Bienvenido a esta casa de 3 habitaciones totalmente amueblada. Incluye 2 salas de estar, 3 dormitorios con nuevas camas king / queen / full / twin size y colchones instalados en febrero de 2018. La casa fue completamente repintada en 2017 y la remodelación de la cocina se realizó en 2015, con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimera de granito. ¡Puede encontrar todos los utensilios de cocina listos para cocinar!

El espacio habitable de la casa es de 1,657 pies cuadrados. Tendrás total tranquilidad y privacidad. La casa está separada de la calle por su propio cinturón verde, la cerca recién instalada proporciona mayor privacidad y seguridad. Usted tiene su propio patio privado con una mesa y 2 sillas para disfrutar de su café de la mañana, o pasar el rato en el cenador con cerveza y vino por las noches con vistas a nuestro jardín y casa.

Hay 3 dormitorios arriba:
- Dormitorio principal: cama king size con baño privado de 5 piezas, incluyendo ducha de pie, bañera profunda, 2 lavabos e inodoro. Walk-in closet. 2 mesillas de noche y 2 lámparas.
- Dormitorio 1: cama doble con cómoda, armario, mesita de noche y lámpara.
- Dormitorio 2: cama matrimonial con closet, mesita de noche y lámpara.

Si es una fiesta de más de 6 personas, hay 2 colchones de tamaño doble en el sofá cama en la sala de estar delantera que puede usar. Todos los colchones son medianamente firmes, no tóxicos y orgánicos.

Hay Internet de alta velocidad y Apple TV y Xiaomi Box si desea ver televisión por Internet.

Thoroughly enjoyed my staycation

The home interior was spacious and well maintained. Being able to use the garage was a HUGE plus. The backyard was also nice. Definitely would stay again when family flies into town.

Second time staying

We loved our stay so much last time, we had to come back. House is clean, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room inside and outside. Wonderful primary bathroom/bedroom set up. Cute back yard with lots of trees and birds, feels private even with neighbors right next door. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back again!

Peaceful time

We had a lovely time at this property. The host was super responsive and pleasant. We unfortunately didn't meet.The house was in the perfect spot for our visit to family and friends and just a quick uber ride away from the transit. We would recommend this property .

Great house!

The property was great for our stay in Lynnwood. There were 5 of us that stayed and we were all very satisfied with ages ranging from teens to grandparents. It was a way better option than staying in a hotel, both for comfort and money.

Quiet Neighborhood & Pleasant Setting

This nice, comfortable home in the Lynnwood area worked perfectly for our trip to the Seattle area to visit family and friends. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard borders a greenbelt with nice privacy, and the home is conveniently located to stores for food/supplies. The host was very responsive and communicative.

Feels Like Home!

This is our second time staying at the Alderwood Retreat. The first time we stayed for a month. This time our schedule allowed for two weeks. We were thrilled this popular home was available when we made our reservation. The house itself is clean, welcoming and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is great if you like to cook and bake, as the kitchen is well equipped. It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, close to both shopping and eating places. I loved that the backyard was fenced. It is located next to a forested green space with plenty of bunnies and squirrels. Our dog gives the yard "two paws up"! Fei is an excellent communicator. She is attentive and responsive. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Busy road noisey area

House was plenty big enough for us all but master had no wardrobe only a few hangers to hang a few bits up on a rack wardrobe was locked. Hot tub isn’t really a hot tub it’s just a large bath, party going one night behind us from 11am in the morning to 4am so no sleep . Definitely need a car to get to and from places . Bins were full already when we arrived so we didn’t have bins from Wednesday to Tuesday. Seemed a lot of private stuff in the house that’s supposed to be a business like photos on the wall in front room and personnel stuff in living room it’s a business not their personal home. Says there is a manual in the house wasn’t any so don’t know only for a sheet in the wall what day the bins go and WiFi password.

Hi Elaine, so sorry you did not have a great experience at the Alderwood Retreat during your stay. This house is indeed decorated for my parents when they visit me once a year, so it is my "guest house" and not a typical hotel / business. I'll be sure to make this more clear in the description. I have reached out to the neighbors to share your feedback on noises, unfortunately like any neighbor, the best thing we could have done is to reach out to them while the noise issue is happening. I'll let future guest know that they can let me know or contact authorities in case of unacceptable noise in the future. I also apologize the "hot tub" note. I'll remove it from amenities, it is indeed a mistake. You are right, what we have is a large tub in the master bathroom. In terms of house manual - the house is really straight forward and I have shared neighborhoods recommendations on the VRBO platform, hence there is no need to have a printed book as manual, instead, only the most useful information is included in the one piece of laminated paper, which has wifi password, house address, trash schedules, and a few other notes about where to find ziplock bags, foil, cooking tools etc. Again, I appreciate your feedback and thank you for giving Alderwood Retreat a chance to host you and your family.

Great for families and kids

I came with my family and 1 year old baby. We loved that it was close to everything we needed. The large bedroom had a crib, which was very useful for us and one of the top reasons we chose this location. The house is very clean and had all amenities we needed. There was shampoo, conditioner, and soap. That helped not having to pack some or purchase any. The living room could use another sofa or larger couch. We were a bit squished all trying to fit and had to sit at the dining table. There is only one tv in the house which is in the living room. It would be nice to have tvs in the bedrooms to watch at night. Host is great at communicating and very easy to check in and out. Overall, it is a great location and great house for a small family. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Fabulous Location, Clean and Homey

A perfect location close to the mall, groceries and restaurants! Clean and well equipped with many of the same amenities of home! A cozy fireplace! Quiet neighbors! Who could ask for anything more! Rose was a wonderful hostess during our 4 weeks in Lynnwood. Within a few days of staying here, the house felt like home. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, and felt very safe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place for families

We loved our stay at Fei’s home. It is a wonderful location for families with young kids. We travelled with a 2 month old, 2 year old and 6 year old and stayed here for a month. While we found it hard to walk from the house to anywhere because there are no sidewalks and our crew takes up a lot of space, a short drive (2-5 minutes) will get you to a number of playgrounds and hikes. We also enjoyed the. Edmonds beaches just 15 minutes away almost daily. And the home is clean and a great layout (large master and two smaller rooms upstairs). If you need a crib, there is one but it’s right by the master bed so it was hard for us to take advantage of it and ended up having our kid sleep in the giant oversized master closet since it was dark and quiet. If you’re travelling during summer months, keep in mind there is no ac. We ended up here during the record heatwave and had to leave for a few nights as it was unbearable. Overall, we had a great experience and loved the home and especially the backyard and garden!!

Easy access to everything northwest

The location of the property was central to many hot spots of the northwest without being in the Seattle area. Close to the lovely town of Edmonds, the ferry system to Puget Sound and easy access to the highways, (a straight shot to Seattle, Bellevue and Everett). The neighborhood was nice and close to everything, Starbucks, fast food, groceries and sundries. The house was clean and well stocked with the basics. The gas fireplace in the family room made it cozy and welcoming. Our group all said the beds were comfortable. The backyard looked amazing with nice outdoor living spaces, unfortunately for us, the northwest was the northwest and it was raining most of the time of our stay. Be prepared for a smart TV. I brought my Roku and that worked for us. I should point out that the bedrooms and full baths are upstairs so if you have trouble on stairs it would make it a little difficult.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I especially love how private this home is. It is separated from the main road by a relatively deep greenbelt and has it's own back yard which has both wooded area and lawn area. My fiance and I flatten the back of the back yard and added the gazebo for some wine-and-chill time. I enjoy being waken up by bird chipping and listen to the wind chime singing during the rain.
