Este espacioso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños espera ansiosamente su llegada. Perfectamente ubicado a solo unos pasos de la arena con una majestuosa vista frente al mar desde el piso 16.

Emerald Isle se encuentra en el extremo oeste de Panama City Beach, a pocos minutos de Pier Park. Cama king size en el dormitorio principal y cama queen en el segundo dormitorio. Tamaño de sofá cama en el salón. Tanto el dormitorio principal y el salón tienen vistas al océano. Cocina totalmente equipada. TV y reproductores de DVD en todas las habitaciones. El balcón de 10 pies y medio tiene muchos asientos para disfrutar de la vista frente al mar. Las comodidades incluyen una piscina climatizada cubierta / al aire libre con baño de vapor, una piscina al aire libre, una bañera de hidromasaje y una sala de ejercicios con vista al mar. Hay parrillas de acero inoxidable en el pabellón de la piscina.

Great condo! Beautifully furnished! Fully stocked kitchen! We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle and loved this unit. The beach chairs and umbrella were an awesome extra! Will definitely stay here again:)

Great vacation!

Great location, easy check in process, co so was clean and decorated very nicely. The location was great, right across from Mike’s Diner where we had a great breakfast a couple of days. It is close enough to Pier Park to be convenient but not so close that you are in the craziness. Beach chair service being included was really nice too. Will definitely book this condo again for future beach trips!

Amazing!

The best views anywhere. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Rooms, beds, bathrooms were all great. The balcony was awesome. We loved every minute. Hope to stay again some other time.

Excellent stay at 1607 Emerald Isle.

Helen was great to work with, providing all the details upfront and answering any questions along the way. Great experience. Condo was the perfect escape for us. Clean and had anything we needed during our stay. Beach chairs were definitely a plus and the balcony views were picture perfect. We will return in the future.

This condo is exactly like it is listed. Beautiful decor and an amazing view. It was perfect for my husband and I, our son and his 2 children ages 3 and 2. It was a very memorable trip to spend with our Grandchildren and the ease of this rental was such a blessing to us!!

Fantastic vacation!

We wanted a vacation where we could relax, enjoy spending time with our family and enjoy the beach as well as the condo and that’s exactly what we got! Beautiful condo, comfy couches, great views, awesome balcony, well stocked kitchen, great location - had it all! Amazing vacation! Arrival was super easy, office had really friendly lady working when we arrived, elevators were quick and not over crowded, lots of luggage carts for unloading, ice machine on ground floor. we loved everything about our stay and can’t say enough great things about the condo.

Had a blast!

What a fun week we had in this condo. Hellen was super nice and easy to work with. Condo was super clean. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job. Nice furniture with lage televisions. Oh yea, Mikes Diner across street had really good food. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Emerald Isle was wonderful

Great place. We stayed at SanDestin previously. Saved $1000 by staying here. Kids were able to do several excursions instead (helicopter ride, snorkel/dolphin swim, zip line, big kahuna waterpark). Plus had a blast in the ocean and pool !!! Condo was just as listed. Very nice and in order. Has all necessities too! We felt like we were at home. It was an all around WIN !! Great communication with owner too. Will be back!

Great 30th!

We went to PCB to celebrate my husband's 30th. We had a 4 month old, 3 year old and 2 couples (4 adults) and we were very comfortable in the condo. It was perfect size with a great large patio overlooking the beautiful emerald green water! We were so pleased with the view! Mike's Oyster bar across the street had some good local food. The condo was pretty clean and had some basic amenities. We had linens, dish washer, washer/dryer and tv with cable in every room. Bathrooms were pretty big so we could bathe 2 kids no problem. The chairs and umberella service was great too! Overall it was a great condo in a beautiful location! It was not overly congested with people on the beach, condo area or nearby restaurants. We will be back for sure!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 7 days in June. The room was very clean and the check in/out process was easy. This condo looks like they are working on updating and had very nice furniture in the rooms however the master bed was very uncomfortable and the bedding in the entire condo was clean but had stains on the sheets. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots, dishes, and utensils. Parking was aggravating as there is no out in the deck so if you pull in you can’t get back out unless you back out or try and turn around. It is on the quiet end of PCB which we enjoyed. The chairs and umbrella were good and would’ve been great had the attendants allowed us the umbrellas on the low wind days we were there. All other places down the beach had umbrellas and the attendant took ours after he let one get away from him cause he didn’t firmly place in sand. The condo did have lots of games in the closet for family fun! I thought that was a very nice gesture from the owners. Overall we enjoyed the stay and had a great time with our family.

The condo was nice, security is awful.

I enjoyed the balcony more than the room. Security was over the top on nitpicking. The condo was clean, but we had to unload the dishwasher. There were plenty of lamps but the only overhead lighting was kitchen & dining rooms. The dishwasher wasn’t unloaded from the previous renters & the silverware wasn’t clean. One of the door shelves in the refrigerator was broken also. But overall, we had a good experience.

Beautiful Condo to go with the Beautiful Beach!

This property was perfect for our family!! All the details were considered and the size was pleasantly roomy. Our family of 5 never felt on top of each other and everything was so nice. We spent a lot of time on the large balcony when we weren’t down on the beach. The view is incredible from the 16th floor. We already talked about booking again next year!!

Great getaway

The unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean and beautiful. Beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the huge balcony and ate several meals out there on the large table. We saw many dolphins and rays. As always when renting from Helen, we could not have asked for a better experience.
