(Papers needed) 7) Parking: All vehicles must be parked on driveway. 8) Housekeeping: There is no housekeeping services. The Guest will have to provide their own cleaning services during their stay. While linens and bath towels are included in the house, they are not permitted to be taken out. We suggest Guest bring their own beach towels. 9) Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations.

Great stay

Enjoyed the peace and quiet of this property. The bungalow was very comfortable and it is exactly like the pictures show. Enjoyed the canal with all the wildlife. Property had all the amenities that you could need, lacked for nothing. Would definitely stay again.

The Ladies Next Door???

We arrived at 4:30 PM and went to the wrong house and wandered through the neighborhood. It turned out OK because the Owner/Manager lived just next door to the correct housed and she saw us wandering around and recognized our dog. So we got into the correct house, relaxed and enjoyed the sunset. Please note that there are "no see 'ems" and you should take some DEET. The accommodations were great and we had a nice stay. The owner next door had two dogs of her own (very friendly) Nola and Rocky, and our Remy had lots of fun in the back yard. Had a entertaining afternoon the next day at the Dragon Boat Races (for charities) and Native Floridian Festival in New Port Richy. Lots of fun, good restaruants and had a most enjoyable time. Recommend this Sunset accommodation highly. Robert Hopkins

Fantastic house and even better sunset view.

My husband and I have two kids and we rented this very cute and clean home on the water. We were here for a month over Thanksgiving. The house was perfect and furnished with everything we needed. The location is great, there are waterfront restaurants very close by (even within walking distance if you don't mind taking a stroll)and beautiful beaches a short drive away. We all loved watching the fish jumping right outside and the sunsets are gorgeous. It was just a great relaxing place to stay. The owners are wonderful and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We're hoping to come back and stay at this property again soon!

Best little water front getaway ever!!!!

We just had the greatest stay. we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets at night and the location was perfect for us, we went in a different every day and explored all the west coast . The house was spotless and well kept. we had the best of everything that we could ask for. The restaurants were all around us We would recommend staying hereto everyone.
