Bienvenido a Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club, Unidad # 3-202! Este hermoso condominio frente al mar DIRECTO es hawaiano de estar en su mejor momento! Escuchar el mar directamente desde la sala de estar, terraza y dormitorio principal. Este condominio está ubicado en la 2ª planta del edificio 3. El condominio cuenta con artículos de playa disponibles para su conveniencia, y está totalmente equipada para ayudarle a tener unas vacaciones perfectas.
Disfrutar viendo la televisión en la sala de estar y el dormitorio 2 para su ocio. Tendrá un tiempo espectacular estancia en este hermoso condominio frente al mar directa.

El Keauhou Surf y Racquet Club es una comunidad cerrada de condominios. Hay tres estilo canchas de tenis profesional con iluminación nocturna; un profesor de tenis está a su disposición todos los días de clases o de entrenamiento para mejorar el juego.
La piscina grande, recién remodelado es ideal para "vueltas" y también para actividades de agua pequeños hijos. Piscina sesiones de ejercicio a base se ofrecen cada mañana. Las duchas y los baños están convenientemente ubicados en el pabellón grande cerca de las piscina y pistas de tenis.
Una de las características más interesantes del Surf Kona y Racquet Club son los numerosos sitios arqueológicos. Estas áreas conservadas dan una idea de hace años de vida de Hawai. Cada sitio tiene una descripción permitida de las actividades que tuvieron lugar hace años y años.
El Keauhou Surf y Racquet Club tiene muchos jardines y senderos para caminar. Flores y follaje tropical son abundantes. Hay varias zonas de barbacoa al aire libre para los huéspedes.

Decompression heaven

This is our fourth time staying at KS&RC, first time in this condo. As always, this place is epic. The condo was perfect for a place to decompress from our usual lives, provide a base camp for our week of diving, and enjoy a week of getting quiet while looking at the ocean. The condo has everything anyone would need and was beautiful. Thank you. God bless.

Good Stay

The good: fantastic view, loved the location, grounds beautiful and peaceful, comfy bedThe bad: bathrooms badly in need of updating, can hear every move upstairs neighbors make, few more roaches than I had hoped. Overall: would stay again (just hope for quieter neighbors). Great sunset views. Loved being near KTA grocery store, Clover and Mug coffee shop and Royal Thai retaurant shop

Calm and relaxing

The condo was clean, comfortable and plenty of basic supplies (tissue, soap, laundry supplies, etc) to last our entire stay. This complex is on the quiet end of Ali'i Drive away from the downtown portion. Quality restaurants within driving distance, Randy's Huli Chicken and Ribs road side food was excellent, seek it out! The condo itself sits just yards away from the ocean, so listening to sounds of the surf crash was a great way to fall asleep and wake up. If you want to unwind and just enjoy the peace and quiet this is the place to stay. Coffee on the lanai in the morning with the cool breeze, or the view of the ocean as the sun sets in the evening.

The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials and the coolers were appreciated.The condo is in need of an update: the furniture and fixtures are very dated. Some issues that need to be addressed: cracks in kitchen tiles, the outdoor lounge chairs are rusted, and the washing machine drum is cracked/ taped together.The kayak in the 2nd bedroom was awkward behind the beds. Would be nice to mount it above the beds to create a better flow in the room.

Nice visit

Very nice but has some maintenance issues. The slider door screen off the master bedroom does not slide. The right back burner on the stove is inoperable. The other burners need to be leveled. For longer stays it would be helpful to have a vacuum. We did have some difficulties navigating the remote controls for the TV. But that could have been the fact that we are seniors. It is an enjoyable unit and would return

Outdated and Pests

Roaches- not a few, but a lot. I expect an occasional roach on the island, but the kitchen (especially) was infested. I previously stayed in a unit down the hall without this issue. The unit is extremely outdated and worn, and only the kitchen has been renovated. It was disappointing. The view and the location cannot be beat, which is why I chose this complex again. You will fall asleep every night to the sound of the surf. The sunsets are beautiful. There are several beaches nearby. While that can't be beat, we were extremely disappointed in the condition of the unit and the bug issue.

Our experience at Unit 3202 could not have been better. There was plenty of room, the lanai an absolute treat for relaxing, and stargazing at night and we loved the location (close to town but not in it) - we loved it all. The grounds were amazing, we even discovered ancient tiki's keeping watchful eyes over the queen's bath as we strolled the black sand beach! Personal recommendation - if you're considering Nighttime Manta Ray it! Amazing! We had one minor snafu, but a text was immediately responded to, and everything taken care of. We really appreciated that too. We would not hesitate to share this place with friends, and we're already talking about our next trip.

Some outlets didn't work, main tub water came out halfway in the shower head and half in the tub spicket, outside sun diffuser screen malfunction, and a few cockroaches.

Gorgeous view

We loved having the beautiful view from the Lanai and the sound of ocean waves to sleep at night. The lanai was oversized and plenty of room for all 5 of us to enjoy. This unit had many amenities for use such as beach towels, grass mats and beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, masks/snorkel/fins and a kayak! We stayed in August and it was high 80s each day. The unit has no A/C and was uncomfortable to be in, even with all of the fans running, until late into the night when it cooled outside. We left all windows open at all times to maximize the breeze and we didn’t see a single bug in the room ever. The furniture is nice and also new, but the unit itself is very worn (carpets, fixtures, mirrors, bath, etc) and in need of update. With the windows always open we heard everything that the neighbors said and also thin floors and the little feet running back and forth all night in the unit above us. We were out exploring during the day and did not let the negatives affect us but they are important to consider if it’s something that would influence your stay.

The grounds are well kept and private, with easy access to a nearby beach with good tidepools. Short drive or moderate walk to Kahaluu Beach Park for snorkeling. Mall just up the hill has all the necessities. We enjoyed the pool, tennis and ping pong and had pleasant interactions with residents and other guests. One small maintenance issue was fixed promptly by Knutson. We would happily stay here again.

Awesome location!

Property is very clean, nice towels and items for the beach. Bathrooms are outdated and need help, but functional, although showers waste water with leaking heads. For older folks: Know that it is on the second floor with no elevator, as are most properties. You will have to drag luggage up and down 3 sets of stairs. No A/C, only 3 nights that were very warm during our 10 day stay. Floor fans and ceiling fans helped otherwise! Indoor living room furniture looks nice and comfy, but we sat on the lanai the entire time for the breezes and the beautiful sunsets. We found this property to be centrally located and the views were outstanding.

Nice condo in Kona

Spacious condo within resort, with very nice view of the ocean. Very large balcony, with plenty of seating. Beds were comfortable, as well as furniture in the main room. The kitchen was a little small for the 4 of us, with not many drinking cups, but plenty of bowls and plates. Also, the fridge was good, with filtered drinking water inside, but only 1 ice tray in the freezer. Property manager was very easy to work with and responsive to our questions. And even though there was no AC, there are plenty of fans and the breeze from the ocean helped. Had a nice time staying here.

A Perfect Spot

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club (#3202) for the Kona Ironman World Championship for about 2 weeks, The unit was just what we needed and made for the perfect stay. This second-floor unit overlooks the ocean. The view was spectacular with beautiful sunsets and a walking path along the ocean. The grounds were immaculate and well maintained. The unit did not have AC, but, honestly, we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean breezes and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. The location is very convenient being close to a shopping center, restaurants, and everything you could need within a few minutes. The condo was well stocked with items we needed to prepare our own meals (which we did several times). I loved having breakfast out on the lanai. Hoping to return again.
