Nuestra 'Bar Suite' cuenta con un bar único con vista al lago Conroe con un balcón sobre el agua y una impresionante vista de 3 millas. Perfecto para organizar eventos de hasta 15 personas, pero adecuado para dormir 3 mientras los huéspedes se retiran a sus propias habitaciones. Pesque mientras disfruta de impresionantes vistas ☀️sunrise☀️ sobre el lago Conroe desde su balcón frente al mar. Venga de vacaciones y diversión o para escaparse del ajetreo y el bullicio para relajarse junto al lago. Con un jacuzzi en suite, piscina en el lago, cama king, cocina equipada, wifi y TV LCD.

Resort Attractions ofrece condominios bellamente amueblados y decorados con buen gusto (1 y 2 habitaciones) en Lake Conroe con cocina totalmente equipada, balcón privado sobre el agua y el aclamado amanecer frente a 'Three Mile Views ". Si su interés es el romance, la relajación o la diversión familiar y su pasión son los deportes acuáticos, la pesca, el golf, el tenis, la natación o simplemente relajarse en un entorno maravillosamente natural; Nuestras lujosas unidades proporcionan un punto de partida perfecto para estas actividades.

It's like being on a cruise, just on the lake

The unit was very nice and matched the pictures. We didn't cook but it seemed to have everything you would need. The view is what made us book this place and it did not disappoint. The view from the balcony really does make it appear that you are floating. We stayed up late both nights just talking and enjoying the view - very peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the property was easy. Enjoyed a quick bite and drinks next door at The Wave. I'd definitely return to this property.

Exactly what our heart & soul needed!!!

Celebrating an anniversary, wanting a couple days away, but also badly in need of a mental reset.. This experience checked all the boxes!! The unit was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Jim was outstanding to work with, a very kind and knowledgeable host. He made sure everything was perfect. Oh… and THE LAKE VIEW WAS BEYOND BELIEF!!! Seriously, at times it looked like a postcard, especially at sunrise. All this from the privacy of your own balcony. I took so many pictures I have dozens of wallpaper backgrounds on my phone now, :) Jim & Robert’s spot in Seven Coves was spectacular!! I cannot rave enough about this experience, it was truly awesome! I haven’t been so relaxed in years, and it was the perfect setting and backdrop to celebrate our anniversary. Will definitely return to your condo, and thanks again for making our anniversary one that we’ll never forget!!

Nice balcony view of the lake.

The bar suite condo is very nice for a couples getaway. Enjoyed the balcony over the water and the views of the lake. Very nice to sit so close to the water and relax. Good communication with the host and any issues are quickly resolved.

Great little lakeside condo; the bar was very cool. Everything was clean and amenities were good. The check in and check out process was easy and the person who checked us in was great about communication. Had a great time.

Great view of the Lake

I don’t know where to start on how beautiful and clean this room was. The view was amazing. The hospitality and willingness to accommodate our needs for the stay was unprecedented. Jim Perryman made that happen. We really enjoyed this stay, so much so, we are going back in 2 weeks, lol!!!

Great Location and Accomodations

I really enjoyed myself at Seven Coves the location is great right on the water and so close to the marina where you can rent boats and jet skis. There is a restaurant right next door that plays live music on the weekends and a dinner cruise boat near there too all within a 5 minute walk. Jim is extremely accommodating with great referrals about where to go and who to call. I was very well taken care of during my stay. Some days I just enjoyed hanging out at the bar and patio that are in the condo...it was a great experience and I plan to be back soon.

Review of 2 BR Unit - STUNNING

This reviewing specifically pertains to the 2 Bedroom Unit that we decided to upgrade to. My family and I could not be any happier with the unit upgrade. Upon arrival, I was a bit nervous about the interior look/cleanliness. Do NOT let the exterior/surroundings fool you. The unit was super-B and surprisingly CLEAN. The view of the lake is the icing on the cake. You will not regret choosing this owner/management. Rob was super communicative, understanding and simply amazing. At first: I thought it was a "customer service" play: But really ROB is amazing and anyone who has been serviced by Rob will attest to it. We meet Jim at the property and he was very welcoming and willing to provide any additional items we needed. They work well together and Jim even accommodated our needs far more than he should have. We will definitely return ONLY under Rob's and Jim's wings :) P.S. This was the best unit for my husband to fish! Great, Relaxing Memorial Weekend Indeed! Thank You, Thank you, THANK YOU! -Priscilla

As Vice-President of Resort Attractions, Inc., I truly enjoy meeting and interacting with our guests and get a great deal of satisfaction from helping them make the most of their visit to Lake Conroe.

Having led an active lifestyle in the Houston area for 40 years and Lake Conroe for almost 10 years, I've become an 'unofficial' expert on southeast Texas and the local area.

I can provide you valuable 'local insight' regarding day trips to Galveston, NASA Space Center, Houston and the Woodlands, as well as the nearby Sam Houston National Forest and the towns of Willis, Conroe and Montgomery.

It will be my pleasure to assist you in any way that I can. Just ask!

We take great pride in our high percentage of be-backs (guests that have stayed with us before and have decided to return, sometimes 3 or 4 times a year).

And remember, we specialize in special occasions; birthdays, family get togethers, anniversaries and marriage proposals.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose the Seven Coves area of Lake Conroe for two primary reasons.

First, we just couldn't get very excited about being on the south side of the lake (the 'popular' side). Down there, the lake is too far from the freeway, there's way too much traffic and you can't find the expansive view that we enjoy so much!

More importantly, our property is unique on the lake in that it has a private balcony that actually hangs over the water. We instantly fell in love with this feature!

Every one else has a strip of grass, a sidewalk or a dock between the unit and water. Not so at our place, if you drop something off the balcony,...it WILL make a splash!

Furthermore, the location is close to perfect in many ways. Having a marina and boat ramp right next door on one side, and a resort next door on the other side makes enjoying the lake extremely convenient.

We pay an annual fee to both entities so that our guests can take full advantage of their amenities and everything is within reasonable walking distance (you can drive but you don't have to).

No matter what you do, the lake is always in the background...from the swimming pool to the tennis and basketball courts and the covered playground...the view of the lake is always there!

Personally, I find it extremely relaxing. And, I know our guests do as well!

When prospective customers ask me to confirm that the unit is actually on the lake, I enjoy reassuring them by saying, 'It couldn't be any more on the lake, unless it was IN the lake'.

Invariably, when they arrive, they say something like, 'Wow, you weren't kidding. We are definitely ON the lake!'.

It generally makes for some interesting conversation and our guests are always impressed with our expansive view of the lake!

If you have any interest in fishing, opportunities abound. With a wide variety of species, Lake Conroe is known for good fishing. You can try 'em from your balcony or from over a mile of shoreline and docks or the covered and lit community fishing pier.

Somebody is catching something virtually every day of the year. It might as well be you!

And remember, if you need some poles, just ask!

Whether your passion is boating, jet skiing, fishing, golf, tennis, swimming, biking, or just relaxing in a wonderfully natural environment; our luxurious units provide a perfect launching point for all of these activities!
