Bonita villa en el primer piso.

Al ingresar a esta villa del primer piso, será recibido por los nuevos pisos de madera en las áreas de sala, comedor y dormitorio. La cocina viene totalmente equipada, lo que hace que su experiencia culinaria sea similar a la de su hogar. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y gabinetes de madera auténtica. Justo al lado de la cocina es el medio baño, por lo que es conveniente para sus visitantes. La sala de estar cuenta con cómodos muebles contemporáneos, TV de pantalla plana y acceso a su patio privado. El área de comedor tiene capacidad para cuatro y cuenta con una mesa superior de azulejos única. El dormitorio principal tiene una gran cama King, TV de pantalla plana, acceso al patio privado y un baño principal en suite para su comodidad. El baño principal cuenta con un tocador superior con azulejos actualizado y una ducha a ras de suelo con azulejos. Afuera encontrará su patio con muchos asientos mientras está escondido por lo que es muy privado. Se puede acceder fácilmente a la playa en solo unos minutos en automóvil o llamando al Dunes Buggy Shuttle, un servicio de transporte de temporada a pedido sin cargo. Sólo se admiten mascotas en este alquiler de vacaciones de octubre a marzo. Se permite un perro de menos de 40 libras. Cuando seleccione que tiene una mascota al momento de pagar, se agregará una tarifa por mascota a su reserva después de la reserva.

Cozy Cottage

Thoughtfully designed and comfortably furnished, this sweet 1st floor cottage is perfect for mid-range stays on HHI. It seems much larger than it is, and the new ghbors were very friendly. We loved the outdoor patio and appreciated the slightly elevated toilets and fully-eqiupped compact kitchen. Walking distance to many restaurants & adjacent to walking & biking paths, golfing, kayaking, tennis - all the things the island has to offer.

Lovely condo!

This property was clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private patio was a pleasant outdoor spot in which to relax, and the community pool was just steps away. We appreciated the starter kits for kitchen and laundry essentials and sun care too. When the coffeemaker stopped working after one use and I notified the rental office, a new one was delivered within 24 hours.

One bedroom apt

Loved staying at this cute one bedroom apartment. We have stayed there for the past three years. And will stay again. My only complaint was the dishwasher was covering the clean dishes with food stuff. When we looked at the filter, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in six months. It was GROSS! So we cleaned it. Please have the cleaning staff check it at least once a month so that guests can have clean dishes when they stay there. And not have to clean the filter ourselves. Thanks

When we arrived on the property and was not sure where we were going. We stopped and asked a security guard for directions. She was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rest of the stay was perfect. The little things do matter!

The accomations were great as always, but we didn't know what to expect with crowds. We had no problem getting around, easy dinner reservations(although we do eat early). On arrival, we found the effort to be rushed at best. Rugs were found tossed outside the front door and the regimen of dusting and vacuuming was sadly lacking. In an age where staffing cleaning crews is very difficult, we chose to simply insure the proper cleaning to our own satisfaction. We would suggest that a deep cleaning of the unit is long overdue.

WAY overpriced as well. Found other places in same complex for half what we paid.

Lovely one bedroom villa

We come to Hilton Head every year to celebrate our anniversary. This was the first time we rented a VRBO. We are so glad we did. It was a very comfortable space, the bed was firm and we liked that it was on the first floor. The location was great. We brought our bikes and enjoyed the lovely bike paths. The pool was a nice quiet place to read and relax. We will definately stay here again next year.
