jacket to wear and she went next door and got two for me to use. The house was very clean and everything you need to cook a meal was provided. The bed was very comfortable. So is the furniture. For anybody interested, the best place we ate was Daisy Dukes Express. Awesome food. I would definitely stay here again. Gayle

Best stay yet! NOLA central, local culture, all amenities you need

Great communication from the reservation on. The neighborhood makes me want to move to NOLA. Central to everything, local food on every side street, 4 blocks from river- amazing! Unit was clean, Wi-Fi & tv worked well, hot water with pressure, private back patio, doors between each room. Highly recommend location, property and owners.

We own and manage The Gabrielle Grace Manor and three other rentals. We are on the outskirts of New Orleans known as Bywater Neighborhood it’s only minutes away from the French Quarter and about 1.4 mile. Our families were fishermen and farmers. We grew up on the bayou In St. Bernard Parish where we learned to live off the land. We also had a Seafood Business where we sold and shipped shrimp, crabs, oysters, and fish, mostly to New Orleans and Baltimore. Our families and us all share the love for our beautiful city "New Orleans".

Plenty of parking spaces by our house. Entrance to the beautiful riverfront Crescent Park is just 3 blocks away. Want to sip some wine & listen to music, Bacchanal is just a few blocks away. Want to sample some praline bacon, The famous Elizabeth's is blocks away. Want to go for a swim, the Country Club has a climate controlled pool & is accessible to anyone for a small fee. Want to sample New Orleans best Pizza, Pizza Delicious is only blocks away. We can’t forget The JOINT for some of the best BBQ.
